• Florencia (1/5): Horrible experiencia que no recomiendo a nadie. - Solo la ubicación. No lo recomiendo a nadie, realmente vale la pena pagar un poco más y evitar pisar este lugar. Realmente una experiencia HORRIBLE. El personal lo peor de todo. No transmitían confianza, hablaban con prepotencia y se manejaron de manera inadecuada y agresiva. Situaciones de violencia que realmente no nos dejaron dormir tranquilas. Para sumar, no había papel higiénico y los muebles se caían a pedazos.

• Egle (10/5): Great place for a great price! - Great property! Very central location, but lots of parking options near by. Pleasant and welcoming staff. The apartment was of good size, clean. Beds were comfy. Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

I dont understand the bad reviews - this is the cheapest hotel I could find in Kadikoy so of course its not the Ritz Carleton but the room was clean, spacious, had big windows that let in good light/air. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great. This is an affordable gem in Kadikoy.
• Ricardo Roth (4/5): Not for 3 people - Good location, easy check-in It was offered as a 3 person room but it only had a small couch for the third person and no extra linings nor pillow. You can't sleep there if you are longer than 1.60m The main bed didn't have sheets.

• Jonny (1/5): Absolutely Filthy rooms and rude staff - That I The room was absolutely filthy, dust and gunk in corners - not cleaned besides a nasty mop on the floor pushing muck around. The floor was oily and sticky!! I couldnt walk barefooted in the room. In fact the whole place, including stairs and hallways, sticky floors. The first thing i did was confront the personel with this. He told me lazily that it was a cleaning agent that made it sticky and looked at me as if I was being difficult. I had to insist on getting it cleaned! The rooms are designed very poorly, I had a tv in the entre of the room, the only way to watch it would be to stand up directly in front of it 🤣. Absolutely useless place to put a tv? But I guess it checks the box out then. In the bathroom there was complimentary shampoo bottle, would be fine except from the fact that it was half empty, obviously already used by previous guests!! Dispicable place in every way, the staff are lazy, rude and careless, the place is filthy and pointless. Looks nothing like the pictures.

• Dany (1/5): First and last time. - The reception guys are nice. 1-The room and bed were dirty when I came 2-Tiny room 3- The bathroom is so small that you can't even wash your face there. 4-The photos on booking are not the same as reality. 5-I booked double rooms but I ended up in a single room. 6-The wall is not soundproof. 7-Noisy atmosphere especially during Saturday Sunday inside and outside the hotel. 8-The cigerette smell can enter your room from everywhere. 9-Broken table.(I even complained about it but none cares to change it). 10-There is no privacy for the sound coming from one room to another(You understand the meaning). 11- The water pipe from the room suddenly started to leak from up to down over my clothes. 12-Old building and structure 13-It has no elevator in reality when it's listed in booking with an elevator.

• Jeff (1/5): The Manager lied to us and kept our money even though we only stayed 1 night out of 4 - I chose that motel because of the location. But honestly even when standing directly in front of it you still cannot find it without help. It was so uncomfortably small and breakfast was not included. The price was as high as places that were so much nicer. So we only stayed 1 night instead of 4. We found a much much nicer place for a lower price. The Manager told us to contact booking.com to get our refund. We contacted booking.com and booking.com told us that the Manager denied our refund. So he is also a lier and a thief. It is bad enough to offer a bad place for the wrong price but he should have refunded for the 3 nights that we did not stay. And he should have told us the truth.

• Ahmed (10/5): Overall experience was worth it, good value for money. Small rooms but comfortable. Amazing helpful staff - The location is amazing! also the staff were very helpful and nice they even helped me with receiving delivery packages. The furniture were also new compared to the rest of Kadikoy hotels. Location and the place makes you feel safe and it’s not noisy even though it’s right next to the important locations like bus stations, metro bus, metro and ferry like max 10 mins walk to each. Will come again for sure, thanks for the awesome staff The going upstairs with no elevator but it wasn’t problem as the guys there helped me with the luggage and I had to go upstairs like once or twice. Other than this it was perfect.
• Ozan (4/5): The rooms were moldy and we were not given the room that we booked and paid for initially. - The staff was friendly, however we were not given the room we'd booked. We were able to move to the one we actually paid for on our second day but it still sucked because we only stayed there for 2 nights. We specifically booked the bigger room because we wanted some space. It was annoying that we only got it on our second night. What was more disturbing is, that both rooms smelled moldy and we could actually see mould in the bathrooms in both of the rooms. The bathrooms do not have any ventilation which naturally causes mould. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel unless you really have a thick skin. Also the mattress in our first room was really uncomfortable and it seemed very old. The one in the second room was a bit better but still uncomfortable. Also on our first night, other guests were given the keys to our room and tried to enter. Luckily we were in the room at that moment and the other guests told us, that they had the room the night before and switched on that day but somehow received the keys to their old (our room) at the reception, we were all confused and I could tell that they were as surprised as we were. This is something that cannot and should not happen at all! Had we not been there, they could've done who knows what in our room and with our belongings. The location is great though, so if these problems weren't given, I would recommend staying there even though I have my doubts that they will fix them in the near feature, as these were things that some people complained about in the reviews on booking that I read. Since not all the previous guests had such a bad experience staying there I let myself get convinced to risk it and regretted it...so as long as you do not read new reviews that indicate that these problems have been taken care of, I hardly recommend not booking this hotel, even though the employees (or owners) were really nice and tried their best.

• Strydom (10/5): Best host ever, he turned our trip around. - The size of the room was bigger than expected. Loved lounge space, table and chairs by the window. The manager is most hospitable host any exhausted traveler can wish for, had gone out of his way when we needed to store luggage, find ATM, market, grocery store, taxi hubs, laundry room and anything in between. The host also speaks English very well. We received welcome fruits. The closet was big enough for us to put everything. The host also said we can use the hotel address for our lost luggage to be returned to. We were a little lost and the host even came to get our luggage around the corner, since the taxi driver dropped us in the middle of nowhere. The bed mattress was not turned often. The bathroom cabinet door didn't work. The outside sign of the name of the hotel is hidden by a vendor umbrella and is not very visible. It's number of the hotel is 6.

• Ismailov (10/5): Exceptional - If you want to see real Turkey then you must live among the locals. Kadikoy is just a perfect place for that! Prices for everything is relatively cheap. The personnel, especially Yasin is such a nice young man who will answer all your questions and even show you the directions and all. Such hotels/suits must also be in the centre :-)
