• Param (2/5): Somewhat shabby apartment and poor Maintainence - It was in a reasonably good location, a few minutes walk to the Metr station. There was also a lift in the building which made it easy to travel up and down with luggage. The apartment was very clean However, the apartment is very poorly maintained. There was no charge gel and appointed this out with the management and they did nothing about it. All I got was a letter of apology and that’s it, so for five days I showered with just hot water. This is not acceptable. The blinds have got cut centres in them so they don’t do the job properly of Blocking light. And the shower panels are made of glass but the trims have all come off so they don’t keep the water inside the shower. Also the shower lever is very badly positioned and could cause severe burns with hot water if you hit it accidentally in a very tiny cramped space. I would say that the shower is a hazard to health and safety.

• VijVilc (7/5): Great stay - Comfy bed The windows overlooking rooftops Very spacious room Self check in (all guidelines on how to access the accommodation were straightforward) - very easy No shower gel in the bathroom (container on the shower wall was empty). Water was pooling at the bottom of the shower and it took time to drain. Hot water ended after like 10-15 min - not perfect if you like long showers.

• Karolína (6/5): Na první pohled super, ale... - Komunikace probíhala na 1, všechny důležité instrukce dostanete předem, včetně fotek s popisky (kvůli self check-inu) Plíseň ve sprše byla teda síla, celou jsem ji musela stříkat savem. Přiložená fotografie je až po savování, víc to nešlo. Dveře od sprchy nešly ani zavřít. Plíseň byla i na žaluziích v koupelně. Lednička mrazila, a to i když jsem stupeň chlazení snížila na 2 ze 6. Mlíko totální ledová tříšť, potraviny zmrzlé.

• Pedro Manuel (9/5): Buen sitio, con buena comunicación en transporte publico con el centro y a precio rtazonable. - Todo muy bien. Habitación amplia y limpia Todo bien, pero hubo dos problemillas puntuales: por un lado sono la alarma del local y no apareció nadie a solucionar el problema. Por otro lado, se salió el agua del termo, mojo las toallas y al día siguiente nadie las cambió. Todo lo demás perfecto.

• Giorgia (8/5): piacevole!! - molto calda all’interno e soprattutto luminosa, date le tante vetrate. odore non molto gradevole all’interno del bagno, ma niente di che!
• Natasa (2/5): Nie wieder. - Vorsicht bei Zi. 501: Einige Sachen aus der Beschreibung haben gefehlt: Bügeleisen, Pflegeprodukte sowie Schallisolierung! Man hört alles durch die Tür. Leider kam aus dem Bad ein fürchterlicher Gestank. Der Wasserkocher war so starkt verschmutzt, dass ich ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Darin waren irgendwelche roten Überreste verteilt. Leider war auch die Bettwäsche voller fremder Haare.... Bei Ankunft habe ich dem Personal sofort Bescheid gegeben, etc. Es kam keine Reaktion darauf. Als dann die Heizung nicht ging, habe ich über Nacht gefroren, da man mir keine qualifzierte Auskunft geben konnte, was mit der Heizung los ist. Wahrscheinlich sind alle anderen Zimmer besser....dieses war recht frustriertend für diesen Preis. Einfach schade!

• Annie (8/5): Lovely, but a bit cold - The room is clean & bright - there is wonderful sunshine that comes through the windows! The location is very convenient - not even 5 minutes from the metro station and only one stop away from the main train station in the city. It does get quite cold and while I asked about adjusting the heat, the response I received was itself, cold. Using the wall thermostat did not seem to help much, but leaving the blinds open during the day allowed some warmth from the sunlight.

• Μαστορακης (3/5): - Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης Άλλο διαμέρισμα είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες και σε άλλο μας πήγαν. Είδαμε ένα με κουζίνα και βρήκαμε ένα πολύ μικρό χωρίς κουζίνα.

• Pisanu (5/5): - Il bagno era molto spazioso. Gli asciugami spessi e puliti. La posizione non era male, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Il check-in è stato facile nonostante l'assenza di una reception. Pulizia poteva essere fatta meglio. In un dei lettini erano presenti diversi capelli ed in bagno abbiamo trovato delle formiche. Inoltre una volta entrate in doccia ci siamo rese conto che non avevamo a disposizione il sapone per il corpo, in quanto il dispensar era vuoto.
• Basovа (8/5): Вполне приемлемое соотношение цена-качество. - Хорошее расположение, в номере чисто и тихо. Номер весьма просторный (большая комната, хол и ванная комната). Чистые, свежие полотенца, качественно убранный номер. Удобны пешие прогулки к центру, вокруг полно супермаркетов. В номере холодильник, чайник (кофе и чай прилагаются), фен, но ванные принадлежности отсутствовали, в дозаторах не было мыла. Было прохладно, отопление не работало. Горячая вода нагревается бойлером, и быстро заканчивается:(. Немного поврежденные жалюзи и пошарпаные края кровати.

• Maria (9/5): - Camera molto grande , pulita Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che io sono stata due ore quasi per trovare la camera, sulla prenotazione c era scritto camera 503 , sulla scheda 504 e a finale la mia camera 408. Ho provato a chiamare tante di quelle volte che mai nessuno mi ha risposto , ne chiamate ne messaggi . Ma al di là di tutto va bene ! Anche la posizione era ottima !

• Abashidze (8/5): Very comfortable stay, can recommend for long stays too - Spacious room, fridge, electric kettle, not noisy, big windows, and lots of light in the room. Near the tram station and grocery stores. The district is a bit shady, the tram station "Matzleinsdorfer" is not the nicest place in town.
• Diana (8/5): Really nice rooms and good location - The apartment was big and nice. The mattresses are very good, we could sleep very well there. The check in procedure is easy and with no problems. Garbage bin is in a garden beside the building, easy to find. Location is near the train station and tram, with public transport you are half an hour away from city center and also Schonbrunn palace. The heating was through the floor and it got warm very quickly in the rooms. The shower cabins need to be fixed. For both of them the doors don't close perfectly and the water would flow outside of the cabin on the floor. There is also mold in one of the bathrooms and we had to open the windows because it smelled. If you have a bigger group and want to split up, you receive only one key card, which is not enough, but for us it was not a problem since we stayed together.
