• Irina (1/5): The most terrible and dirty place in Agia Napa. It's a pity that only 4 photos can be published. - Nothing! I am very disappointed with the stay. Unfortunately, the property requires serious sanitary and technical improvements. Room & Bathroom: Strong smell of damp, visible mold, and very loud noise when switching on the bathroom light. There was no hot water. The shower door could not be opened as it was heavily rusted. Cleanliness: Dust on kitchen cabinets, very old rusty fridge with ice build-up. Bed linen and towels smelled damp and looked worn. Location: Extremely noisy — loud music from nearby bars almost all night, making it difficult to sleep. Service: Staff were polite, but communication was difficult due to the low English level. In the morning, a staff member was smoking inside the reception area, which is unacceptable. At its current condition, the hotel does not meet the advertised standards. Unfortunately, management doesn't take any measures regarding cleanliness, maintenance, or staff training. It's a shame I can't post more photos so everyone can see how awful it is. I don't recommend staying here at all. People stay away from these dumps!!!

• elias (1/5): - I like that is near the pub street, king size bed They moved me to a different hotel for renovations. The bathrooms in the hotel were old with pipes outside the walls, cockroaches every time i go in, towels were changed only once 6 days only because i asked for it. There is no pool. There is no tv in the room.

Mobilier rupt si baie infecta. Nu recomand nimanui. In plus vecinii la ora 7 dimineata urlau si se certau intre ei si cauzeaza un disconfort total.. as da nota cu minus daca s-ar putea. Ar trebui scos din circuit , cel putin cladirea anexa unde am stat!

• Inga (5/5): better pay more and stay close to the sea in well equipped room - The location of the hotel is good as it is close to the main street full of shops and restaurants and on the other side it is not far from night clubs if you like hot nights, but also because of it you can sleep under the free music :) if you can. the stuff was good, they tried to do their best but unfortunately they were not superheroes to overcome some maintenance and facility problems. სასტუმროს მდებარეობა კარგია, რადგან ის ახლოსაა მთავარ ქუჩასთან, რომელიც სავსეა მაღაზიებითა და რესტორნებით, მეორე მხრივ კი, თუ ცხელი ღამეები გიყვართ, ღამის კლუბებიდან არც ისე შორსაა, თუმცა ამის გამო შეგიძლიათ უფასო მუსიკის ქვეშ დაიძინოთ :) თუ შეძლებთ. პერსონალი კარგი იყო, ისინი ცდილობდნენ მაქსიმალურად გაეკეთებინათ ყველაფერი, მაგრამ სამწუხაროდ, ისინი სუპერგმირები არ იყვნენ, რომ ტექნიკური ან სხვა პრობლემები მოეგვარათ. oh, I have lots of things to say ;( first of all the hotel needs a good cleaning service, even it is not bad, at first sight the sense of untidiness is very obvious, windows are not cleaned, floor is not swept, wardrobes have evidences of cockroaches parties ;) even fridge had some leftovers inside. bedroom sheets are too old and that might be the reason of their yellowish colour and some spots despite chemical treatment of laundry, so my friendly advise would be just change the bed sheets and clean a bit more the rooms and your place would be more acceptable. And one more problem that made me spend more money than I expected as there was not clean and properly working facilities, no electric kettle (they gave us one, but it was not safe as water was lacking from switch), toaster or even hairdryer, just fridge with little surprise in it:). ოჰ, ბევრი რამ მაქვს სათქმელი ;(პირველ რიგში, სასტუმროს კარგი დასუფთავების სერვისი სჭირდება, თუმცა ცუდი არ არის, ერთი შეხედვით, არეულობის შეგრძნება ძალიან აშკარაა, ფანჯრები არ არის გაწმენდილი, იატაკი არ არის მოწმენდილი, კარადებს ტარაკნების წვეულებების კვალი ატყვია ;) მაცივარშიც კი იყო ნარჩენები. საძინებლის თეთრეული ძალიან ძველია და შესაძლოა, სწორედ ეს იყოს მათი მოყვითალო ფერის და ლაქების მიზეზი, სარეცხის ქიმიური დამუშავების მიუხედავად, ამიტომ ჩემი მეგობრული რჩევა იქნება, უბრალოდ შეცვალეთ საწოლის თეთრეული და ცოტა მეტი დაალაგეთ ოთახები და თქვენი საცხოვრებელი უფრო მისაღები იქნება. და კიდევ ერთი პრობლემა, რამაც იმაზე მეტი ფულის დახარჯვა მაიძულა, ვიდრე ველოდი, იყო ის, რომ მათი ტექნიკა არ იყო სუფთა და გამართული, არც ელექტრო ჩაიდანი (მოგვცეს, მაგრამ უსაფრთხო არ იყო, რადგან ჩამრთველიდან წყალი გამოდიოდა), არც ტოსტერი და არც თმის საშრობი, მხოლოდ მაცივარი პატარა სიურპრიზით :).

• Anthony (1/5): Don't let them fob you off with the annex - We were put in an annex over the road from the main building. The rooms were disgusting. We were supposed to stay for 4 days, but after not seeing a cleaner, we left at the end of the 3rd day.

I've been booking through Booking for years - no more. Since we booked the day before and there were no rooms left in the city, I booked at this hotel and was very disappointed. Doesn't Bookink monitor the products it sells? The last two days of our vacation were ruined because of them, We couldn't sleep all night. We were disgusted, The walls are peeling, the door frames and furniture are crumbling, the upholstery is torn, almost nothing works, the shower and toilet are filthy, the rooms are disgusting. We cleaned the toilets ourselves . (I will add some pic)

• EARL (1/5): This place should be shut down or investigated at least - Absolutely nothing good to say about this place and the lying staff. Worst hotel room I've been in. I bet there are prison rooms that are nicer. It was cheap, I only needed it for a place to store my luggage before I flew back home, but it was unsafe for even that.The room had obviously been broken into previously and the locking mechanism could be seen when the door was closed from the outside. The man on reception took my money, showed me the room which was so bad I was shocked. I asked for my money back and he refused and said it was the owners who would give me my money back within three days, it had happened many times he claimed. His little daughter was sitting in reception as he worked and he was baby sitting while working clearly. I booked another hotel around the corner and told him I would like to cancel, he showed me how to request the cancellation and said he would approve it and I'd get my money back. When I got to my other hotel the lady said he could have just transferred me there as it was owned by the same people. She looked puzzled. Everything. The room was supposed to have a tv, there was no tv, just a tv holder. The door had clearly been broken into, there was a hole kicked in the door. The room was dirty and unsafe. I refused to stay here and they are refusing to return my money even though the worker promised I would get my money back within three days. Unbelievable and I'm surprised such a bad accommodation can be booked on booking.com. Definitely makes me less likely to use booking.com especially as they aren't helping with my refund. I didn't stay at the property, the property is not as advertised and they still took my money and are refusing to give it back. Disgusting.
• Nagy (2/5): - Nem volt sem tv sem lámpa a szobába ,csak egyetlen egyet lehetett felkapcsolni a 4 ből a többi nem müködött. Az erkély ajtót nem lehetett becsukni. A klima penészes volt es a furdöszoba sem volt a legtisztább. Le volt szakadva az ajtó és gusztustalan volt az ágy.

The furniture is old, the bathroom needs maintenance, and the mattresses need to be replaced because they are old and worn out.

• Milica (4/5): The location is excellent, Ayia Napa is beautiful, but I will never return to this accommodation because of the hygiene. - The staff was very kind and polite, always helpful and respectful. However, the room was a disaster. The mattresses were stained, the bed sheets didn’t feel clean at all, and the whole wall was wet from the AC and condensation. In the bathroom we found hair, the tub was not properly cleaned and had a rough surface. Overall, the hygiene was very poor.

• Liz (1/5): GROSS - NOTHING We booked 2 rooms, mainly to stay the day we were travelling and had to leave our villa early morning, with a late flight, to store our luggage and have a place to shower and let the baby sleep for a while.. Well... It was so gross and disgusting, we could barely stand to be in the room. We could not use the bathroom, or shower, hairs and stains everywhere, it was gross... The beds were stained, I would not let my baby grandson lie on it. There was damage in the room that looked like people had punched holes, the TV in one bedroom had a hole in it, and no TV in the other bedroom except for a TV bracket hanging off the wall.. the whole place was filthy, and so bad we couldn't even bother to use our 2nd room. We went out and only came back to collect our luggage just before the taxi arrived. We paid €107 for this mess. I have asked Booking.com for a full refund. Do not book this place.

Bilderna på booking stämmer inte med verkligheten ! så söndriga dörrar och hemskt . Duschen var full med mögel även ventilen . Fått Uppsöka vård efter detta ! Fått kraftiga inflammationer ! berättade på boendet mådde inte bra ! Fick ingen respons alls ! Detta kommer anmälas ! Varit hos läkare i Aya napa som dokumenterat ! Sängen var dårlig ! Sliten och inte hel ! Kylskåpet var ej fräscht !

• Sarah (1/5): Appalling, i would not put my dog there - Nothing It had not been cleaned, everything was broken, it was like a derelict apartment, no handles on doors, kicked in bedroom door, empty shampoo bottles in the shower, a sheet messily hung at the window, dirty broken and disgusting. I would not stay there again even for free.

In general the conditions of the rooms completely different than the ones we had paid and have reserved let alone the exposed wire that was hanging out from the wall and the fact that was easily accessible to my little one was very inappropriate and risky. And the mouldy walls and bed… 😳were covered with yellow stains and hair from the previous tenants Lastly the fact that we didn’t stay a single minute in the premises and we didn’t get refunded for the actual scam that we have experienced and the false promises from the management that they would in fact refund us for the miss advertising and the general totally unacceptable condition of the premises was astonishing…

A kettle was was provided but when you put water in it poured out of the bottom the on off switch did not work so you had to switch it on at the wall. Every one of the units were falling apart. The towl rail had been broken off and not replaced the toilet did not flush properly, the bedside lights did not work the switch was broken, the door to the room was Metal and glass and scrapped along the floor. And on my second morning there was a fight in the room next-door ending with the door being smashed and other things in the room being broken but the staff did nothing. I hated the place.

• Goran (1/5): Overall, avoid this hotel at all costs - The location was great. The staff let me stay 30min to hour over time. They fix the issue in bathroom I noticed and reported. And unfortunately that's all. The room was full of long black hair which is definitely not mine. All the doors of all the rooms were extremely thin so u can hear everything. Also near the door lock it looks like someone tried to break all the locks in every room. I got a towel with some dirty spots on it.

• Elena (2/5): - Το διαμέρισμα μύριζε μούχλα.Το μπάνιο πλημμύριζε όταν λουζόταν κάποιος,δεν είχε τορους για όσα άτομα μείναμε.Φώτα σπασμενα.Μεσα στο διαμέρισμα υπήρχε μια πόρτα κλειδωμένη που δεν ξέραμε τι ήταν! Επίσης στην πισίνα είχε σπασμένα πλακάκια.Δεν θα ξανά πάμε
