- Alenatola (8/5): - L'appartamento 4 da noi occupato era molto ampio e confortevole, con un bagno grandissimo e un angolo cottura, oltre ovviamente alla camera da letto. Tutto molto carino e funzionale L'unica piccola pecca è che si trova un pochino fuori dal centro, ma col tram che passa molto spesso in 20 minuti si raggiunge il centro città

- Irene (6/5): Trotz den genannten Dingen war es ein schöner Urlaub für uns. - Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet Die Stühle sind sehr unbequem und eine andere Sitzgelegenheit war nicht vorhanden. Es fehlt eine Ablage für Kleinigkeiten die man bei jeder Reise dabei hat. Es gibt keine Nachttische die evtl. für für den Kleinkram (Buch Handy Wasserglas )schon reichen. Der sehr große Raum verfügt über genug Stellfläche für solche Möbel ohne dann überladen zu sein.

Комната больше чем моя квартира в родном городе😁😁 Расположение нам понравилось, было удобно и быстро добираться общественным транспортом до центра. Персонал безумно приятный. Возникла проблема с ключом, проблема решилась меньше чем за 2 минуты. Все по высшему классу. Вернемся еще обязательно! спасибо!

The cleaning could be better our room smells heavy cigarettes which i do believe it was for hoover which hadn’t clean filter also we would be happier to have everyday charge for tissue or towels without asking the PR

- Negrea (7/5): Satisfacator - Locatie, dimensiune rezonabila, curat, comunicare foarte buna cu gazda. Pernele aproape inexistente, extrem de moi, aproape nefolosibile. Zgomot mare din exterior si din interior, se aude totul de la apartamentele vecine si de pe hol. Nu am putut dormi.

When the AC broke down on our first day, its just amazing that they have a fan available for us to use. Although the apartment was accessible to transportation, it was far from the city centre.

Durch Gastfreundschaft fühlt man sich auch gleich wohl. Super organisierter Ablauf von Check in und Check out, Mega coole Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt und zu anderen Touristischen Zielen….. man fühlt sich sicher durch Videoüberwachung im Hausflur.

- Susann (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung groß, sauber und sehr modern. Es war ein komfortables Wohnen, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die Lage war sehr gut. Ruhig zum schlafen und eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

De rust rond het gebouw Hygiëne standaard was laag De checkin gebeurde te laat ondanks dat het gevraagd was vroeger plaats te vinden. De ruimte zelf was slecht schoongemaakt en de radiator stond op volle kracht aan.

Unkomplizierter Check-in.👍 In der Küche fehlen noch ein paar Dinge, wenn man da was machen möchte. Nur eine Kochplatte.Aber meistens geht ja man eh essen.

- Norberto (7/5): OK if you're on a tight budget, but you might as well spend a bit more on a nicer place - - Very communicative and friendly host: prompt responses and provided detailed info about the apartment right on time - Very easy to get into the building and the apartment - Large areas for the bedroom and especially the bathroom (I've seen hotel rooms smaller than the bathroom itself) - Close to a couple of tram stops, so although is not quite central, it's easy to get on public transport - Comfortable temperature (though we had to keep the bathroom window open most of the time - more about that later - , our room was always nicely warm). - Loads of shampoo and shower gel bottles and a hair dryer are included. - awful smoke (tobacco) smell. We're non smokers and though we booked a non smoking room, someone was definitely smoking before as if there was no tomorrow. We politely complained about this, and though the host offered to replace the towels (which wouldn't make any difference whatsoever, thus we said it was not necessary), we were expecting a more proactive compensation for this unpleasant experience. Host replied as if this came as a surprise, but now that I looked at some other reviews I realized that other guests experienced the same downside. - the apartment needs some care and attention. It's not in a very bad shape, but a new paint job would do the trick. Also consider fixing the curtains, half of the hanging hooks are already broken. - Noisy appliances. We had to unplug the fridge as it's impossible to sleep with all the noise it makes. - Impractical power outlets. If you wanna use the microwave, you need to drag it to the middle of the counter in order to reach the closest outlet. - (Very) low bed: very awkward bed that is a bit "lost" in the bedroom. Some may like, some may dislike it. - If you're a light sleeper, the noise from the street will disturb you. - Area and its surroundings is not that nice. Vienna seems to be a safe city, but the area where the apartment is located (kind of the suburbs) is not that nice.

Zona tranquilla Metterei un piumino matrimoniale piu tosto che due singoli..sono un po scomodi Darei un occhietto in piu alla pulizia c'era un capello attaccato al muro della doccia...ma del resto era tutto pulito.

- Mirosław (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Przystanek tramwajowy zaraz przed budynkiem, stamtąd 10 do centrum tramwajem. Bardzo blisko do sklepów, restauracji, kawiarni. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W weekend można zostawić auto przy okolicznych ulicach za darmo ale trzeba mieć trochę szczęścia albo czasu żeby znaleźć wolne miejsce. Jeden z zarezerwowanych apartamentów nie był posprzątany ale po interwencji właściciela natychmiast zostało to poprawione. Dostaliśmy czekoladę :)

The apt reeked of cigarettes, the bed linen were stained, had someone’s hair on it. And when I told that to the owner he had a tantrum and kicked me out of the apt, that I paid aready. He even opened the apt with his own keys without my consent while I was there. Now I’m in dispute with him and Booking.

For an affordable price, you get a clean room with a nice bathroom. It’s definitely worth it. The pillow where to big for my liking

La ubicación está muy lejos del centro, pero está bien conectado por tranvía, que pasa cada 10 minutos. Para lo cara que es la ciudad, la relación calidad - precio es muy buena. El colchón es demasiado blando. Y a pesar de ser verano la única ropa de cama es una nórdica que sobra totalmente. El barrio no es el mejor de la ciudad...

- Matthew (8/5): Very good - Overall the apartment itself was very nice. Modern, lots of space, particularly the bathroom was very spacious, much better than my bathroom at home! It was also well stocked with supplies like body wash, hand soap etc which was very appreciated. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but still accessible by using the tram which is pretty frequent. Just don’t expect to be in walking distance of the city centre sites. Being further from the centre makes it less convenient to get to certain destinations like the main train station so keep that in mind. One other to add is that some of the towels I was given were stained, please make sure to double check the cleanliness of these items before providing them.

- Jiří (10/5): Clean room near to the centre - The clean room is near a tramway for about 15 minutes to Opera/Karlsplatz and other main sights. The room was clean, I appreciate a washing machine in the room. The very friendly staff accommodated me and allowed me to put my suitcase in the room before check-in—also fast communication via WhatsApp. Low beds and the lack of a elevator can be a complication for people with mobility problems.

Everything went fine and we even could enter the apartment very early in the morning. Ronny wormly welcomed us at 5am (online), which is highly appriciated. Also there was no shampoo(bottle was empty, but i guess it doesn't happen often). It would be better to have bigger pot in the kitchen to boil some pasta.
- Jiří (10/5): Clean and spacious apartment near the centre - The apartment is situated very close to the tramway station. It is about 20 minutes away from Oper or Museumsquartier. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciate a microwave, a water kettle and a large fridge (but without a freeze box). There are various shops (Billa, Penny etc.) and restaurants around. The owner responds very quickly. Anyway, even if the following things sound unfavourable, I don´t mean them in this way and include them as recommendations for the owner to this box for positive comments: - There is no lift, and the bed is low, which can be a problem for elderly people or people with disabilities. - It would be good to have translucent curtains on the windows (there are only opaque curtains, so for privacy, they must be drawn, and then the light must be shone unnecessarily). - I would appreciate a dish drainer and coffee/tea spoons in the kitchen. - Commonly sold capsules do not fit into the coffee machine.
- Oksana (10/5): Great value for money, spacious room, good location and amazing hospitality - The apartment that I`ve booked in reality looked even better! Very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom, and there was everything that we needed - all the dishes and kitchen equipment, very convenient! Location is nice - though it's not the city center, it's not that far, it takes 10-15 min to get to the city center by tram, tram stop is in a few minutes' walk. The street also seemed pretty safe, and there's a few supermarkets nearby. What made our stay even better - is the amazing attitude of the owner of the apartment, and the administrator Sasha - they both took care that we feel comfortable, and we have everything that we needed. We were really amazed by such a warm welcome and care, it's very much appreciated! Great value for money, spacious room, good location and amazing hospitality - for sure I recommend this place!
