Meu filho de 15 anos ficou incomodado porque o banheiro não tinha como trancar com chave, e não teve conserto. As funcionárias do café demonstraram má vontade quando pedi reposição de suco para meu filho logo no final do período de café, nunca fui tratada assim em uma pousada. Pouca cortesia, até deboche de uma delas por uma coisa pequena. Meu quarto tinha cozinha e faltaram itens importantes para quem vai cozinhar, como uma vasilha para salada, uma frigideira maior, um escorredor de macarrão…. Tive que improvisar.
Alessandra (9/5): - A vista do loft é maravilhosa! Os funcionários muito atenciosos. O loft tem tudo que precisa para uma estadia confortável. Muito barulhento, a porta da sacada é de vidro e não veda o barulho da avenida. E também muita claridade no quarto.

Nelson (4/5): No fue la mejor experiencia - Resaltó la atención de toooodo el personal, impecable y muy atentos así como el desayuno que fue muy bueno con buenas opciones Nos tocó el loft #11 es horroroso, olor a húmedo, oscuro, camas viejas y almohadas duras ni que hablar de los baños, no existían ventanas al exterior y el olor era insoportable. El baño de la “habitación” principal tenía una ventana que daba a la “habitación” auxiliar, horrible. desafortunadamente nos tocó una habitación desastrosa, la peor diría yo, tanto que nos fuimos 2 días antes de los días pagados con anticipación
Marcio (9/5): Muito bom, sem nenhum problema. - Peguei o loft 11, muito bom, duas suites, amplas, cozinha ampla e completa e uma varanda também grande, apesar de quase não conseguir permanecer nela devido aos aparelhos de ar condicionado jogando ar quente. O acesso ao estacionamento é bem ruim, uma rampa muito ingreme, mas existe manobrista 24h caso tenham receio.

Raimundo (10/5): Excelente acomodação - Localização bem próximo as principais praias, o residencial oferece um café da manhã de cortesia que estava excelente. Limpeza do apartamento estava impecável. A cozinha está completa e cona com cafeteira e alguns temperos que podem ser utilizados, sal, óleo etc. Como reciprocidade deixamos um pacote de café no recipiente do armário. Não tem nada que não tenha gostado
Erick (9/5): Hospedagem com linda vista para o Mar. - Excelente hospedagem, organizada, limpa, uma vista linda do mar e assistir o pôr do sol da piscina aquecida diariamente foi sensacional. Equipe muito educada, prestativa sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O quarto é super confortável, utensilios de cozinha super novinhos. Tudo muito bom, nao dá vontade de voltar pra casa, kkkkkk. O café da manha é mto bom com bolos deliciosos e até tapioca fresquinha que fazem na hora. Super recomendo a estadia. Seria apenas sugestões, nao possui tanque de roupas e falta escovinha para vaso sanitário.

A infraestrutura da acomodação nos inspirou a cozinhar para curtir a vista e por do sol ... Recomendo! Pontualmente estavam reformando a acomodação em cima da nossa mas, depois de pedirmos para começarem um pouco mais tarde no terceiro dia... Deu pra dormir um pouquinho mais. O sinal de internet fica comprometido talvez pelas portas de vidro mas... Contornável. Os prós compensaram os contra.
Kelly (9/5): Room with a view! - We relocated from another hotel where we were promised a view and had none, to a ‘pool’ view here that was much more! Beautiful sunsets 🌅 and mountain views across to the mainland. The room was large with a well-equipped kitchen where we could enjoy the views. Breakfast nook also had amazing views and a private beach is a short walk away where we enjoyed a sunset. The pools was very clean, warm and not too crowded during the day. For dinner, we highly recommend the ananas restaurant a 10 min walk away. We wanted to stay an extra night, but price skyrocketed due to the upcoming NYE holiday. The street was getting busy and noisy each day closer to the holiday.

Cavalcante (9/5): Gorgeous views, great location, friendly staff. - Great breakfast buffet, with a beautiful view. The pool area is also great with an awesome view and vibes. The loft 5 was very cute, clean and spacious for a couple. I'd definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. The only challenge was one night that rained a lot and our loft started to flood with the heavy rain flow, but the staff were very helpful to accommodate us in a different loft in order to fix our problem.
Alejandro (4/5): Could be better - Amazing and nice staff. The parking place is a bit hard to get into to. The price is elevated compared to the room facilities. Not bad but a lot simple. If you get the room near the pool be prepared to a lot of noise

Not a lot of options Balkony in room No 14, was not useable for more than 1 person. was loud, as its at the main street. Full of mosquitos, no net to protect the windows when they are open.
