Diego (5/5): - Localização... Limpeza a desejar, ar condicionamento pingando a noite toda, cheiro de mofo nas paredes...
Nathália (4/5): Decepcionante - Localização ótima, a área da piscina também. O apartamento precisa de manutenção urgente. Assim que abri a porta, me deparei com um vazamento no teto que molhava o chão, gerando um sério risco de queda. Além disso, havia tomadas com fiação exposta, oferecendo risco de choque elétrico, e a descarga do vaso sanitário estava quebrada (só funcionava tirando a tampa da caixa acoplada). Entramos em contato com a anfitriã Dayane, porém nada foi resolvido.

Shirley (2/5): Uma pessima escolha não voltarei mais - Gostei da localização O quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo muito forte o chuveiro com defeito a tv sem funcionar o ar-condicionado estava si desligando sozinho o conforto foi zero o flat não estava muito limpo uma desorganização muito grande não gostei e não irei mais deus me livre me arrependi muito e o pior que eu estava com minha bebê e ela voltou doente pra casa por conta do cheiro forte do quarto de mofo precisa melhorar muito essa instalação desse quarto

pedro (7/5): - Da localização. Só ter acesso ao estacionamento depois de fazer o check-in. O acesso ao estacionamento é por trás do hotel, ao chegar na entrada do estacionamento fui barrado e tive que dar ré com dificuldade, saí procurando uma vaga de estacionamento só encontrei a uns 500 metros, então tive que ir até à recepção fiz o check-in voltei pra pegar o carro e tive que dar várias voltas pra poder chegar novamente no estacionamento. O flat precisa de cuidados de manutenção e faltando utensílios básicos de cozinha como colheres, uma cuscuzeira, panelas maiores... também só tinha 2 rolos de papel higiênico e éramos uma família com 6 pessoas. Solicitei mas a pessoa disse que não tinha camareira no sábado, tive que sair pra comprar. Fora isso no mais correu tudo tranquilo.

Rebeca (3/5): Experiência negativa - Com certeza a localização. Controle da tv quebrado e por isso não funcionava, solicitamos a anfitriã a troca mas, sem sucesso durante toda a hospedagem. Não foi satisfatório a comunicação com a anfitriã para resolução de problemas, ela é bem ausente. Não indico caso tenha algo para resolver. Ficamos sem SUPORTE. Paredes bem sujas e em alguns locais caindo o reboco, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, cafeteira estava bem suja de café, teto com bastante mofo. Não tinha tv na sala, apenas no quarto e sem funcionar o controle.

Jonathan (4/5): awful staff very anti pet. - location and good roof terrace NOT PET FRIENDLY.. owner advertised on Booking.com as accept pets.. we even as always before arrival message the property and advise we have a small dog. they also messaged back saying” no problems you will be welcome” 😊😊 condominium are very anti pets. the dog has to be carried from entrance of the block until you enter your apartment.. even thought the communal hallway on our floor smelt of cat urine. after we checked out they sent very rude messages saying it was full of dog hairs on the sofa, which our dog never sat on.. asking for $150. we asked for photos. they never sent. if they don’t want dogs tell the owners. screams greed of the condominium to me.
