• Miriam (9/5): Natur, Entspannung und Privatsphäre. - Ich war mitte Mai hier, also Off Season - die Unterkunft ist top zum Entspannen und wir waren wirklich begeistert für das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Der Pool und die Sauna sind noch mal ein riesen Plus und auch die Massagen haben sehr gut getan. Super nettes Personal, würde sofort wieder kommen :) Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück noch ein zwei süße Sachen gewünscht, aber, wenn die Kritik ist: Das Frühstück ist zu gesund und proteeinreich dann ist das wohl keine Kritik. 😋

Ocenili jsme automat, ve kterém jsme koupili prosecco, limonadu, ale u špagety, omáčku a klobásy 🤣 Ttoaleta zapáchala a i přesto, že jsme jí sami několikrát vytřeli, byla cítit močí

Jediny problem bol, ze som platil ubytovanie dlho dopredu, a ked som zistil ze ponukaju vyraznu zlavu na to iste ubytovanie ktore som uz zaplatil, tak neboli ochotni mi ponuknut ziadnu zlavu, ale ani nieco navyse (napriklad ranajky v cene). Proste povedali ze uz to mam zaplatene a s cenou som suhlasil. Takze aj ked vsetko bolo v poriadku, mohlo to byt o vela lacnejsie , tak ako to ponukli inym hostom v tom istom case, ktory si pobyt zakupili neskor ako ja.

Beautiful well-equipped rooms, outstanding breakfast worth a high-end restaurant, wonderful spa, hot swimming pool outside, yoga. Attention to detail is amazing from decor and breakfast presentation to guest treats in the lobby and dog treats left for our dog. Five-minute walk to the lift. Opposite side of the entrance - forest road convenient for hiking or dog walking. Didn’t feel like this for a long time (we travel constantly), gives you pre-COVID vibes of how true hospitality should look like. Highly recommend! Everything was perfect, except for the pillows (I asked to replace mine on day 1 and it was done).

Na pokoji jablečný mošt, káva, čaj. Prostorný apartmán a koupání v bazénu s výhledem na okolní hory je absolutně TOP. Nic, snad jen jsem čekal větší účinek od Franzbrandwein :-)

• Fabrizio (10/5): The day I swam in this warm pool with this view made it be the best day of the year for me! - To be inside the warm pool in winter surrounded by mountains covered in beautiful snow is absolutely like being in paradise. The architecture and the design are of an exquisite taste, and the gentleness and kindness of each one of the workers makes the stay a perfect experience. The breakfast is incredibly special and each bite is delicious. The terrace was gigantic and the apartment very spacious. We appreciated the comfort of the bed, the wide corridors in the apartment, the permanent snacks and drinks next to the reception and pool, the wide elevator, the hygiene. It was pure perfection to have had the honor of staying here. We cannot wait to come back! We loved everything. There was absolutely nothing negative!

• Kris (5/5): - Bestes Frühstück ever! Die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbads sind sehr gastunfreundlich. Wenn man schwimmt, wird man gebeten rauszukommen. Man ist hier sehr eingeengt. Viel zu laut. Wir haben den Urlaub abgebrochen, weil direkt daneben die laute Bundesstraße ist und es ist extrem laut.

• TijmenK (8/5): Fijne plek - Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op een ideale locatie, dicht bij het centrum en de skiliften van Schladming. In het appartement vind je uitgebreide informatie om leuke activiteiten in de omgeving te ondernemen. Met de Summer Card is dit bovendien heel eenvoudig te regelen. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en altijd bereid om mee te denken. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en biedt volop keuze. Wij reisden met onze hond, en ook daar werd uitstekend voor gezorgd. Recent is er bovendien een zwembad en een relax-tuin geopend, perfect om op rustige momenten helemaal tot rust te komen. We hadden hier graag nog wat langer willen blijven, maar dat was helaas niet meer mogelijk. Het appartement was grotendeels erg schoon. Alleen in de douche was wat schimmel zichtbaar rondom de vloer; dit had iets netter gekund en is naar mijn idee vrij eenvoudig te verhelpen. Het balkon grenst direct aan het nieuwe zwembad. Tijdens de openingstijden ontbreekt hierdoor privacy en is er vrij veel geluid van spelende kinderen. Misschien is het een idee om het zwembad voor kinderen bijvoorbeeld tussen 11:00 en 15:00 uur open te stellen, en de overige tijd alleen voor volwassenen te reserveren. Op die manier komt het ‘spa’-gedeelte beter tot zijn recht.
• Daniela (6/5): Super Apartment mit unbefriedigender Ausstattung (Nutzung Terrasse), Preis-Leistung passt nicht - Das Apartment ist auf den ersten Blick natürlich ein echter Hingucker, die Sauna toll. Die Wahnsinns-Terrasse natürlich im Grunde ein Traum, aber nützt nichts, wenn sie nicht nutzbar ist mangels Überdachung oder Sonnenschirm und immer nassen Möbeln. Die Ausstattung scheint allerdings nicht wirklich hochwertig (offener Traps aus Plastik anstelle Edelstahl). Aber für 4 Erwachsene plus Kind/Teenager ausreichend. Ob ein 3. Päarchen für den Preis auf einer Schlafcouch schlafen möchte, ist fraglich. Auch gibt es nur eine separate Toilette, die anderen beiden Bäder sind eben ohne Zwischentür Bestandteil der 2 DZ. Man hat hier ansonsten schon alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist schön, das Haus insgesamt sehr sehr ansprechend und durch die neue Poolanlage nun noch komplettiert (vermutlich wird es dann allerdings auch noch teurer). Ausstattung nicht angemessen für den Preis, Terrasse wegen fehlender Überdachung/Sonnenschirm nicht nutzbar, Möbel immer nass. Küche spartanisch ausgestattet (bei dem Preis sollte man meinen, es gibt Backpapier, Salz/Pfeffer, ein einfaches Öl, Zewa etc.) und auch einen Kaffeevollautomaten, Sauberkeit bedingt gegeben. Kamin funktionierte nicht, wurde nach Reklamation auch nicht behoben. Personal war zwar grundsätzlich freundlich, aber wir fühlten uns nicht wirklich willkommen. Wir hatten das Loft und haben lange überlegt, diesen hohen Preis zu zahlen, aber die Fotos und Ausstattungsmerkmale waren sehr überzeugend. Aber diese Erwartungen wurde nicht erfüllt! Wir hatten zunächst auf eine Bewertung verzichtet und unsere Einschätzung ausführlich per Mail abgegeben. Man hielt es bisher nicht für nötig, uns darauf zu antworten, was unsere Einschätzung daher leider bestätigt und den Urlaub im Nachgang für diesen Preis noch unschöner enden ließ! Während des Urlaubs kamen andauernd Mails von der Unterkunft mit Fragen zur Zufriedenheit und Hinweisen zum Check-Out usw. und man konnte auch durchrufen, als das Hornissennest während unseres Aufenthalts (auf das wir hingewiesen haben) weggemacht wurde. Aber man kann uns keine Antwort auf unsere Mail schicken. Das ist ziemlich ernüchternd. Auch für den Hund war im Apartments nichts vorbereitet wie angepriesen und mit extra Aufpreis auch bezahlt. Nicht mal 2 Hundenäpfe standen bereits da. So mussten wir mehrmals zur Rezeption.

• Ildikó (9/5): Great place to stay - Very new facility, nice design, comfortable, well-equipped apartment, beautiful view to the mountains. Convenient parking, 5 min walk from the city center. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Overall above the expectations. Apartment doors close a bit loudly, so you can hear all your neighbors arrive and leave.

• Andrii (10/5): Extremely comfortable and quiet location very close to the main lift and city attractions - Formidable location - 5 to 10 minutes to walk to all main places and very quiet at the same time. Very good breakfast, convenient parking, well equipped kitchen and the whole apartment. My wife didn't like pillows - they are too thin for her. Sauna with excellent view of the mountains but without the relaxation area.

• Jiří (9/5): Really good place to relax and recharge - Very nice and comfortable new facility. Great breakfast selection with lots of local fresh food and made to order eggs. Downside of it was a bit delay in refilling the bufet table once the breakfast room was pretty busy. But since there is no rush during vacation we didn't mind it. Kids loved private sauna directly in the appartment. Whole stay was without any trouble. Slight problem occurred once the elevator stopped working, however it was solved and fixed quickly (second day) considering it was during Christmas holidays.

• Tomáš (10/5): Our 4 day autumn holiday at this place was amazing - Beautiful facility with nice design, tasty breakfast, easy parking, walking distance to Planai lift, Dachstein views from breakfast room, sauna, many free activities in Schladming area with Sommer/Herbst card... Fully recommended The main road is bit noisy but the windows seal perfectly so not a big issue
• Eliahu (7/5): Nice staff, but average hotel. Not a great value for the money. - Very helpful staff and great location. Parking is somewhat limited but we always found a spot to park. Well, while the location is great, the facility which I thought I paid top money for has let us down a bit. The rooms are OK but the living room sofa and bedroom bed were ran down and covered with some rug to hide the falling off material. The entire apartment is equipped with cheap furniture and the kitchen was lacking gear as well. No microwave either (really?). Since there is no aircon, the apartment is running very hot in the summer.
• Winski (7/5): Nice place for short stay close to Schlasning lift and center. - Apartments are spacious and view over Dachstein panorama is amazing. Also it is short walk to Schladming center with different bars and restaurants. Very close to Plain lift. Breakfast is from fresh products and we liked the option to ask for different type of egg dish every morning (omelette was amazing!).Well equipped kitchen. Staff was polite and helpful. Dog friendly place which was very important for us. It is close to main road so in case you like chill on terrace be aware it is not a silent place in mountains. And during the summer you won’t be able to sleep with open window. Also we believe in this price range bed could be more comfortable and overall service, facility and we would expect bit better quality.

• Svitlana (10/5): A perfect option to stay in Schladming - The apartment was very comfortable and warm, with an amazing view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is also perfect: away from all the noise and crowds of the resort town, but still just a few minutes away from the city centre, a cable car, and hiking trails. I'd also like to mention breakfasts - the food was very tasty, and there always was something new each day. Last but not least, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and most likely, we will return to it if we ever go to this region of Austria in future.

Canteen and reception staff was friendly and helpful (except Mrs Gruber) the Hotel is really nice and comfortable! 1) The room was not clean enough! dirty and dusty floor! 2) There were no soap in the loo and shower! 3) for 4 nights I ve paid 2K Euro and when I checked out I have been asked to remove rubbish from the room))) (bottles etc)

• Alessio (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent accomodation, very new structure and furniture, cozy environment, large balcony with glass fence to allow a beautiful view of the surroundings, breakfast is excellent, extremely fresh and well coocked, confortable garage for the cars. An importan plus for us is that they accept pets (we have a cat). The (minor) negative point is the wooden couch, estetically nice but a bit unconfortable to be honest, I would change it with a standard one
