• Martin (10/5): Short stay in Villach - A very comfortable and compact apartment with most amenities we needed for our short stay. The property is in easy walking distance of the centre of Villach and the railway station. Check-in was straightforward and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. We enjoyed our stay, although it was brief. Communication with the owners was very good. It was all OK for us

• Denise (4/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Da die Schließanlage nicht funktioniert hat, hatten wir einigen Kontakt zum Kundenservice, die waren sehr freundlich Am 2. Tag hat die Schließanlage nicht mehr funktioniert, so dass wir nicht mehr ins Haus kamen. Hat ca 1,5 Std gedauert das zu lösen. Sehr ärgerlich. Außerdem war es leider nicht richtig sauber und einige Ausstattung zb der Vorhang war schlicht kaputt. Und es gab nicht mal Salz.

• Herta (7/5): Schlechter Beginn , sonst wäre alles o.k. gewesen. .. - Es war gut beschrieben und die Lage ist perfekt, auch mein Zimmer war toll. Rückseite in den Innenhof , daher sehr ruhig und schöne Aussicht Richtung Innenstadt. Bei der Ankunft funktionierte der Haustorcode nicht. Wir mussten nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten insgesamt 2 Stunden warten bis wir einen funktionierenden Code bekamen. Ein Bewohner des Hauses ließ uns ins Haus und so konnten wir im Zimmer auf den Haustorcode warten. Letztendlich half uns die Reinigungskraft, da von dem Vermieter niemand vor Ort war.

• Elliot (8/5): Great location, comfortable, clean room. - loved cleanliness and location. the room was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. easy to access with access codes. we accidentally got a parking ticket, so be aware of local parking restrictions. It would have been useful to have a couple of locations sent by the property for free parking prior to our stay.

• Stephanie (3/5): - The location is superb and the overall environment great. The room is not in great shape, whilst generally very clean. The walls, however, were dirty and chipped, the equipment (e.g. bathroom bin) broken, screws loosened etc. The heating was switched off on arrival (despite very low temperatures outside). There were no hangers provided for clothes and no clothing rack. The tea bags provided in the kitchen area were ripped open and looked worn-out. However, what annoyed me most were the non-helpful conversations with the service desk- where I was promised at least some hangers to hang my blazers - then nothing happened and the next day I had to have the same conversation with a new member of staff who didn't know anything about the problem. In the end- no-one came- nothing was changed and no compensation offered.

• Marco (7/5): Lage und Preis top, aber kein Service - Die Lage ist gut, sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Die Zimmer sind groß, Bad und Dusche alles okay. Alles läuft unpersönlich ab, von der Reservierung bis zum Zimmercode. Frühstück gibt es dementsprechend nicht. Unter dem Bett war eine dicke Staubschicht und Hinterlassenschaften vom letzten Liebespaar. Das muss sauberer werden!

Punktabzug bei der Sauberkeit - extrem staubig, Schmutzrückstände auf Herd und Küchenzeile, Spinnen in den Ecken hinter den Vorhängen und leider waren auch zwei unserer Handtücher nicht ganz sauber.

• AF (9/5): Nah am Zentrum und dennoch ruhig - Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Zugangsdaten wurden rechtzeitig geschickt. Das Apartment ist sauber, ruhig gelegen und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt eine recht schmale Treppe zu den oberen Stockwerken, sodass man mit großem Gepäck wahrscheinlich Schwierigkeiten bekommen könnte.
• Malou (3/5): - Das Bad war sehr schön. Das Zimmer gross. Es war unfassbar heiss in dem Zimmer. Durch grosse Fenster hat den ganzen Tag die Sonne rein geschienen. Kein Aufzug für die zweite Etage, ein No-Go. Musste den Koffer hochschleppen. Kein Licht am Bett. Zu teuer.

• Cardini (5/5): nicht nochmal, und die kohle ist definitiv zu hoch veranschlagt gewesen ( wir haben 820€ +/- für 7 nächte gezahlt un - guter fernseher, aber die einzig funktionierenden programme fangen erst ab 100 ff an, nespresso maschine funktioniert laute nachbarschaft - nachts hat man häufig lautes geschrei wahrnehmen können, was vermutlich von den neu eingereisten raketenvorschern und ärzten ausging. keine parkplätze, im gebäude befindet sich ein finanzoptimierer, die haben da das sagen, wir hatten unsere harleys hinter dem haus stehen ( vorne an der gerbergasse würde ich mein kfz nicht stehenlassen ) und direkt montag vormittag als wir los wollten stand der oberste bedenkenträger mit krawattennadel vor uns und zählte uns an, bla das seien deren parkplätze und wenn da was passieren würde und und und .. die porzellanschüssel von der klobürste war zerbrochen und scharfe kannte könnten jemanden verletzen, die wände sind verkratzt und teilweise beschädigt

• justyna (9/5): - The appartment was nice, spacious and very clean. The access code worked well, we didn't see anyone but it was not needed. The location is very close to the city centre. The parking is outside in the street. It is not well marked but fees apply, we got 20eur penalty.

• Roman (10/5): Great location in a cozy apartment, convenient keyless entry - Great location in the city centre, very cozy and modern style with most important facilities included. Doors are opening by a code so no keys required. There is also a free parking few minutes by a walk over the bridge. There is no wooden ladle or spatula for pan, and missing salt. However I am sure if I'd ask for that, they would bring me some, but it was last day in the evening so I did not mind. So it's just a recommendation to add these items and check the salt or pepper for restock. In the evening also some people were knocking the doors but this is not something the owner can influence. The last day of the check-out, the cleaning service came 5 min. earlier so they pushed us a little bit, but I was just on the way out with last bags.

I appreciated the pre-cooled water in the fridge, thank you! 🙂 We only stayed for 1 night and then continued with our travel and the room was perfect for this purpose. The location was also calm/quiet and close to many restaurants in the city center.
