• Sarah (4/5): Misleading 4-Star Claim with Poor Comfort and Inconvenient Location - Our stay at this property was unfortunately quite disappointing from the moment we arrived. The entrance was extremely difficult to find, and there were very limited instructions provided on how to access the building. There was no clear signage indicating that reception was on Level 5, and to make matters worse, you couldn’t even access that level without a fingerprint/keycard, which made the whole arrival process confusing and frustrating. One small positive was that we were allowed to check in about 30 minutes early, which we appreciated. However, this was quickly overshadowed when staff initially tried to allocate us a two-bedroom apartment despite us having booked a three-bedroom one. Upon entering the room, it was very outdated and did not match the photos advertised online. The furniture was particularly disappointing—the beds and couch felt like hard wooden boxes, making it extremely uncomfortable. We barely slept for four nights, as it honestly felt like lying on a hardwood floor. The only modern feature in the apartment was the combined washer-dryer machine. The kitchen facilities were also inadequate for our group. Despite there being four of us, we were only provided with two sets of cutlery, bowls, and basic kitchen items, which was very inconvenient and poorly thought out. The one standout feature of the room was the excellent shower pressure, which was genuinely good. As for the facilities, the pool had a lifeguard on duty, which is a plus for less confident swimmers. However, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, as it seemed to be primarily used by locals for exercise, making it feel like guests couldn’t properly relax or enjoy the space. The playground area was decent and one of the few enjoyable aspects. The location was another major downside. Despite being only about 7 km from central Hanoi, it consistently took 40–50 minutes to get there, which was very inconvenient and unexpected.

• Dorota (8/5): Great for families - Great apartment for families! There was an outside playground which my kids loved and we didn’t even know about it before booking it. There was also a pool but we didn’t use it! The apartment was great however kitchen could be better equipped. The breakfast was mediocre and a lot of flies around the buffet part every day..

Me gustó la seguridad que tiene el complejo, ya que es un área residencial también. Hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en el primer nivel del edificio. Nuestro apartamento estuvo bastante bien equipado, y el área de juegos para niños es muy bonita y bien cuidada. Y el desayuno estuvo bueno. Muy bueno para ir con niños. Lo único que no me gustó es que no tienes forma de comunicarte con la recepción desde tu habitación ya que no tiene teléfono. En algún momento necesitamos comunicarnos con ellos, y mi esposo tuvo que salir del edificio en el que estábamos hasta el otro, donde se encuentra la recepción, para poder llegar hasta allá y, peor aún con un día lluvioso. Creo que para estar tan lejos de la recepción debería tener teléfono.

Friendly concierge etc - Spacious, safe, good location Was getting some sort of stench, was a bit dusty but possible because it’s an area with lots of new construction. The garbage disposal instructions were stressful but we managed to put it out as instructed.

• Christin (8/5): - Das Hotel ist sauber und ca 30 min Grab fahrt von der Altstadt entfernt, was ca 90-100k kostet👍🏻 um das Hotel rum gibt es einen Circle K, mehrere Minimarket und Restaurants, Cafés und sogar Apotheken. Also alles was man so braucht 👍🏻 Die Poolanlage war okay. Man musste einen Fingerabdruck machen lassen um dort hin zu gelangen. Das Wasser war unangenehm warm und es war sehr laut, da sehr viele Kinder da waren.

Breakfast is good as well, specially if you're into Asian food. Feel free to ask the staff regarding local contacts i.e. taxi, tours... Location is a bit far from the city center and needs a lot of relatively long back and forth, but everything is available close by(walking distance), food, shopping malls, super markets...

The noise of the traffic is very clear. During the night you can hear clearly the traffic, which is quite uncomfortable.

• 정하 (9/5): Visiting again after a year - I visited again after a year. Thank you still for the great facilities and kind response. Breakfast was simple, but it was nice to be able to enjoy it. In particular, I was satisfied with the clean and care of the room every day. The slippers in the room were small and uncomfortable. Also, the towels provided in the bathroom sometimes had foreign substances on them, It was a shame that there was no hair dryer in each bathroom.

Place has a great view with shops below for needed necessities such as water, snacks, and milk for toddlers. Price was good. Would get better points if not for the negative. Room had a few small roaches. Makes it uncomfortable as it came out of nowhere. Air conditioning vents also need to be cleaned and it didn't provide good air flow to living room but bedrooms we're ok. Cause condensation and it could've been more efficient and cooler.

Good facilities with pool, playground & breakfast included. Location was out of town centre, but we did know that when booking. Could have some more utensils provided in kitchen. Also two lift keys would be handy for a family

Definitely will choose this place for next visit. - The apartment is so comfortable, with all we need including a washing machine, and television with YouTube channel, and a kitchen, and so on, with all what make you feel like home. There are super friendly staff who help us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, that you can choose from the menu and they will cook for you. My kid loves the swimming pool and playground so much that she did not want to go home. There are 4 mini market stores you can spend time for quick shopping. The location is not in center, but it is also good and refreshing when you are tired of the noise and traffic in downtown.

Chef is excellent and friendly never said no to anything we are asking for. Security very well organized from front door to room to lift even for children. We really enjoyed the stay especially the undercover swimming pool for relaxing and cooling off, it was all very well done, thank you we will surely press on your button to visit again. Thank you. The main bedroom bed could have been a little softer, and cutlery to be provided in case a family not knowing how to use the sticks. Toaster for bread missing and some utensils to prep dinner. Guidance / booklet of places to visit in Hanoi would be super supportive and the transport guide like the bus routes or app to be downloaded to be used.
