• Jack (9/5): Last minute stay in Mouscron - Having a hotel room with a spacious shower PLUS access to a refrigerator in my room, AND kitchen facilities was such a treat. Last minute booking and got so lucky--price, facilities, location, ease of check in. Everything worked and I look forward to staying here again. Kitchen facilites needed at least one kitchen knife and a cutting board. Better hot beverage supplies--not enough koffiemelk or sugar or tea bags. Got locked in after I returned the key and had to phone for help to exit the building. Maybe install a button to unlock the door on the inside.

The staff were so welcoming and treated me very well throughout the entire stay. I was even lucky enough to be upgraded to a stunning apartment! I will absolutely be back! My stay was outstanding 😊

• Adriaan (3/5): Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep normal hours, ideal if you like to crash the party! - We arrived for a 2 night stay, and on both nights there was a party inside of the building. Door to the hall was open as was the entrance door. As you can imagine, we could "enjoy" all of the loud dance music in our beds up to 4AM. Never woke up less rested from a hotel stay than this. Sleeping in the living room would not improve matters, as there we could follow all conversations of smokers outside of the difference cafe's next to the hotel. Zero sound insulation, both back and front! To make it even better, both mornings we were informed the elevator broke down, and access to our hotel room was needed to repair. Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep normal hours, ideal if you like to crash the party!
