Appartamento large per tre persone molto piccolo con divano letto aperto per la terza persona poco spazio Solo 2 cruccie e un piccolo armadio in entrata. In cucina tt ok.

Heureusement, le personne a été réactif et nous avons eu une autre chambre plus petite mais avec climatisation et rideaux sauf dans la salle de bains ... Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre. L'hôtel est au dessus de tres gros travaux qui commencent très tôt. Le petit déjeuner est dans Un café plus loin et hors de prix pour ce qui nous a été servi. Accueil moyen.

Christelle (6/5): Séjour agréable, dans un logement propre et emplacement permettant d'accéder à pied au centre ville - Appart-Hôtel bien situé, propre! Les rideaux étaient cassés et absence de doubles vitrages ce qui fait que nous entendions fortement le bruit ambiant extérieur. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas eu une personne physique pour nous accueillir!

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et propre, facilement accessible. Seul inconvénient, donne sur la voie ferrée, heureusement il faisait froid dehors donc avec la fenêtre fermée on entend peu les trains.

But the property was excellent value for money: modern, clean, comfortable, good location. Don’t really understand where the poor Google reviews come from. One of the complaints was that the bathroom floods, which wasn’t the case with us. Sofa bed could’ve been better. On the one hand, what do you expect from a sofa bed. On the other hand: the property could’ve gone for a notch better quality.

Eva (10/5): easy check-in, pekné ubytko blízko Wiener Konzerthaus - Toto ubytovanie som si rezervovala pred 3 rokmi prvýkrát, keď som bola nadmieru spokojná a očakávala som rovnaký zážitok znovu. Check in sa mne osobne veľmi páči, jednoduchý, na displeji na chodbe sa vypíšu údaje a vytlačia sa kartičky od izby. Izba bola v poriadku, pekná moderná, všetko potrebné k dispozícii, pohodlné postele, čistota, chýbalo mi síce podlahové kúrenie v kúpeľni, ktoré som si nevedela vynachváliť pri minulej návšteve, ale nevadí. Lokalita je skvelá, aj keď pod oknom sa zrovna v čase nášho pobytu rekonštruuje celá ulica, ale nebolo počuť hluk. Je to moje obľúbené ubytko keď idem do Wiener Konzerthaus v kúpeľni boli obrovské okná a iba priesvitné závesy; bolo blbé sa sprchovať večer/v noci, aj keď na šiestom poschodí, ale predsa len, trochu súkromia by som prijala. Sprchovali sme sa po tme bez svetiel :D keď sme vošli do izby, bola dosť zima a nevedeli sme nastaviť kúrenie, na displeji vypisovalo error, kontaktovala som majiteľov, ktorí tvrdili, že je všetko v poriadku, po dlhšom "šaškovaní" sa podarilo zapnúť kúrenie, to sme zistili, keď sme sa vrátili z mesta večer že bolo až príliš teplo, ale vždy lepšie ako zima, takže asi naša chyba :D

Angelo (7/5): Un buon compromesso - Pulizia, disponibilità staff. Ottima la modalità di check-in e il servizio deposito bagagli (5€ per 24h). Utili anche i distributori automatici al piano terra (anche se i prezzi sono molto alti). La doccia al livello del pavimento è un disagio. Quasi impossibile non allagare tutto, soprattutto dato che il soffione è praticamente fuori dalla protezione. Posizione non centralissima, a circa 1km dalla metro, 800m dalla stazione, e 1.5 km dal centro. Prodotti da bagno pochi per 4 giorni (un bagnoschiuma e 1 shampoo piccolissimi).

El espacio es reducido para 4 personas pero muy práctico y la ubicación excelente. Lo recomendaría. Tienen taquillas para las maletas, nos fue estupendo al hacer el check-out. A mejorar el sofá cama bastante incómodo. Pero el resto todo bien. Valoración global muy positiva.

A internet funciona muito mal; em termos de comodidades poderia ser muito melhor (cozinha e utensílios), foi logo cobrada uma taxa no check in (quando já estava tudo pago) e tive que pedir explicação para fazerem o reembolso (ainda me pediram para preencher um formulário e referiram que vai demorar algum tempo até me ser devolvido o dinheiro), os blacks outs não cobrem as janelas e deixa passar imensa luz.

Cinzia (7/5): Moderno e pulito, ma con diversi aspetti da migliorare - Struttura moderna e pulita, camera ordinata e dotata dei comfort essenziali. Le finestre sul tetto rendevano l’ambiente particolare e gradevole dal punto di vista estetico. Camera essenziale x una persona ma piccola per due. Check-in rigido solo dopo le 15:30, con istruzioni poco chiare e accesso non immediato. In caso di arrivo anticipato è richiesto un supplemento oppure l’uso di armadietti a pagamento, con procedura poco semplice esclusivamente chiamando al telefono. Le finestre non si aprivano e avevano solo piccole veneziane che non oscuravano la stanza, quindi dalle 5:30 entrava già molta luce rendendo impossibile dormire. Zona piuttosto isolata e poco servita, senza negozi o supermercati vicini. Inoltre, prima dell’orario di check-out, un addetto alle pulizie ha aperto la porta mentre ero ancora in camera. Considerando il prezzo di 160 euro per una notte, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è stato soddisfacente.

The location is good for me, as you are about 10 mins from U ban and S ban, and there are few markets in vicinity. Parking was not available and it is difficult to find any free.

Tinha maquina de vending com bebidas As cortinas das janelas não tapavam a claridade do dia, pelo que mal nasceu o sol o quarto ficou iluminado não permitindo um bom descanso. O elevador do 7 para o 8 andar não estava a funcionar. No local estavam a decorrer obras que fizeram barulho até às 00:30 horas. A maquina de vending podia ter comida. Tem um WC para clientes que não podem ainda fazer check in. Ter uma mesa no quarto maior.

Leider mussten wir diese mehrfach nutzen, da zuerst der Eincheck-Display nicht funktionierte und dann im Zimmer das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abrinnen konnte. Das neue Zimmer war dann etwas kleiner und roch erstmal feucht-schimmlig, aber ein erneuter Wechsel am Tag danach (der uns angeboten wurde) wäre mit wieder Packen und Siedeln verbunden gewesen. Mit Lüften ging es dann. Fazit: ja, Probleme waren da, aber die Hotline funktionierte sehr gut und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter halfen uns bei der Problemlösung!
Linda (7/5): Zimmer, Personal & Lage Top - Comfort könnte noch verbessert werden. - Die Lage der Unterkunft war für meine Bedürfnisse optimal - da ich beruflich in der Nähe einen Termin hatte. Ich bekam ein Upgrade - statt des Mini Appartements, ein geräumigeres mit Doppelbett. Beim Check In stürzte leider nach Eingabe des Codes das System ab - glücklicherweise war aber über die Hotline sofort jemand erreichbar und die Zimmerkarte konnte ausgedruckt werden. Entweder durch die Lüftung im Vorzimmer/Küche oder durch das Rauchen in diesem Zimmer von einem vorigen Gast konnte man hier intensiven Zigarettenrauch wahrnehmen, was als Nichtraucher nicht besonders angenehm ist. Der kleine, leere Geschirrspüler hatte beim öffnen einen üblen Geruch.

Lea (5/5): Good location but problems with contactless check ins. Does not work smoothly - The location is good and the place comfortable size. There was a really big problem with contactless check in. None of the keys were working and the problem prolonged the next day as well. It took some time to fix it.

Marine (8/5): - Le check in et check out autonome est pratique lorsque l’on arrive très tard comme c’était notre cas Le lit de la chambre est confortable La possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres en grand C’était très calme La cuisine permet de préparer quelques repas simples il y a même un petit lave-vaisselle L’agencement de l’espace est peu optimal surtout lorsque l’on veut utiliser la cuisine et manger dans l’appartement Il manquerait une salière et une poivrière pour éviter d’acheter un gros sachet de sel pour un court séjour Il fait jour tôt le matin dans la chambre car les rideaux ne sont pas occultants

Luigi (9/5): ...che ha migliorato la nostra collocazione offrendoci una alternativa più confortevole - In fase di prenotazione non avevo considerato i limiti di una stanza all'ultimo piano che si è rivelata piuttosto deludente, adatta come nido d'amore, ma poco pratica. E qui è intervenuta l'ottima assistenza dello staff...

Miriam (4/5): Ein nettes kleines Apartment, welches mehr Priorität auf sauberkeit legen könnte. - Das Apartment war sehr gut zu finden und der Check-In, sowie der Check-Out, verliefen problemlos. Leider waren uns keine richtigen Jalousien gegeben, damit hatten wir um halb 6 das erste mal die Augen offen und mussten uns mit Handtüchern zu helfen wissen. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Schimmel, das WC war nicht ganz sauber und an der Decke über dem Bett befanden sich Spinnweben.
