• Jean-Christophe (9/5): Un bon hôtel - Un hôtel très bien situé, très calme, le personnel est très sympathique, et le petit déjeuner est très bien. Par contre, il n'y a pas de parking comme indiqué sur l'annonce, c'est parking dans la rue, on trouve des place, si tout va bien...

• Marina (9/5): Уютно и гостеприимно - Уютный домашний отель в самом центре Гюмри. Мы только прилетели, нам пришло сообщение, что номер уже готов - часа за три до формального срок заселения. Это было очень приятно. При этом номер предложили выбрать самим! Мы выбрали с окном во двор - потише) Места немного, но уютно и чисто, ни пылинки. Кровати удобные. Белье качественное. Порадовал завтрак. Мы выезжали рано, его приготовили в 8 утра: яичница, овощи, сыр, сын еще сосиски ел... сварили кофе. Гостеприимно и заботливо. Звукоизоляция не идеальная, слышно соседей, свет из коридора под дверью видно.

• Andrea (6/5): Da evitare - Posizione in pieno centro con parcheggio antistante, camere pulite. Una soggiorno da incubo. Sarò stato sfortunato io ma quella sera dalle 23 alle 2 di notte sono entrati degli amici del custode che hanno urlato e riso ad alta voce nonostante le mie lamentele di cui si sono altamente fregati, fumando all’interno della camera adiacente dalla quale entrava il fumo in camera mia attraverso il foro dell’areazione. A colazione è meglio se non guardate le padelle con cui fanno da mangiare e neanche dentro al frigo. Nelle camere non c’è modo di oscurare le ampie vetrate. Non c’è l’ascensore.

Кухня общая, в которой есть все, микроволновка, плита, вся посуда, даже духовка.Центр рядом, рынок рядом.Хочешь, готовь сам.Персонал прекрасный, вежливый, все добрые. Хотим еще в Гюмри. Остановимся опять у вас. Все отлично, ничего не нужно.

• Jerck (10/5): - Все отлично, заезжали в большой семейный номер на 4-ом этаже Все супер чисто, персонал приветливый, помогли нам найти водителя, который свозил нас на водопады, после выселения разрешили оставить вещи у них, чтобы мы не таскались с ними пол дня до отъезда) Расположение прямо в центре, удобнее некуда Единственное, что хочется отметить - семейный номер располагается на послелнем, четвертом этаже, лифта нет. Нам было ок, но если поедите с кем нибудь стареньким или с кем-то, у кого проблемы с ногами/спиной - нужно иметь это в виду

• Hasmik (10/5): Exceptional - The place was near Vardanants Square, so we could walk to the city center in 2 minutes. It was a small room with all the amenities we needed (private bathroom with towels and toiletries etc.). The air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable and soft. On the first floor there was a kitchen with tables and some board games so we could sit there, eat snacks and play backgammon. The curtains did not manage to completely isolate the bright morning sunlight so I woke up earlier than i would like to.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Very central - This hotel has an amazing location, right by the main square. You can park on the street outside the hotel. Our room was small but comfortable. It had a fridge and excellent air con. In the basement is a kitchen with free tea/coffee any time of day and also gas hob and saucepans etc so you can cook your own meals. This is a real bonus! The manager is friendly and always available if you need any help.

The hotel has great location - it is 2 min walk to the central square but at the same time it is calm and we could have good rest during nights! The breakfast was tasty and the room was clean and had amazing amenties - there was even one time use comb in the room! The staff was super nice and helpful! I forgot my charger in the room and they kept it safely multiple days until we were able to come back and take it! Special thanks to the reception for this attentive and caring attitude! Overall rating is 10/10 for me, when I am back to Gyumri, I will defenetely choose this hotel again! Nothing, everything was great!

• David (9/5): Superb - very good location, very warm, big rooms, everything was good apart few small issues. shower floor was cracked and leaking water, breakfast was average, not a lot of options to choose from.
• Nare (7/5): A place with pros and cons - Location The breakfast was not really armenian - I would prefer armenian breakfast in Armenia. Also as it was really warm (for me a bit too warm) inside and cold outside, a few times water dripped on me from the ceiling at night.

Another room had only one bed, but also the window. To sleep with the conditioner switched on was uncomfortable, so it was a little disturbing to wake up and turn it on for while and off.

• Bellmango (9/5): Convenient location, fine breakfast was included into the price, rooms are small but well equiped - Room was equiped with a fridge and air conditioning as well as with hair dryer. Has all necessary hygene items . Rooms faced the street and wild dogs groups were barking until the 2 am. Also the groupd of people palying beggamon in front of the main entrance had loud music untill 11 pm. was ceased after I gave a call to the reception.
