• Iacopo (10/5): Super consigliato. - Camera spaziosa e con ogni comfort disponibile, asciugamani, shampoo, phon e in cucina tutto il necessario. È situato sulla via della movida, ma nonostante ciò si riesce a dormire senza problemi con la finestra che riduce molto il rumore. Aria condizionata a completare il tutto. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliato se volete qualità. Wi-Fi non sempre stabile e sul balcone non prendeva bene.

• Anđela (9/5): - The staff was very hospitable and nice. Every day they give us some sweet or beverage as a little present. Everything was great except neighborhood. Close to apartment are pubs and clubs. We could hear the music at night. But if you don't go to bed early it is OK.
• Стевановић (10/5): - Smestaj je u samom centru Ayia Nape, povezano je sa svim ostalim delovima, autobuska stanica je na 3-5 minuta. Osoblje je preljubazno, sve žele da pomognu, svaki dan smo dobijali nesto slatko i nesto za piće. Smestaj je veoma čist i uredan, menjaju se cak i peškiri za plažu.
• Rene (8/5): Schöne Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt - sehr gepflegt und sauber: freundliche Mitarbeiter. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Gut ausgeschildert und leicht zu finden. Für Partypeople genau das Richtige. ich will nicht meckern. Wir haben uns die Lage ja selber ausgesucht aber zwischen Partymeile und Strandboulevard ist es halt Nachts etwas laut. Ohrenstöpsel sind zu empfehlen. Für Partypeople genau das Richtige.

The hosts were extremely kind — they brought us cakes, fruit, water, and even beer! Great hospitality and definitely recommended. I highly recommend everyone to come and stay here.

• Erica (10/5): Assolutamente approvato - Tutto. Quando siamo arrivate a fare il check-in, ci hanno offerto una spremuta. Ogni volta che venivano a pulire la stanza, ci lasciavano una fetta di torta a testa. La struttura pulita e nel centro della movida. Oltre che molto vicina alla fermata centrale dei pullman di ayia napa da cui passavano quasi tutti i principali pullman. Persino le tende nella camera erano abbastanza coprenti da permettere di dormire più a lungo la mattina. Una cucina ben arredata con bollitore, fornelli, pentole, piatti e tutto il resto. L’unica cosa che manca è uno scolapasta. Materasso super comodo così come anche i cuscini. Pure il divano molto confortevole. Generalmente niente. L’unica piccola nota in parte negativa è che trovandosi nella zona di movida serale, di giorno è tutto chiuso e molto desolato in quella zona e quindi mette un po’ di ansia.

• Inna (10/5): - Чудові та гостинні господарі! Завжди намагались допомогти з будь-яких питань. Все чистенько та охайно! Дуже комфортні ліжка. Кожен день нас чекав маленький " сюрприз" у вигляді солодощів чи фруктів. На День народження - пляшка шампанського. Коробочка ласощів при виїзді. Це все так мило, що почуваєш себе "як удома". Вдале розташування - 10-15 хвил до пляжів, набережної, 5 хвил до центру , зупинки. Апарти виходять на тусовочну вулицю з барами, але при цьому розташовані трохи в глибині в закритому дворі, і ніхто зі сторонніх не потрапить на територію. Наш номер був розташований на першому поверсі і вид з балкону був прямо на стіну готеля. Для тих, кому це важливо, майте на увазі. Але нам це було не принципово, т.я. у номері ми тільки ночували. З плюсів цього номеру - це достатньо тихий номер, клубну музику з вулиці майже не чути, є можливість гарно відіспатися))

The hosts are amazing – so kind and friendly. They cleaned the place regularly and kept surprising us with little treats like cake, fruit, or water. We even got a small gift when we were leaving. The location is close to the main street with bars and nightlife, and just a few minutes walk to the bus stops and the center. Overall, we had a great time! There’s an Irish pub nearby with live music every night – it was a bit noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly.

Serviced apartments with lots of little extras run by a lovely couple who would give you surprise treats and let you use the facilities after checkout till your cab to the airport arrived. Friendly and value for money.

Tiszta volt minden. Az ágy nagy és kényelmes volt. Nagy tágas terünk volt. Egy vacsora után pont egy kellemes kis séta volt haza menni. A szórakozó helyek zenéje oda hallatszódott, de füldugóval alszunk. Aki erre érzékeny az figyeljen erre. Semmi negatívot nem tudunk mondani.

Since it’s in the heart of Ayia Napa, you could hear music from the nearby clubs in the evening, but it wasn’t too loud and we were able to sleep without any problems. I don’t have any major complaints – maybe it would just be nice to have some basic kitchen essentials like oil and salt.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Great stay with friendly staff, clean apartments, and thoughtful little touches like daily treats - We stayed at these apartments during our vacation, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. As a nice gesture, they left a bottle of Prosecco and some sweets for us, and there were small treats left in the room every day. Overall, everything was well taken care of, and we had a comfortable stay. The location was a bit noisy, as the apartments are on a busy street with many clubs nearby. Even with the windows closed, we could hear music and street noise throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, this might be something to consider.

• aleksa (10/5): Exceptional 10day stay 💯💯 - Apartment was exceptional and equipped with all facilities you needed including a good kitchenware. Apartment is on a good location with 15+ minutes walk from Pantachou beach (beautifull sand and crystal really warm water), 10minutes from taverns and restourants and it is practically located in the street with parties and bars, but it is positioned i a way tah althought near it, it is not loud during night. Especially i want to give 10+ grade to our hosts who really gave their all to make our stay awsome. Each day after cleaning the room they left us a melon an pieces of cake in the fridge and also some apples an kiwis. In the end they even left us a souvenir and helped to arrange airpotaxi. I will deffinitely come back next year !

• Марина (10/5): - Изключително чисто и уютно място. Локацията е в съседство до улица с много барове, но със сигурност не е шумно и неприятно. Персонала е изключително учтив, приветлив и мил. Още при настаняването ни дадоха туристическа карта и ни обясниха за преките пътища, автобусите до дестинациите (спирката е на 5мин) и други неща. Стаите се охлаждат бързо, водата ви чака изстудена в хладилника и на масата ви очакват сладки изкушения, кафе, чай и други. Рецепцията работи до късно и ако имате нужда може да разчитате за помощ от хоста.

• Anđela (10/5): Savršen spoj odlične lokacije, udobnog smeštaja i izuzetne gostoljubivosti - Sve preporuke! Lokacija je odlična, apartmani su lepo uređeni i izuzetno čisti. Po želji, moguće je svakodnevno čišćenje. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni, svaki drugi dan smo imali voće, kolače, vodu, sok… takođe dobili smo i peškire za plažu na korišćenje. Na kraju odmora smo dobili i mali poklon kao znak pažnje. Definitivno se vraćamo ponovo!

• Beatrice (8/5): - La struttura gode di una posizione strategica per i ristoranti ed i locali di Ayia Napa. Anche le spiagge migliori sono molto comode (noi abbiamo noleggiato un auto). Ci sono tanti parcheggi nella zona vina alla struttura in cui poter lasciare l'auto sia di giorni che di notte, non a pagamento. Molto gentile lo staff che ci ha permesso l'ultimo giorno di lasciare le valige in reception e di usufruire di un bagno di servizio per farci la doccia pre partenza. Sicuramente consigliato per tutte queste comodità e servizi. L'unica pecca è il fatto che all'arrivo ci siamo accorti che la stanza che ci avevano dato non era quella in foto della prenotazione (la foto riportava due divanetti nel salottino, di cui uno letto) mentre nella realtà vi era un lettino contro il muro. Ma è un dettaglio che per noi non era rilevante. Sicuramente però, se qualcuno avesse voluto usufruire del divano, magari in famiglia, la sera, non avendocelo sarebbe potuto essere un disagio.

• Giovanna (10/5): - Appartamento spazioso ,cómodo e dotato di tutti i comfort.A pochissimi passi dalla fermata per le spiagge piu' Belle (Nissi beach e Landa beach) e nel cuore della movida.Host eccezionali .Ci hanno accolto offrendicici un succo di frutta appena arrivate .C'hannp fatto trovare spesso dolci ,frutta ,bottigliette d'aqua .Pulizie giornaliere incluse nel prezzo.Straconsiglio di alloggiare in questa struttura se scegliete Aya Napa!(Per i miei connazionali :"portate una moka per induzione",Li a Cipro non si trovano !E si sa noi italiani non rinunciamo al caffe' la mattina😂)
• Nenadovic (10/5): - The apartmant is very spacious and has all that you need. We had two AC units. Location is great, near city center and all party bars and clubs, but its not that noisy at the apartmants. Its 5 min walk downhill to bus station from where you chatch a bus that take you to all beaches in Aja Napa region. Beds are very comfortable. The hosts are so kind and welcoming people. It was real pleasure staying there!

La posizione è ottima: la struttura si trova nella via dei locali, quindi può esserci un po’ di rumore la sera, ma questo non ha influito sulla nostra esperienza. I proprietari e l’host sono persone gentilissime, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Ogni giorno ci hanno offerto frutta fresca e dolcini, un’attenzione davvero speciale che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. La camera era esattamente come mostrata nelle foto sul sito, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Se dovessimo tornare ad Agya Napa, sceglieremmo sicuramente ancora Maria Zintili Apartments! The apartment was perfect—spacious, clean, and in an unbeatable location. It’s right on the strip but, surprisingly, very quiet, and only about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to all the beaches. The owners were amazing—so kind, flexible, and always ready to answer any questions. Our room was cleaned every two days, with fresh sheets and towels, and we were even treated to desserts and watermelon on some days.☺️ We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place, especially if you’re young and want to be close to both the nightlife and the beach. Just amazing things to say. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

• Amina (1/5): Esperienza terribile!!!! - La location. Null’altro. Le persone addette alla reception sono tutt’altro che cordiali. Sono entrati in camera senza permesso, facendo foto alle nostre cose. Non ci hanno mai fornito la doppia chiave, pur avendo pagato per la doppia occupazione. Ti bloccano l’aria condizionata, e piú di una volta hanno detto a mia figlia di andarsene, di trovarsi un altro alloggio, mentre il suo gruppo si è sempre comportato con correttezza e civiltà. Sicuramente non è un ambientw gradevole, e tendono a comunicarlo ostentando tanta maleducazione.

• Daniela (10/5): Eccezionale - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e l'esperienza è stata davvero oltre le aspettative. L'appartamento era pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort, dalla cucina attrezzata all'aria condizionata. Una nota davvero speciale è stata la gentilezza dei proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili. La signora Maria ogni giorno al nostro ritorno dal mare ci faceva trovare della frutta fresca e dei dolci fatti in casa. Tutti i giorni cambiavano la biancheria da bagno e ci facevano trovare gli asciugamani per la spiaggia. La zona è ben servita, con ristoranti, supermercati e bar raggiungibili a pochi passi a piedi. La struttura si trova nel pieno centro dei locali notturni, ma si riesce comunque a riposare bene perché i rumori arrivano solo in sottofondo. La fermata dell' autobus si trova a 5-10 minuti a piedi. Inoltre i gestori ci hanno permesso un check in tarda notte e di lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza, visto il nostro volo in serata. Appena fuori dall’appartamento c’è uno studio di tattoo e piercing, il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Alla partenza i signori ci hanno regalato due confezioni di caramelle tipiche di Cipro. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
• Giulia (10/5): favoloso soggiorno ad Ayia Napa - Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e cortese. Ogni volta che hanno pulito la stanza, hanno lasciato un pensierino speciale, come un dolcetto o della frutta, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più gradevole.

• Gal (1/5): לברוח - אם אתם ישראלים תברחו מהמקום כמו מאש מהשניה הראשונה שהגענו הם התסכלו עלינו מגעיל דיברנו אלינו כאילו שהם עושים לנו טובה שהם מביאים תמקום אחרי ששילמנו 10000 שקל!!! בנוסף הם צעקו עלינו המון פעמים בלילה ואפילו דחפו את אחד הילדים בנוסף לכך הם כיבו לנו את המזגן בלילה כי שכחנו בטעות לסגור אותו אז כעונש הם סגרו את המזגן בזמן שאנחנו מתבשלים עד שאנחנו צעקנו עליהם לפתוח אותו אנחנו שילמנו על חמישה לילות ובחרנו ללכת אחרי שלוש באמת באמת המקום הכי גרוע באיה נאפה ועל האנטישמיות והיחס והאלימות שהם הפעילו כלפינו עוד ישמעו

• Držaić (9/5): - We were generally very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was clean, and we even received small gifts like fruit and sweets, which was super nice. The apartment is located on a busier, noisier street, so just keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The AC worked well, we got beach towels, and they even let us take a shower after check-out on our last day since our flight was late in the evening. Really appreciated that!

L’appartamento era impeccabile: pulizia sublime, servizi ottimi e un’accoglienza che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Maria per i suoi dolci deliziosi, con cui ci ha coccolato ogni mattina, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Torneremo sicuramente e non mancheremo di consigliare questo splendido posto a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

• Ana (10/5): - Domaćini su bili jako fini, ljubazni i gostoprimivi. Apartman je bio jako čist, opremljen i svaki dan smo dobijali užinu od domaćina (voće i slatkiši). Lokacija je odlična ukoliko planirate da posetite klubove zato što je smeštaj u glavnoj ulici za noćni život.

• Krasic (10/5): - The hosts were amazing and apartment was clean and well equipped. If you want to cook, kitchen has everything you need and apartment is cleaned every day. You also get some fruits/sweets/water left after room cleaning so it is a nice surprise when you get back from the beach. Also, there were beach towels in the room in case you didn't bring your own. On the last day, our flight was in the evening so we were able to leave our things at the reception after check out, and there was separate bathroom where we were able to take a shower before leaving. The hosts are really nice people and they really thought of everything you might need.
