manuel (1/5): Sehr schlecht, nie wieder. - Very clean The hotel is housed in a hideous old building located far from the city center and is difficult to find; it also has two separate entrances. The room smells of fresh paint, and—worst of all—despite paying for a double room for two nights, I found only a single bed and a cot, both with completely worn-out, old mattresses. Since we couldn't get any sleep that night, we moved to a different hotel. The parking lot was packed with cars belonging to the businesses located within the same building, with no designated parking spaces specifically for the hotel guests. On top of that, there were these completely unfriendly signs—just look at the photos. I do not recommend this place at all.

Winfried (2/5): extrem Enttäuscht - Mir hat nicht gefallen, ein Zimmer vorzufinden, in dem nur EIN Heizkörper geht, (der Linke) und bei Rechten gab es kein Thermostat , war nicht zum Einstellen und die Gesamt Raumthemperatur war um16,5 bis 17 Grad. Wollte nicht im Badezimmer schaften!

P H (8/5): - it's super spacious and the kitchenette is a big bonus if staying longer, e.g. if you're busy in the port. easy to reach from central station via bus 502 rather cold despite heating. max would seem to be capped at 22 degrees. room never got warm and the floor feels like walking barefoot in the snow. opening the windows on a stormy day might see you pay for renovation, simply because the ceiling cover easily comes off. else, great value and a comfy and convenient stay.

Frank (5/5): hab die halbe Nacht gefroren. Selbst am morgen waren es keine 15 Grad in dem Zimmer, Heizung zu gering ausgelegt - gute Lage, direkt dahinter Bäckerei & sämtliche Discounter kam an und im Zimmer waren 8 Grad!!!! Leute das ist im Winter ein Witz….
Axel (7/5): Gerne wieder ! - Die Ausstattung sogar mit einer Pantryküche,Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine. Duschkabine mit Regenwalddusche und Massagedüsen. TV mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung. Nadelfilzteppich.ohne Hausschuhe eine Zumutung, Fleckig und riechend. Auf dem Schrank sowie im Schrank lag sichtbar Staub. Für den Fahrstuhl nuss man immer seine Zimmernummer sowie den Code eingeben, das Display ist niedrig angebracht. Für die Zimmertür ist auch hier der Code erforderlich, man muss dann den Knauf drehen. Von innen ist es erforderlich den Knauf zum schließen zu drehen, sonst kann jeder rein.

Sönke (8/5): Alles war wie erwartet und absolut okay - insbesondere mit Blick auf Preis und Leistung. - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war grundsätzlich modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war auch okay und die Lage des Zimmers war sehr ruhig. Der Teppich könnte mal eine sanierung vertragen. Und es wäre schön, wenn es zumindest einen Automaten mit Getränken (und Snacks wie Chips oder ggf Tütensuppen) auf dem Gang gäbe, insbesondere da es keine Rezeption gibt um etwas zu bekommen und auch die nächste Tankstelle relativ früh schliesst.

Thorsten (3/5): Es war schrecklich - Ich war schon öfters im Business Aparthotel. Bis jetzt aber immer Eingang Franz Mertens Str. Jetzt zum ersten mal Eingang Adolf Butenandt Str. Zimmer 388 leider eine komplette Enttäuschung Das Zimmer Nr 388 ist extrem klein, dieses anzubieten für 2 Personen (Ehe-Partner). Ist eigentlich eine Frechheit. Es wurden 2 Einzelbetten ins Zimmer gestellt. Nicht nebeneinander. Damit war der Raum aber auch schon voll. Auch fehlte in der Dusche zB flüssig Seife. Es ist auch nicht möglich zu zweit am Tisch zu sitzen um etwas zu essen oder zu Trinken.
João (4/5): - Cooler Küche. Habe nicht benutzt aber fand die sehr gemütlich. Leider kein Ofen. Zumindest eine Mikrowelle wäre super. Sauberkeit. Einzelbett, war wirklich klein. Sehr kalt, selbst die Heizungen haben nichts gebracht. Komische Lage. Wasser (Dusche) hat sehr wenig druck und Wasser wird nur lauwarm.

Was meines Erachtens viel zu viel war und vorher ersichtlich sein sollte. Da für den Hund nicht mal eine Wasserschüssel vorhanden war. Ich bin gerne bereit für meinen Hund zu zahlen aber das war zu viel. Und das Geschirr war nicht sauber.

Douche deuren niet erg goed op rails geplaatst..is wat wankel. Het enige wat ik miste was shampoo voor de douche, voor de rest echt super digitaal geregeld allemaal..

Dirk (1/5): Man wird überwacht ohne es zu wissen! - Gute Lage Parkmöglichkeiten Heimliche Überwachung - ohne Kenntlichmachung wird man auf dem Gelände, im Gebäude und auf dem Flur gefilmt. Verstoss gegen die DSGVO und der Persönlichkeitsrechte. Zimmer werden anscheinend unbefugt vom den Reinigungskräften betreten (die nur für die Endreinigung nach Verlassen zuständig sind). Eine Party wurde unterstellt (obwohl wir nur Nachts zum Schlafen anwesend waren).
