The reception staff were lovely and super helpful explaining the door lock and roller door arrangement. The elevator is tiny but I'm glad it was there - just go two at a time when you have your luggage. The location is right on the edge of the Old Quarter. This is fine if you are happy to walk. The bed in the second bedroom was super hard.

The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light just like the photos. Everything is very clean. We loved sitting and watching the activity on the street below. The internet is very fast. The free washing machine and dryers were a plus. You do have to furnish your own detergent. The apartment is near many restaurants and the Tong Duy Tan food street. A Circle K is just around the corner, a fresh croissant bakery and a banh mi shop are right across the street as well as 5 or 6 coffee cafes within a few meters of our door. Old town is close. We would definitely stay here again.

Only minus the cleaning ladies were shouting in the hallway 9am and woke me up every morning. Maybe advice them to keep the volume low in the morning 😄 Also would be nice to have a sign to put in the door if cleaning is not needed or towels no need to change. Waste of energy to wash them every day 😊 but thank you for taking such good care of your guests 🙏

The walls are super thin and without earbuds it was almost impossible to fall asleep. Shower entry and exit is impossible for taller people (ok for us, we are 1,75m average slim people). A big drawing of Moscow‘s red square on the room’s wall and Matrjoschka decoration has become a political statement over the last years and may feel weird for most foreigners, no matter where you are coming from. The bed is a mattress on a solid wooden surface, no slatted frame. Feels kind of hard, though it was just right for us.

Luke (10/5): Wonderful little home in Hanoi - Family of five with young children. Good location for visiting all the main sights. It was 10min stroll to the lake past lots of great shopping and spas. Many restaurants close by, directly opposite was great bahn mi, coffee and delicious croissants. It was less than 5 min walk to the train track, it’s south of the main ‘train street’ so we enjoyed the same experience without the crowds. The apartment is fabulous. Great beds, our kids loved the cute bunk area. The shower was brilliant. Good WiFi. We used the roof terrace as well as the diy laundry services (tip: bring your own washing powder). The desk was staffed during the day, we were given good instructions for access and check in/out processes. We felt comfortable and safe and loved using this as our home in Hanoi. The living area was narrow and slightly cramped for all of us. But we were out most of the day so did not bother us for long.
Isabel (10/5): Amazing comfortable stay :) - Really comfortable, great location, the lady on reception was super helpful. I’d stay there again 100% Nothing! The only thing I’d mention is that there was no one on reception at 8am when I needed to check out for a bus but they have a phone number you can call and someone would be there in 20 minutes. So just be more organised than I was and ring the number a bit before you have to leave if there is no one at reception so you’re not in a rush like I was!

Vivian (9/5): Great and spacious stay! - Location was very good, everything is walkable. The property was great, very spacious and good beds, airconditioning and shower. I liked that the TV is fully equipped with lots of channels and stuff to watch. The property has anything you need. There is a lot of noise from outside of the room (other people going to their rooms, the sound of the doors at night) But in overall this was fine because this was the 2nd floor. 1 thing to improve is that you only get 1 remote for the rolling doors that you need for after 9 pm. Your party cannot split up in this case, because you need that remote key to open the rolling doors downstairs.

Angeliki (8/5): Mediocre stay in Hanoi - Comfortable bed/pillows - 10 minute by foot to central location Slept there for 3 nights. The never came to clean the room or change towels. Reception was not smily at all, neither warm to us. This is not something typical for Vietnamese people. I didn't like the fact that they ask for deposit and come at check out to check the room. I mean, you have my card details and you can charge if you see something broken or very dirty. We have to ask twice to pay by card, because they insistly asked us for cash even though we have given card for the booking.

Hector (9/5): Comfortable studio apartment living - Tons of privacy and trust from receptionist. Feel is like a tiny apartment. Very secure. The shower has a weird sewage smell when it’s not used, but it goes away during/after showering. Very small problem.
