• Fernando (10/5): - Il appartamento e spazioso e comodo a due passi dalla stazione metro inoltre a 5 minuti c'è un centro commerciale. Il personale e gentile e risponde subito.
• Malgorzata (10/5): Comfortable, clean apartment at a very good price. Helpful staff. Great value for money. - We were located in the apartment just outisde of the Vitosha Blv. The apartment was nice, spacious, clean and really comfortable, there was everything we needed, including a washing machine (and washing capsules:), decent hairdryer, sockets/ extensions where needed, cable TV, nice cosmetics etc. etc. What was also important, the apartment was warm, which is always my concern when visiting summer destinations in a winter ;) And the location, just steps away from Vitosha Blv. is great, close to restaurants, bars and transport, yet still quiet and peaceful. I also would like to mention great communication with the staff throughout the process - quick, efficient and helpful. Thank you for the great stay. The wifi could have been better, but it's really a minor thing. Also, the people who stayed in the apartment above were really noisy, but one can hardly say it's a feature of the apartment, rather some info for the owners ;)

Gli spazi sono abbastanza ampi per un soggiorno breve e l’appartamento è funzionale. L’appartamento aveva diversi scarafaggi in cucina e bagno. Ho segnalato il problema a Booking durante il soggiorno con foto ma la struttura non ha risposto.

Walking distance to touristic area. -Large comfortable flat, with a comfortable sofa and comfortable bed. • TORSTEN (8/5): Zentrale Wohnung nahe der Metro. - Sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Nur 3 Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Etwas abgewöhnt.

Molto pulito e accogliente, Denitsa è stata molto cordiale e disponibile. Peccato per la biancheria da notte: pur avendo un letto matrimoniale, la biancheria era per due singoli e quindi molto scomoda per dormire.

• Elvin (8/5): Very good - The location is very close to city centre and staff were friendly and explained every detail. The location is very close to the main road, therefore noisy to sleep and the air conditioning in the bedroom was making noise that was difficult to sleep during hot weather. The staff has been informed and hope they will take care of it. Also the toilet needs to be fixed properly which is shaking.

• Boryana_malcheva (8/5): Our stay to Sofia - The location is a top! Appartement is very spacious and clean Beds are comfortable. The price is very good. Some furnitures are a little bit outdated. The appartement needs a refreshing. The instructions for the washing machine and dishwasher are in Nederlandais, and the translation in English was not helpful, but overall it's a good place to stay.

• Johny (5/5): Lower Standard - Good location, entire apartment. There are more cons than pros. The apartment is located in an old building with no signage. Without the host’s help, it’s nearly impossible to find it. The staircase in the building is extremely dark—you need a flashlight to avoid tripping and hurting yourself, even during the day. There is no lighting at all. The only real advantage of the apartment is its location; the interior and furnishings are average at best, if not below average. Several things should be repaired, especially the faucet and water flow in the bathroom. The kitchenette is extremely small. The apartment is suitable for one, MAX two nights.

• Stanley (7/5): simple base to operate from with air conditioning. - Aircon and next to tram directly into the centre. There was a balcony to smoke on without going downstairs. small cooking area.
• Tricia (8/5): Great overall. Extra toilet paper & rubbish bags. - The property & staff are fantastic. Especially due to a very late arrival. For me… I would like a tiny few things for your 1st day. Facilities were great , coffee machine is great. But no coffee. You can buy a week’s supply for €2. It would be nice to have at least 2 cups supplied. Ran out of toilet paper day 2 & 1 bag for bins. We stayed 5 days. I bought some & left them. €1. Soap gone in 2 days also 1 lev in store. They appear so silly not to supply. Great little bottles for shower. But soap please. Only enough washing up liquid for minimum dish washing. I’m sure would have cost €1 & made a difference. Tiny add ons would have make the trip a little less “stressful” Shower needs some sort of switch on. Which we somehow turned off. Freezing cold showers for 2 days. I should have moaned earlier. But didn’t have time. Little sign stating “Do not touch” problem solved. Frustrating. Last thing. If you like walking. It’s a 25 min walk to the centre. But metro there I just didn’t bother. I like to walk.

• Donna (9/5): Hood lication - The location was great I was able to walk to all places I wanted to see. Bed was super comfy. Friendly helpful staff. Was clean No washing up liquid in kitchen. Stayed in a number of apartments and this was first time there was none. Of course I didn't notice until I went to do thrĺ washing-up and it was like late at night. Only two pans in cupboard and one of them the handle was hanging off very dangerous.
