- Medhat (10/5): I will do it Again, - Amaaria Aquapark is amazing place for Families. The staff is very helpful and decent. Thanks to Mr. Osama, Mr. Aymen , and Mr. Abd Rabo. The Place is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming.
- فاضل (1/5): صورو كل شي وخلوهم يشغلون كل شي لايجحدونكم - لم يعجبني ان فيه تامين وبعدين شفت المسبح ماهو نضيف وسكت مشت الامور ويوم جيت ابطلع قالولي تتحمل تغيير ماء المسبح لانه ماهونضيف واخذومني 370 ريال علما انه بيحطون كلور لابيغيرون ولاشي والله ماكان نضيف اي مستاجر لازم يصور قبل مايستلم الشاليه نصيحه ماعندهم مصداقيه غبنوني لاكن الشرهه على اللي يجيهم ثاني مره
- muna (8/5): فيلا واسعه ونظيفه وبها جميع الاحتياجات - اخذنا فيلا ثلاث غرف مع مسبح ، الفيلا واسعه وشرحه ونظيفه جدا والمسبح واسع ونظيف والمطبخ متكامل من الى ففط لو يتم تغيير الاثاث لانه ستايل قديم ، عدا ذلك كل شي رائع دورات المياه تحتاج صيانه اغلب دورات المياه مجرى الماء فيه انسداد فيفيض الماء للخارج ، غرفة السينما يفضل تغيير البروجكتر بجديد

Firstly booking.com should mention there has to be a security deposit of SAR 500 which the property charges upon checkin promising refund at checkout using bank transfer so far i haven't received anything. The furniture bedding and the chalet are very old the location is around 31 km from Riyadh center. Book only at your rish

- Hashim (1/5): Never Again! - Location All bathrooms and toilets are old and rusty, some even are not working, broken and leaking. The furniture is old and needs immediate replacement, the outside seating area is not comfortable at all, you will definitely have a back pain next day. There are I thing 6 TVs, non of which is a smart TV, I had to bring my apple TV to watch Shahid. The wifi is bad slow & cuts off many times. In conclusion, never again & I do not recommend at all, there are many other places in Amaria which are newer, better & cheaper than this way over priced place.
