• Veronika (7/5): War ok - Alles sauber gewesen Im Keller gelegen und direkt an der Hauptstraße. Man konnte vom Gehweg aus auch direkt in die Schlafzimmer schauen.

• Anete (5/5): If you really need a place to stay, it is manageable, but overall the apartment could definitely be maintained much bett - Location The apartment needs improvement. The shower was clogged, and the doors made loud noises when closing. The microwave had no handle and did not work properly. The cabinets and the table were worn out and old. The pillows were also very small and uncomfortable. In addition, the windows did not close properly, so there was a lot of noise coming from the street.

• Avkash (9/5): Great clean place near the station with easily fixable minor inconveniences. - The property is just one corner from the train station platform. The apartment is clean, well managed and well equipped but lacks only a coffee machine. The elevator stops between floors. So you have to either carry your luggage 10 steps up or down. There is a lot of space wasted in the spacious apartment. Each room had a large table that was almost useless for anything productive.

• Ismael (7/5): Di merda - Niente Non c’è nessuno a qui chiedere il sito per il check in e fatto veramente male ho dovuto chiamare mio fratello dall’Italia per farmi fare il check in perché non andava a me posti per il parcheggio a pagamento il problema che qualcuno tende a inculare i posti quindi se tu hai pagato il parcheggio con il numero assegnato puoi ritrovarti che te l’abbiano fottuto dopo che sei uscito dalla struttura

• Flamur (1/5): - Was hat mir gefallen: praktisch nichts. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich. Insgesamt hatte ich keinen guten Eindruck. Viele Dinge waren unpraktisch und unangenehm, und das ist mir sofort aufgefallen. Der Raum ist viel zu klein, man kann sich fast gar nicht bewegen. Das Fenster ist extrem schmal, man bekommt kaum Luft hinein, und das Ganze wirkt eher wie ein Gefängnis als wie ein angenehmer Raum. Dazu kommt, dass die Nachbarn ihre Türen so laut zuschlagen, dass man weder tagsüber noch nachts Ruhe hat. Der Lärm ist wirklich störend. Die Kaffeemaschine ist praktisch nur Dekoration, weil man dafür einen speziellen Kaffeeersatz braucht. Der Teekrug ist außerdem sehr unpraktisch und viel zu klein. Es gibt auch keine Steckdose dort, wo sie gebraucht wird. Die einzige Steckdose ist unter dem Tisch statt oben beim Teekrug, wo sie eigentlich sein sollte. Insgesamt ist alles einfach sehr schlecht und überhaupt nicht praktisch.

We left after the the first day as it wasn’t upto the standard expected and the previous reviews did not reflect this. Also the response on the first night for us to access the building and finding a suitable parking was not responded to.

We love white decoration, the room was exactly decorated the way we love this. There were supper store close by. Easy to reach city centre. Toaster was missing or we didn't find. This could be best if we had as this is essential for breakfast. But we could manage without that. Lift does not land on the desired floor, but this is not a big deal.

• Xavier (1/5): ⚠️ Terrible experience – avoid at all costs - Accès facile par code I’ve never experienced anything like this. Upon arrival, there was no clear access to the apartment. I was told I would receive an email with instructions → it never arrived. I had to call myself just to find out where I was supposed to sleep. The next day, all my belongings were removed without any notice. Everything gone. I couldn’t work, lost time, and the whole situation was extremely stressful. When I finally got my belongings back, around CHF 40 worth of items were missing (food and non-perishable goods). So clearly, someone helped themselves. No reliable communication, no accountability, and a completely unprofessional handling of the situation. I travel more than 100 days per year, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

• soojung (5/5): Convenient location - I visited this apartment because I had an event to attend at Halle 550. For this reason, the location was great - very close to the train station, Halle 550, coop and other stores as well. It had a small kitchen, fridge, microwave included and all the necessary cutlery and cups, plates. So it was convenient for a short stay. The street number was clear when i was provided the info, but actually getting there was very confusing, as the google map doesn't show me the exact entrance. then there were 3 different building entrances. It was difficult to find it. It would be way more convenient and clearer if a bit more detailed description was provided. and the room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was clearly written that smoking is prohibited.

• Ellie (4/5): Extremely loud and hot - The location was fantastic and the bed was comfy. Staff were no help when contacted, extremely loud all day and night right on the road which kept us awake throughout the night, the temperature of the room was unbearable and the fan blew out hot very little air and the window opened slightly which made no difference. The property is not what it is advertised like on the pictures and fairly unclean but that was passable but overall very disappointing place to be staying.
