• john (8/5): Nice basic comfortable apartment - Very clean apartment. Slope and main area is a short 10 minute walk away. Contained the basics for self catering. Shower was good, hot water. Would I rent again? Yes. Internet was very slow or didn't work at all, I had to use tether off my mobile or go down to reception area where there is free internet. Very limited parking outside, if you can't park outside the front door, there is an alternative large free car park approximately 5 minutes walk away, ask the host for location, we left the hire car there for 3 days without issue. Or you can park in the paid car park, next door, it was about EUR8/day, you'll need to call the number on the sign to get them to pop over to you so you can pay by card.

• Rena (10/5): - Odalar küçük ama temiz. Konumu merkeze yürüyerek 10-12 dakika. Balkon çamlık bölgesine bakıyor. Küçük bir mutfağın olması da avantaj.

• Mihaela Alina (9/5): Cazare in Borovets - Locatia apartamentului. Curatenie. Apartament confortabil, perfect pentru cupluri. Pe toata durata sejurului wi-fi-ul nu a functionat, desi am sesizat acest lucru. Mi s-a spus ca o sa trimita pe cineva, dar nu s-a schimbat nimic. Pe booking spun ca au parcare gratuita in fata hotelului, dar este la noroc doar daca prinzi... daca nu trebuie sa te reorientezi.

• Luben (5/5): Not satisfied at all - Very close to the center 1- the parking places were few and full 2- hot water wasn’t enough /3-4 minutes to make a bath with hot water/ 3- there was a lot of noise in the residence during the night

• Danka Rajkova (9/5): Ubytovanie odporúčam, splnilo očakávanie. - Ubytovanie bolo ľahko dostupné z hlavnej cesty. Izba bola pohodlná a veľmi čistá, ubytovať sa bolo, na základe zaslanej inštrukcie, veľmi jednoduché. Komunikácia s ubytovateľom bola výborná, ubytovateľ reagoval na telefonáty a bol veľmi ústretový. Problém bol s parkovaním osobného auta, lebo parkovisko je malé pre kapacitu ubytovacieho zariadenia. Trochu nás rušil hluk z niektorej susednej izby a to aj počas nočného kľudu. Pred budovou neboli odhrnuté niektoré chodníky a namrznutý sneh bol nebezpečný.

• Aglika (8/5): - Спокойно, приятно място, имаше постоянна смяна на хавлии, почистване и персонала беше много любезен. Матрака е неудобен, мек и се клати много. Няма нощни лампи и като цяло осветлението е много слабо.
• Artem (8/5): - - good location in a quiet place - feedback from the owner of the apartment was quite fast - the apartment has everything you need. the room is quite comfortable - a double bed is actually two single beds that are not connected to each other - there is a lack of information in the apartment (how to turn on the heating, Wi-Fi password) - while taking a shower, hot water is supplied unevenly - it is impossible to connect external media to the TV or output images from the phone (at least, I could not find). all channels are in Bulgarian - during my absence, someone was in the apartment, although this was not discussed and was not warned. towels were changed

• Ігор (8/5): - Чистое белье. Хороший матрас. Красивый вид из окна. Сантехника рабочая. Есть мини кухня, можно что то приготовить. Есть балкон. Есть диван раздвижной, но мы им не польвались. При небольшом бюджете то что надо. Нет кондиционера.

• Manova (10/5): Комфортно и забавно на джаз фестивал. - Изключително чисто, с много хубаво спално бельо. Уютно е. Почувствахме се като у дома. Комуникацията беше много грамотна и точна. Много ни харесаха боровете точно до балкона. И близостта на алеята към центъра. В мястото се предлага закуска и вечеря допълнително, което е много удобно. Не винаги, но ние хванахме такъв момент.

Cleaning equipment available in the room to be able to self maintain. Cooking facilities as well which was great for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Safe and secure building and room for solo traveler. I knew this before booking, but the location was a short walk uphill from main area, but it was manageable and fine.

• Şobi Adrian (10/5): Așa da! - Liniște, confortabil aproape de Gondola. Cu siguranță vom reveni, Am avut o camera dotată cu toate electrocasnicele necesare unei șederi confortabile. Locație de 5 stele 😊

• Петко (10/5): - Намира се на тихо място в добре поддържана сграда и не е много отдалечено от сърцето на курорта. Вътре беше чисто и имаше всичко необходимо. Домакините бяха вежливи и комуникацията с тях беше лесна. Ако работеше СПА центъра щеше да е по-добре, но факта, че не работи беше упоменат предварително, така, че сме взели информирано решение за резервацията и не е имало разочарование.

Wi-Fi la interior, smart tv, masina de cafea, prajitor de paine, microwave, frigider, uscator par. Bateria la dus regleaza greu temperatura apei. Ar fi mult mai utila una noua cu un singur reglaj, nu cu 2 robineti.
