• Julio Nicolás (9/5): Agradable estancia de descanso en una de las zonas exlusivas de San Juan - Mucha calidez en la atención del personal del Hotel. Excelente predisposición desde el check in hasta después del check out. La atención es personalizada e intentan que los pasajeros se sientan lo más a gusto posible. Aunque arribamos al hotel varias horas antes de la hora prefijada de ingeeso, la habitación estaba en perfecta condición de aseo. Buena calefacción. El agua caliente es mediante termotanque, por lo que tiene las restricciones de ese sistema de calentamiento, pero sale muy bien. La habitación es espaciosa y cuenta con una pequeña cocina, heladera y una mesa para 4 personas.

• Steffen (2/5): Absolut miserabel und das Geld nicht wert. Sorry für die schlechte Bewertung. - Die Lage Dreckig, wenig Wasser in der Dusche. Lauter Kühlschrank nachts. Alte Matratze. 5 min vor Ende der offiziellen Frühstückszeit gab es gar nix mehr. Unfreundliches Personal. Absolut miserabel und das Geld nicht wert. Sorry für die schlechte Bewertung, aber mach ich normal wirklich nicht.

• SILVIA (7/5): - La tranquilidad. La primera habitación tenía problemas con el agua caliente y nos tuvimos que cambia a otra mejor. Lamentablemente otro huésped tuvo el mismo problema y luego mi sobrina que llegó un día después tuvo el mismo problema con el agua. Si se pudiera solucionar volvería a hospedarme.

• Gerad (1/5): Bad - Great location My room wasn't what I chose and I only stayed one night because it was so loud I couldn't sleep I checked out the next day and left. However was charged for the entire week even though I checked out early.
• John (9/5): Quiet place to get away and see San Juan. Relaxing pool! Outdoor and indoor seating for breakfasts - Very pretty modern building with swimming pool. Ample rustic lounge chairs. Lots of nice art on the walls. Rooms were a bit drab and could use some more furniture (and towels - only one). Our suite was much larger and nicer than the regular rooms. No cooking facilites in the rooms, but wine glasses are available at the fnt desk. Some indoor parking available. Nice breakfast of various breads and pastries, yoghurt and cereal, fruit, and coffee. Staff was very nice and attentive. Look for Augustina who was exceptionally nice and helpful and knowledgeable! She led us to great restaurants in town: Club Espaniol, Club Sirio y Libanes and La Vene (good food and great staff on the corner). Also put us in contact with Diego who led a great wine tour to Pocito (Spanish only). He's young and enthusiastic and has a nice vehicle. Spend time in the huge beautiful parks. Would have liked to visit the historical and art museums, but were closed for Christmas. Walking distance to el Centro through the parks.
