• Patty (5/5): Passable - Nice comfortable beds and good water pressure for shower. Good TV with apps. Outdated, not enough heater/air-conditioning for the size of the apartment. Kitchen utensils old and not fit for purpose. Just in front of a very busy road/motorway. Old Kitchen top (electric). Old table and rickety chairs. Needs freshening.

Good place to base yourself if you have a car and wish to visit Cape le Grande and 41 klm beach circuit

Kitchen had most thing needed. -was clean and tidy with lots of extra rugs, and towels -Nice back area to eat/dine -good value for money - Although front unit was noisier than our previous stay we love the location. Close to town without being right in town. Front unit was noisier than the back unit we had previously. A few things needed fixing like the shower head (managed to do ourselves) but then couldn’t move it for the rest of our stay, curtains fell down and smoke alarms went off one night. Pantry was a little small.

• Shelley (8/5): Very clean comfortable accommodation, location is not opposite the beach! - Very thoughtfully set up holiday accommodation, very, very clean and comfortable beds. Lovely touch of milk in the fridge, coffee pods for the machine and tea bags ect. It is clear the owners make a lot of effort to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The photos in the advert on Booking.com indicates that the property is located in a different location to the actual location. The two drone photos are old and the area does not look like that at all. A shame as you are a bit disappointed when you first arrive due to the sleight of hand, when the accommodation is very well thought out and only a short walk from the beach. I think the owners should reconsider the photos they have used in the ad, as it is clear they put a lot of effort into ensuring you have a comfortable stay at a good price point.

Handy to shopping and beaches, just a short 5 to 10 minute drive - The 3 bedroom unit that we had was comfortable and had a good range of kitchen crockery and cutlery. There was everything that we needed so our stay was great. We even played scrabble and monopoly. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property.

• Sue (5/5): Adequate but very disappointing - The apartment had adequate spaces for travelers On arrival we were greeted with a very unkept garden, leaves blown all over the front entrance and door, an air conditioning unit at the side of the front door. In general it looked very unkept and unwelcoming. Once inside dark colours pervaded the furnishings, a 1980’s kitchen still in use and curtains coming off the ends of the rods. We made the best of it but would never stay there again.

Location, not sure why the picture above is being used as it is not representative of the location, i thought from this pic the apartment was opposite the beach which is not the case. Accommodation is a block of 4 units on Norseman road, with no sea view.

• Val (5/5): Esperance had so many beautiful beaches and coastline to visit. The port and foreshore were stunning - The location was near the beach and provided easy access to walks along the Esplanade. The room size was good, as were the cooking facilities. The unit was very noisy

Had an issue with the door and they had it fixed in no time Very well equipped properly everything you could ever need is included Very hospitable owners well done to you both ( husband and wife team) The fridge motor was a little noisy but didn’t interfere with with sleeping 😀👍
• Ben (8/5): The weather was not great for summer, so it was nice to have somewhere comfortable and homely - I liked there was fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived. I liked that the location was easy to spot. I liked that we could walk to the Jetty. I liked that there were facilities to wash and dry clothes. I liked that there was a lounge room for spending quality time with my two children. I liked that there was an area to have a sit down meal as a family. I liked that there were lots of utilities for self catering. I liked the bedside lighting. I liked the privacy. There was a lot of noise and the house was vibrating from all of the work going on opposite, couldn't be helped I guess. The kitchen could do with a bit of modernisation.

• Zhe (6/5): Pleasant - Room is neat and spacious. We haven't got our invoice yet although we urged them several times. No response, No call back. It has been 5 days since we checked out. Property manager is not on sites. No response when you called her or messaged her. Since they are sure about their Money, customers feel being neglected. Very bad feelings. The whole trip was affected by such a service.

• Yvonne (8/5): lovely stay in a great apartment - nice property clean and comfortable with all the amenities. having BBG in enclosed patio right by door - caused smoke detector to go off - couldn’t move BBQ as was chained - so had to keep door shut all the time while cooking. very inconvenient. otherwise all good

• Charisse (10/5): Perfect Esperance trip- house was accessible, immaculately clean and well-stocked. - The whole house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was more stocked than the usual rental accommodation which was so helpful and convenient. The reclining chair/lounge were a nice surprise. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and well designed - makes you feel very at home. There were more than enough space for 2x 4WD cars in the driveway. Location was 2 minutes away from town so very accessible.

Everything we needed including washing machine, tumble drier, comfy beds and all kitchen bits n pieces. It really was a home away from home, down to the electric reclining lounges! Much nicer than we were expecting The shower made a loud noise when turned on but probably just old pipes
