• Krisztov (10/5): - Obiekt w odległości 5 min spaceru od ścisłego centrum. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko sklepów i restauracji śniadaniowych. Duże studio z ogromnym tarasem idealnie sprawdziło się dla 4 osobowej rodziny, Podziemny, niedrogi garaż jest dodatkowym atutem.
• Christiane (8/5): Modernes Appartement-Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Gegend ist zwar nicht so toll, aber man ist direkt in der Stadt und kann alles zu Fuß machen. Die Einrichtung ist hell und sehr stylisch. Es gab eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und jeden Tag frische Kapseln. Etwas wenig Ablagefläche im Bad.

• Pia (8/5): - -Die Dame, die uns bei Ankunft an der Rezeption empfing, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. -Größe des Zimmers war gut -Gemütliche Betten -Ausstattung der Küche -große Dachterrasse -tolle Aussicht über die Stadt -zentrale Lage -komfortabler Zugang zum Haus/ Apartment mit einem Zahlencode -hauseigene Tiefgarage 1) Die Dachterrasse ist für Kleinkinder ungeeignet: sowohl der 4-jährige Sohn, aber vor allem unsere 2-jahrige Tochter passte ohne Probleme unter der Brüstung durch. Der Spalt ist so groß, dass die Kinder darunter hätten durchklettern können und aus dem 5. Stock hinunter gestürzt wären. Außerdem könnten Gegenstände darunter hindurch nach unten geworfen werden. Wir mussten die Kinder durchgängig im Blick behalten, sobald die Terrassentür geöffnet war. 2) Lüftung im Badezimmer defekt 3) Der große Spülknopf des WC hakte, sodass das Wasser permanent nachlief, wenn man den Knopf nicht bewusst wieder heraus friemelte. 4) Der Raum heizt sich bei Sonnenschein extrem auf. 5) Sie Luft der Klimaanlage pustet über das Schlafsofa direkt Richtung großes Bett. Eher unangenehm für die Nacht. 6) Nachts teilweise laut von draußen: Nähe zur großen Hauptstraße und viel Martinshorn.

• Lee (7/5): Aachen is an interesting place, but it’s looking a quite rundown once you get out of the cathedral and Rathouse squares. - Good secure city centre parking, positioned close to the city centre. Some self catering facilities. Good sized rooms. I have stayed here several times before and I like the convenience of the location, however I thought the general area outside building had deteriorated since I last stayed, there were quite a few vagrants in the immediate area and it felt more threatening at night. I have previously stayed in the upper floor flats which I realy liked, however I was this time on the 1st floor where the accommodation was not so good as the rooms were directly overlooked from the opposite flats

Nachts wäre ich allerdings vorsichtig als Frau allein unterwegs zu sein, weil - leider typisch für größere Städte - doch nennenswert Bettler und wohnungslose Menschen unterwegs sind. Für mich spielte das keine Rolle. Ich bin begeistert von der Ruhe, die das zentral gelegene Apartment im 5. Stock auszeichnet. Dazu ein weiter Blick. Es war super für mich! Plus - außerordentlich freundliches Personal an der Rezeption!
• Frank (9/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder - Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt, sodass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann - Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeit, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es ist kein Hotel, aber es wurde jeden Tag nach Müll und dem Bedarf nach Handtüchern geschaut. Man kann auch zusätzlich einen Stellplatz mieten, der sich unter dem Unterkunftsgebäude befindet. Dort steht das Auto wirklich sicher. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Aachen noch einmal eine Unterkunft benötige, werde ich auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft buchen.

• Laura (8/5): - Die Lage war super, ebenfalls war soweit alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschel, Kaffee und Tee.. Einchecken war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert durch den Code, den man für die Türen zugeschickt bekommen hat. Das Appartement war für meine kleine Tochter und mich sehr geräumig und für die 3 Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Nur Kleinigkeiten: Direkt ein paar mehr Kaffeekapseln wären wünschenswert gewesen, immerhin waren wir 3 Nächte dort. Die Tassen waren zu groß um sie gerade unter die Maschine zu stellen. Ich kam mit der Heizungs-Belüftungsanlage nicht ganz zurecht. Aber wie gesagt, nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt dort in keinster Weise schmälern!

• Angelika (9/5): - Das Penthouse war sehr schön. Ein bisschen kahl an den Wänden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Mit dem Check-In hat auch alles gut geklappt. Gab nichts auszusetzen, außer das auf dem Boden noch Salzstangen vom Vorgänger lagen.

• Dmitrii (7/5): Great location and smart heating, but fridge and housekeeping need serious improvement - Das Loft Apartments in Aachen has a fantastic location at Kaiserplatz. Within two minutes you reach bus stops, shopping, and the pedestrian streets — everything you need is right there. The heating control system is honestly one of the best I’ve seen: you can set water temperature, and room temperature could be set separately for day and night, and even choose when day and night start. The controller is in the hallway and super intuitive — I figured it out in a minute. A short instruction would still help, since many guests clearly struggle with it. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, cookware, plates, glasses, and even shot glasses. The bathroom was perfectly fine, and the heated towel rail worked great — on max it dried socks and a T-shirt in a few hours. The WiFi was excellent, and the French balconies (floor-to-ceiling windows with a clean glass barrier) were a really nice touch. Check-in is contactless and smooth, city tax can be paid via PayPal, and I even managed to check in early after requesting instructions. The fridge is in terrible condition — broken freezer door, damaged shelves, and even visible black mold. It clearly needs urgent replacement. The apartment entrance door is misaligned, leaving a gap at the bottom where corridor light shines in at night. Also, the lack of a microwave is noticeable. Cleaning service was inconsistent and chaotic. One day nobody came at all, another day trash was taken and the bed made but shower gel wasn’t refilled even though it was empty. I even removed the bottle from the holder hoping it would signal the cleaners — nothing. I ended up buying my own at REWE and used it for the rest of the week. Another day towels were replaced but the trash wasn’t taken out. There’s clearly no quality control over housekeeping.

• LALAINA (5/5): Good location , upfloor with lift, please add more sitting options inside. - Location is nice in the center. Accommodation upstairs with lift. the balcony was good. There is need of having a proper sitting area, like a sofa for example. It is uncomfortable unless on eating corner which is also small. There are lots of lost spaces in the apartment could be improved with more simple furniture.
