• laville (3/5): - location next to taxim square, all the main shops and restaurants and transport are five mins walk away. was not clean shower head was broken poor cooking facilities. shower not clean, for the first few days it was o.k no noise then work men builders were working right opposite sometimes working into the next morning terrible. So not much sleep was achieved at my stay here and there was no mention of it prior to booking disappointed.

A ultimo momento decidimos cambiar la fecha (que en vez de 2 noches, fuera solo 1) y no hubo ningún problema. Y al dia siguiente le preguntamos si podíamos dejar las mochilas mientras paseamos y tampoco hubo problema. Hay cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Recomiendo este lugar sin duda alguna. Todo estaba perfecto.

With fast charger my phone needs 6 hours to charge with the outlets here Not the accomodation's fault, but there was construction right across the street and it was going late at night and early in the morning as well, the doors/windows were not sound proof at all.

She never hesitated to help us and was always there for anything we needed, at any time, with a warm smile, patience, and genuine kindness. • Ma (4/5): - 位置还不错 1.国外航班难免有时差，上午到后询问可否进到前台大厅等候入住时间，根本没人搭理你，幸好有客人出入让我们到前台大厅等候。2.我们是岁数比较大的年纪，看到入住说明是高层无障碍电梯步入，结果给了我们一个阁楼房，坐电梯后还要走一层楼梯，人和行李出入很不方便3.住了三天白天根本没有热水洗澡到了第三天全天没有热水，问了多次也没有解决和说明一下。真是一言难尽，真实体验，绝无夸大直言。

• Maha (10/5): - The room is super clean, always warm and personnels are kind a professionals. The location is 5-10min walk to Taksim meydan, no steep hills. A lot of grocery stores near the hotel and they are open till late at night. Totally recommend booking it! The room has some humidity painting, maybe because the hotel is a little old but the room and bathroom are always clean.

• Otto Papp (3/5): Cheep but below expectation - The only good thing was that the property had an elevator and that it was close to Taksim square. The first room had a broken bath tub a bad smell so I've asked for a fix or a change, they offered me a change, but the second room was not much better, the tub was ok but the room had an even worst smell, there was mold on the ceiling, the bad was very uncomfortable and the furniture the floor was all old and very used, lights not working, it seams that maintenance is not a priority here.

• Liu (9/5): City House是伊斯坦布尔性价比高的住宿选择。 - 房间比较大，桌椅、电视、冰箱、炉灶、电水壶、餐厨具等齐全，可以自己开火，适合长期住宿。房间有暖气，温度适宜，床铺硬度合适，躺着舒服。卫生间干净卫生，有加热晾架，洗衣服容易晾干。酒店的经理是个小伙子，挺热情友好，把我们送到房间，并告知他24小时值班，随时联系。后来遇到暖气不热的问题向他反映，他不拖延马上加以解决，因此对他的服务挺满意。酒店楼下就有小超市和餐馆，生活很方便。步行至谷歌地图高评分餐馆Denizler Kasap & Mangal，只要几分钟。到著名的塔克西姆Taksim 广场，步行7-8分钟，在这里可以换乘各种公共交通工具。条件允许的话，还是预订机场接送车，因为塔克西姆广场附近的道路，有时起伏坡度较大，有的路段是老旧的石块铺路，对拖拉行李箱步行不是很友好。总之，City House是伊斯坦布尔性价比高的住宿选择。 如果在卫生间马桶前面的墙壁上，装一个手纸架，就会更方便了。

Было прохладно в номере. Это правда. В окне -вентиляция. Мы её бумагой заткнули. И было Гуд. Спали хорошо. Теплее всего было в ванной. Там полотенцесушитель. Подушки слишком старенькие. Мы купили в Икеа новые 😅и спали спокойно. Возможно. Надо было спросить у милого менеджера замену. Но мы сами решили вопрос. Жили 4 ночи. Спустя 2 ночи пришел клининг. Заменили и постель. И убрали. Спасибо. Плитка работала (мы варили яйца на завтрак). Чайник работал. Холодильник так же. Так как у нас спец питание. Мы кушали утром в номере. Рядом море магазинов и лавок. Дешевле в СОК и Мигрос. Близость от тур мест шикарная. Все рядом. Никаких крутых спусков и подъемов. Вай фай работал шикарно. За окном было тихо и мирно. Окна выходили во двор. Балкон выходил на огромное дерево. Для нас один минус. Это соседи))) жил кто-то в номере под нами и начинал готовку в 00.00 и вся вонь жарки шла в номер к нам по вентиляции. Мы включали вытяжку. И прекрасно справлялась. Благо. Сосед выезд за сутки до нас. И ночь перед вылетом мы шикарно поспали)))

• Antanina (3/5): Would not recommend to those who want to enjoy their time in Istanbul. - The location of the apartment was convenient in terms of accessing the famous spots and the metro station. The beds were comfortable and the street isn't too noisy, so sleeping deeply was never an issue. Overall, the stay was a disappointment and the reviews provided by Booking were not fully accurate. At first, the host was not at the reception desk upon my arrival and could not unlock the main door for me, so I had to sit outside with my two suitcases and wait for him to arrive. Then, he told me that the shower floor in our unit was cracked, did not provide the reason why. I tried to negotiate a fair price, since the unit had obvious damage, and requested a partial refund for our stay. The host really hesitated, then said he'll provide 20 euros back on the last day of my stay. The refund was never given. On the last day of our stay, we were left with no hot water in our unit. The host came in to look at our water boiler, said he'll return in 10 minutes, but never came back. I had to call him to ask if he had made the fixations. He came two hours later. As tourists in Istanbul, our time is very important to us, and having to sit inside our room for two hours during the daytime waiting for hot water to return was a great disappointment. Besides, the stovetops were incredibly rusty (see photos attached), so we did not even dare to cook on them. The shower head was broken, and had to be adjusted each time we needed to shower. Simply speaking, the apartment was not in very good shape.

Есть небольшач кухонная зона со всеми принадлежностями В душевой был сломан шланг. Не хватает дверцы в душевой кабине. В день выезда не включилась горячая вода, работает все от боллера

Были только арабские каналы. -Отсутствие мыла -Отсутствие моющего средства на кухне -Номер потрепанный P.s. Стоило мне выйти из отеля менеджер позволил себе отключить горячую воду на этаже/в номере, по причине: "Номер пустовал". Снимаю на Таксиме не в первый раз, знаю, что за эти деньги есть варианты и получше и поуютнее.

• Nadezhda (7/5): A good place to stay but be careful - The area is nice, close to a metro station. It's about 10 minutes to a Havabus stop to Sabiha Gekchen airport. The room is very clean, the housemaid is a nice lady, she came to clean the room and changed the towels, even though I stayed for 2 days. There is a cooker, a cooking pot, a pan, a cup and a couple of plates. That was good I could make coffee in the morning, a bit weird but still it's better than no coffee. The size of the room is good, my room was quiet, so I could sleep well. The bed linen wad nice (which is not always the case in Turkey ), the bed was comfortable. I had a chair in my room which obviously was damaged, so I fell down when I was sitting on it. I got injured. When I complained about it to the manager, he said, it was OK and he was not going to charge me. No apology. And he started persuading me that the furniture was new. The curtain was not attached properly, which looked ugly. Anyway, apart from these minuses, I liked the place. Not a luxurious one but a good value for money

• khmiri (10/5): AMAZING STAFF ! - for the last 5 years im travelling to istanbul twice a year and this time was the best one because of the manager and the cleaning lady in this hotel these people are amazing and helpful i'll comeback again for sure .
