Temizliği, imkanları olsun çok güzeldi. Otelde saç kurutma makinesi için vigo başlığı bile var. Daha ne söylenirki Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey yok sadece oda terliği olabilirdi

• Lea Baum (5/5): Decent room, but very poor service from the host - The room itself was decent. Although the location is quite far from the city center, the U2 metro line is nearby and takes you directly to the center of Vienna in about 40 minutes, which was very convenient. The service was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were no hangers in the room; we asked the host to bring some, but it was never done. More importantly, the TV did not work at all during our entire one-week stay. We contacted the host 3 times asking to fix it, but he completely ignored the issue, and we were left without a TV for a whole week.

Sam apartament czysciutki, wygodny, nowe ręczniki i pościel, anex kuchenny w pełni wyposażony nawet w zmywarkę do naczyń. Obsługa apartamentu na wysokim poziomie. . Bardzo miło spędziłem tutaj czas i czułem się jak we własnym domu. Polecam Krzysztof

• Daniela (5/5): Auf den 1.Blick gut, auf den 2. Blick diverse Mängel - Die Betten sind sehr gut und bequem. Gutes, schnelles WLan. Lage nur wenige Fussschritte von der U2 Endstation. Bis ins Zentrum fährt man 30 Min, zum Hauptbahnhof 45Min, einmal umsteigen. Die Wohnungen befinden sich in einem neuem, ruhigen Quartier. Ich habe für unsere Gruppe 4 Zimmer gebucht. Auf den 1. Blick sauber, auf den 2. Blick gruselig und sollten besser gewartet werden. Die Storen sind leider nicht lichtdicht. Die Nachttischlampe kann nicht eingesteckt werden, da keine Steckdose in der Nähe. Mit einem Verlängerungskabel könnte dieses Problem einfach gelöst werden, oder steht sie einfach nur zur Deko da? 2 der 4 Fernseher in unseren 4 Appartements funktionieren nicht (Stecker defekt Zi 27 und 7) Gruselige Flecken auf dem Ersatztduvet im Schrank (Zi 24) Steckdose hängt aus der Wand ((Zi 24) Fenster sollten dringend gereinigt werden. Schimmel in Fugen in der Dusche (Zi 7) Ameisen im Zimmer 27 Fernseher hängt schief an der Wand (Zi 7) In der Kaffeemaschine ist noch eine Kaffeekapsel vom Vorgänger drin. (Zi 7) Die beschrieben Mängel wurden bereits in etlichen Rezessionen beschrieben, anscheinend ohne Wirkung. Die Wohnungen erfüllen ihren Zweck, wir würden in Anbetracht der Mängel diese Appartements nicht mehr buchen.

• Samuel (8/5): Good experience. - It's located in a very cool silent and eco friendly area. The simple secure contactless accessibility was excellent. It's well connected to the city with U2 and several Buses. It was clean and sufficient kitchen requirement were available. The check in Time was the only challenge I faced. I had booked my stay early enough and check in timeline was only available two days before arrival. Since my flight was also booked in advance, I ended up arriving in the morning yet the check in was in the afternoon. It was not possible to move around the city with the suitcase so I had to wait within the building for 4hrs. The contact person didn't respond to my request for assistance in storing the suitcase. I would propose a flexible suitcase storage for your clients.

Dobra veza s gradom - podzemna željeznica u blizini (U Bahn) Problemi s parkiranjem- nije očitavalo registraciju u parkingu kako je obećano. Na sreću bilo besplatnih mjesta na ulici. Nije baš funkcioniralo sa pozivima i porukama s iznajmljivačem.

• KS.Choi (4/5): - 시설물문제로 발을 다쳤는데.. 화장실 선반유리를 옷장속에 넣어 놓았는데 안 보여서 옷장 열다가 떨어져서 발가락을 다쳐서 응급실 갈뻔 했습니다. 새벽이라 가기를 포기하고 간신히 지혈하고 아침에 근처 약국가서 붕대랑 소염제등 약을 사서 여행을 간신히 지속할 수 있었습니다. 생각할수록 정말 위험했습니다. 그런데... Booking.com도 누구도 약값도 보상해 주지 않아... 부디 조심하시길 바랍니다.

• Dorde (10/5): Very convenient for weekend stay in Vienna - This is our second time staying here. Just like the first time, everything was great. The contactless check-in now feels even easier. The only change compared to our previous stay is the parking — it’s now on the other side, but at practically the same distance. Also, the Hoffer (Aldi) store has been moved inside the complex, which makes things more convenient, and it seems there’s now a wider selection of restaurants within the area. Overall, an excellent place for a stay of a few days in Vienna.

• Naschy (8/5): - Appartamento carino e ben pulito. Letto comodo ma il cuscino non molto. Bagno spazioso con doccia delle giuste dimensioni. La struttura è molto vicina al capolinea della metropolitana e in mezz'ora si arriva in centro, quindi si può lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio convenzionato e dimenticarla per tutto il soggiorno. A circa 200 m dall'appartamento avevamo metro U2, parcheggio multipiano, supermercato Hofer (Aldi), pasticceria/panetteria aperta anche la domenica. La struttura si trova in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale vicino a un parchetto con laghetto, dove la prima sera abbiamo fatto una passeggiata col nostro cucciolone. Consiglio di uscire dal parcheggio usando l'ascensore 2, svoltando a sinistra e sorpassando l'Hofer, in modo da trovare l'edificio dopo 200 m, diversamente con l'altra uscita il giro diventa più lungo. Il cuscino, che mi ha fatto venire un po' di cervicale. Il corridoio d'ingresso è un po' stretto nella zona dove c'è l'armadio e creava problemi di passaggio. La camera non ha raffrescamento e a fine aprile abbiamo patito il caldo, nonostante la notte tenessimo la finestra leggermente aperta, soprattutto la prima notte. Nei giorni seguenti abbiamo sempre tenuto le veneziane abbassate e così la stanza non si è scaldata troppo durante il giorno. Essendo abituati a dormire totalmente al buio, le semplici veneziane non sono state sufficienti ad evitare che tutte le mattine ci svegliassimo poco dopo l'alba.

Tags drauf habe ich ddn Umzug am Morgen prinzipiell geklärt; am Abend konnte ich nicht in das Apartment um meine Sachen zu holen, sie haben ddn Code geändert (ca. 1 Stunde gewartet) Ich habe jein Netz gehabt, nicht einmal aif der Raucherterrasse. Die Zugangsdaten gahe habe ich ca. 90' (statt 24h) vor dem Check-in bekommen.

Parkplatz inklusive, Supermarkt und U-Bahn um die Ecke. Auch in Zukunft werde ich hier absteigen, oder im "LakeLiving" Appartement Das Appartement könnte inzwischen etwas gepflegter sein - was nicht heißt, dass es schmutzig wäre. Die Duschabtrennung klemmt und nach dem duschen kommen lange Haare aus dem Zwischenraum der Duschabtrennung. Auch der Zugang und das Treppenhaus sollte in den Reinigungsplan aufgenommen werden. War grenzwertig schmutzig mit Schuhabdrücken u.Ä...
• Petropoulos (8/5): Modern living in Seestadt near Vienna - Τοποθεσία, αν και μακρυά από την Βιέννη ο σταθμός του μετρό είναι πολύ κοντά καθώς και hofer και 2-3 μαγαζιά για φαγητό. Το κτίριο είναι μοντέρνο με θερμοδιακοπτωμενα παράθυρα και καλή ηχομόνωση. Από εξοπλισμό κουζίνας διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Στρώματα με επιστρωμα ικανοποιητικά. Ζεστό νερό συνέχεια με δυνατή ροή και dispenser σαπουνιού. Το κλειστό parking παρέχεται στην τιμή του δωματίου και θεωρώ αρκετά ασφαλές όπως και όλη την περιοχή. Οι οδηγίες για την είσοδο δεν ήρθαν πριν την άφιξη, τουλάχιστον απάντησαν γρήγορα και έλειπε το κοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης το οποίο έφεραν άμεσα. Το πάρκινγκ είναι σε ξεχωριστό κτίριο ένα τετράγωνο μακρυά. Υπήρχαν ελαφρές φθορές στον καναπέ και το κρεββάτι. Δεν υπάρχει a/c για το καλοκαίρι.

I tried it for several days both on the phone and WhatsApp and I was communicating with a bot who always was telling that it is informing a "human assistant" about the technical problem. However no any human being ever contacted me and no staff appeared to solve the issue. It seems that the property is almost entirely run by AI.
• AndriiLat (5/5): 50/50 - Amazing location - end station of U2 line. 30 min and you are in the centre of Viena. Mostly it was clean. Tea, coffee, kitchen tools - everything is present. Contactless fully. Parking is amazing. The door was unlocked in 10 minutes after checkin. Guy from support spent 20 min for not useful actions. Door was not easy to unlock. You need to catch a moment when you can push and it will be opened. You need to try 3-5 times to unlock it. The light in the bathroom was not working at all . One of cup was not cleaned, there was a coffee from previous guests Smell in the toilet is awful. Maybe air from other rooms were there. When somebody makes their "actions", you can smell everything.

• Paul (1/5): very bad experience - I can't say anything positive, because of the bad experience. The window shutters remote control wasn't working, so I had to sleep with light from the streetlights entering the room. I had a very bad sleep during the first night. I made the staff on site aware about this issue and send messages via booking.com, I was promised that it will get fixed. When I arrived back at the room in the evening, the shutters were still not working, so I had a second night of bad sleep. They haven't responded to me since then and not issued an apology at least. For anyone who wants to risk staying at this accommodation, I recommend bringing some aluminium foil to cover the window to have a chance of getting some sleep. But the windows are quite tall, so you might not reach the full lenght to cover it.

• Peter (9/5): Immer wieder gerne - die Lage ist für mich ideal, U-Bahn, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bäcker... alles quasi um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist für mich als Einzelreisender groß genug. Die Ausstattung ausreichend und nutzbar. Etwas Aufmerksamkeit sollte dem Appartement zu teil werden: das Licht im Bad über dem Spiegel ist defekt, das Deckenlicht flackert. Der Fernseher ist nicht nutzbar weil das Antennenkabel nicht festgeschraubt werden kann.

• andrea (9/5): Ottima soluzione per visitare Vienna - Struttura moderna e dotata di tutto quello che serve: bagno comodo e spazioso, angolo cottura con piatti e pentole, microonde, ecc. Gli spazi sono sufficienti per due persone. Abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita. La posizione è buona per raggiungere il centro (con la metro, a pochi passi, si raggiunge il centro in circa 35/40 minuti) e il parcheggio, gratuito e vicino, è un ottimo servizio per chi arriva in auto. Il check in è check out è totalmente automatico. Abbiamo comunque avuto sempre un riscontro tempestivo alle nostre richieste. Alcuni dettagli: le tapparelle automatiche non sono comodissime e se si tengono aperte manca un po' di privacy (a causa delle finestre dell'edificio di fronte). Avere anche delle tende interne "tradizionali" sarebbe stato meglio. Il riscaldamento non si poteva regolare e la temperatura era molto elevata (ok, dopo una giornata con le temperature glaciali di Vienna in inverno a qualcuno può anche andar bene, ma faceva veramente troppo caldo). C'era una mensola dell'armadio rotta.
