leah (4/5): Not worth the money for the 1 studio units. Go with a cheaper hotel room - Great location however the “deluxe suite” was like a college dorm room and was very expensive for what it was. The larger units were much nicer.

Coles (4/5): overpriced minimal motel - everything was less then expected Building is looking raged on outside, moss and mold on soffits, needs paint on exterior. room was extremely small, bathroom door jammed and hard to close. fan exhaust missing grill, TV had line down through screen, bed was small, window had no shear only heavy blind. couldn't let light in unless you wanted to have everyone coming in see right into room. only one bar of soap, one roll of TP. high priced S*&T hole really. This place is an embracement to NL.

Lockie (9/5): Enjoyed my stay, was very comfy sleeping conditions. - There was no breakfast so I can't answer how the breakfast was. Liked the zip line. When I checked in I didn't get the room I had booked. There was suppose to be 2 beds in the room and there was only one. When I went to the reception and pointed this out, I ended up with a second room to go with the first so each one of us had a bed.

Regielyn (8/5): It was alright. - The view We requested for a higher room with a nice view. But was given a parking view ground level. So we decided just to stay for 1night instead of 2. And there is no restaurant to offer breakfast. Considering it's expensive price paid $240 for a night without any breakfast as well.
Julic3000 (10/5): I recommend! You can have a great rest here ))) - The hotel is located in a picturesque, quiet location near Marble Mountain. The room is spacious, bright, warm and perfectly clean, fresh towels and bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing food and everything worked properly. Only recommendations for the hotel owner - it is advisable to close the technical rooms in the room where the thermoplus equipment is located/make it inaccessible to open. Because you can’t always keep track of where your child is climbing.

A great spot for a few nights in a beautiful location, There are no hooks in bathroom to hang towels- a minor inconvenience however. One of the chairs in living area has a large missing piece of the covering which looked terrible and unhygienic- would be easy enough to cover the seat cushion.

Well we were sent a code etc the day before arrival. and got there and went to the room and got settled...got online and found a 2nd email that arrived that day with another room# and code. So embarrassed thought what would have happened if another guest had of walked into our room. we called and were asked to move which was not a problem...just hope the room was clean and ready it was.

Randy (6/5): Things to really like and others not as much - The zip line and ropes course. I really liked the proximity to many things, such as Humber Valley Resort and Corner Brook. Staff were very pleasant. Suite is large and was clean but in need some updating (blinds warped and a bit in disrepair, bathrooms could use some freshening up) as does the exterior. Water from taps was discolored. A bit off putting. Day 2, there was a boil water advisory for e. coli risk. Staff did provide 2 bottles of bottle water per person per day while advisory was on.
Barry (3/5): Very disappointed in this place. Paid over $1200 for 6 nights that I would only classify as a hole. - The water was yellow, therefore very unsanitary. The carpet is old. The ceiling was cracked. The pictures online misrepresent what the place is really like. There are no upgrades done in this building for a long time. I was extremely disappointed and would never stay there again nor suggest it as an option to others. Only good thing was location.

Our GPS would always lead us to an empty parking lot. We had to stop someone on the street and ask for directions.
