• View (10/5): مكان ممتاز - فخامة بسعر مناسب فعلًا. المكان قريب من محطة مترو/أنفاق London Underground المركزية Leyto، وكذلك قريب من جميع الطرق الرئيسية داخل وحول London مثل A406 وM11 وM1، وموقعه مركزي جدًا وقريب من جميع الخدمات. أنا وشريكي نسافر كثيرًا، ودائمًا نفضل أماكن إقامة نظيفة وصحية، وهذا المكان بالفعل كذلك، وفي نفس الوقت يتميز بالفخامة فعلًا. مكان رائع ومريح جدًا، نظيف ومرتب بعناية. أجرينا حديثًا طويلًا مع فيصل، وكانت الأجواء جميلة جدًا. وأكثر ما أعجبنا أنه مختلف تمامًا عن باقي الفنادق التقليدية. المضيف مريح جدًا في التعامل وودود في الحديث، والموقع جميل مع حديقة رائعة وشعور دافئ بالترحيب. الشاي والقهوة ووجبة الإفطار كانت رائعة أيضًا. لقد قضينا وقتًا لا يُنسى، مليئًا بالراحة والأجواء المذهلة التي تشرح النفس، وكان وقتًا رائعًا لا يُقارن. باختصار، كل شيء في هذا المكان كان رائعًا ومميزًا للغاية Nithing

• Muhammad (10/5): 👏 Amazing, definitely recommend staying here - Luxury at an affordable price really sums this place up perfectly. The location was excellent — very close to Leyton Underground station, with Central London only a few stops away, and easy access to major roads like the A12, A13, A406, M11 and M1. Everything you need is nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. My partner and I travel a lot for contracting work, so we always look for somewhere clean, hygienic and comfortable, but also somewhere that feels a little more special than the usual hotel stay. This place honestly exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, cosy, tidy and had a really relaxing atmosphere throughout. Fais was a fantastic host — friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. We had some lovely conversations during our stay and felt genuinely comfortable there. The garden area and overall environment gave the place a calm, homely feeling that you do not often find elsewhere. The tea, coffee and breakfast were a really nice touch, and everything about the stay felt thoughtful and well looked after. The deposit refund was also returned immediately with no issues at all. Overall, we had a memorable and relaxing stay, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting London. We would happily stay again.

• DivaDee73 (8/5): A comfortable stay at the London Comfy Doubles - The location close to the tube station was perfect. The area has lots to offer with shops, cafes, residential and good transport links. The property is very secure and the owner was easy to get in touch with relay any concerns and queries.kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. The other rooms had noisy guests that showed no consideration with banging doors and spending a long time in the shared bathroom. I did not have a good night's sleep unfortunately.
• Silva (10/5): - luxury at affordable price indeed,place is near to leyto central metro/ underground and all major road links in and around london , A406, M11, M1,very central and near to all facilities.. me and my partner travel alot , we always prefer hygienic accomodations which it is but like to stay in luxury indeed it is . great comfy place mint, clean and tidy , we had long chat with fais, nice environment,most of all very different then the rest of star hotel places ...host is comfortable and friendly to talk , lovely location with garden and great welcoming feeling.. tea coffee and breakfast was lovely ... hence we had a memorable relaxing and mind blowing enviroment , great time spent with no comparison.. hence everything about the place was fabulous.

S kamarádem hodně cestujeme, jsme průzkumníci, ale rádi se ubytujeme v luxusu. Skvělé a pohodlné místo, čisté a uklizené. Hlavně velmi odlišné od ostatních hvězdičkových hotelů...hostitel je příjemný a přátelský. Je to krásná lokalita se zahradou a je tu skvělá příjemná atmosféra. Čaj, káva a snídaně byly skvělé...
• Tomasz (1/5): - Nic Unfortunately, our stay for 3 people at London Comfy Double was the worst experience I've had on Booking so far. We didn't receive the key on time, and the owner kept giving different excuses that were not believable. Instead of the room for three people that we booked and paid for, we were moved to a room in another property that was far too small for 3 people and looked more like a storage space than proper accommodation. On top of that, we received disturbing phone calls during the night asking us to return the key and move again somewhere else. The whole situation was stressful and highly unprofessional - I definitely do not recommend this place.

Veľkým plusom je lokalita – všetko je blízko, či už reštaurácie, obchody alebo doprava, takže sme sa všade dostali pohodlne pešo. Izba bola veľmi čistá, uprataný a krásne voňal hneď po príchode, čo na nás urobilo skvelý prvý dojem. Všetko bolo pripravené a pobyt prebehol bez akýchkoľvek problémov.🤩 Najviac by sme chceli vyzdvihnúť majiteľa – bol veľmi milý, ochotný a komunikácia s ním bola bezproblémová od začiatku až do konca. Dokonca sa prišiel osobne pozdraviť, čo vytvorilo veľmi príjemnú a priateľskú atmosféru. Bolo vidieť, že mu záleží na spokojnosti hostí. Celkovo sme boli veľmi spokojní a ubytovanie určite odporúčame aj ostatným.“

• Christopher (2/5): The room was OK, but I will never book here again - Even booked at very short notice and already nearing midnight, self check in was easy. For such a good price, everything was perfectly satisfactory and everything should have been fine. I had to scroll fairly far back down these reviews to find someone who a similar experience. So I don't know if this is an intermittent thing, or if most people are OK with this. I do not like being asked to pay £100 as a security deposit, especially when there is no mention of this in the listing. I like it even less when im being asked to send the money to a bank account. I ignored the request. I also ignored the repeated calls and messages that i make urgent contact regarding payment of said security deposit. I also ignored the other number that started calling me AFTER the booking had ended. Honestly it should have been a solid 7/10, but for this, I'll never book here again and the scores I've given reflect this.

• Audrey (6/5): Bon emplacement mais trop de voyageurs, pas très propre et pas assez d’équipement - Établissement a 30/40 minutes du centre sur une ligne centrale donc très pratique pour le transport et pas cher En revanche, la maison partagée paraît optimisée pour un trop grand nombre de voyageurs, il y a une salle de bain en haut et une en bas mais celle du bas est très petite et n’a pas de miroir, il y avait donc souvent la queue pour prendre sa douche Il n’y a pas de table pour prendre son petit déjeuner mais juste une table basse et s’il y a d’autres voyageurs nous ne pouvons pas tous déjeuner ensemble Le petit déjeuner proposé est vraiment très sommaire La maison est globalement assez sale (vu le nombre de voyageurs qui logent ce n’est pas étonnant) Les murs sont très fins nous avons été dérangés en pleine nuit par des voyageuses qui n’arrivaient pas à mettre leur code sur la porte (tout fonctionne avec un système de code) et la nuit suivante par des hommes qui voulaient nous proposer de boire de l’alcool. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix mais nous ne serions pas restés plus de deux jours.

I my opinion, the comum areas should be clean at least twice a day.

Очень расслабляющая, завораживающая атмосфера внутри и снаружи, в саду. Удобное расположение — легко добраться, рядом автомагистрали и метро. Очень чисто, удобные кровати, большие, тёплые и приятно пахнущие комнаты с хорошим вкусом в интерьере. Проектор-телевизор просто великолепен. Два приятных и гигиеничных туалета. Завтрак навынос, чай и кофе включены в стоимость, при этом цена бронирования очень выгодная. Всегда бронирую здесь, и каждый раз впечатления ещё лучше, чем в прошлый раз. Никаких негативных моментов.

Too many instructions for the check-in and for the stay, with warnings of a penalty if not observed eg. £250 to replace a lost remote control! Update: In response to the host: 1. Sorry, but I DID give positives about the clean room, house and location. 2. Equally, I have the right to leave constructive feedback, to help you make improvements (should you wish to).

• Oliwier (9/5): Świetny stosunek cena/jakość - Szybki kontakt z właścicielem, przed przyjazdem obszerna instrukcja meldowania i korzystania z obiektu. Na miejscu dowiedziałem się o kaucji za zniszczenia, która wynosi 100 GBP, została bezproblemowo i szybko zwrócona zaraz po powrocie. Śniadania to płatki z mlekiem, owoce, dżem. Na plus, że są w cenie pobytu, ponieważ nawet mogłem się tym najeść, a zapłaciłem podobnie albo nawet mniej niż gdzie indziej gdzie nie dostałbym nic do jedzenia. We wspólnej kuchni jest ciągły dostęp do lodówki, mikrofali i czajnika elektrycznego oraz tostera. Pokoje w odpowiednim standardzie, po prostu jak w brytyjskim zwykłym domu, projektor w pokoju daje fajny, duży obraz aby oglądać YT itp.

• johan (10/5): Une très belle expérience !! - Une chambre très agréable équipée d'un vidéoprojecteur avec les principales plateformes de streaming. Les lits étaient super confortables avec de part et d'autre des lampes de chevet équipées de branchement USB. La maison cosy est située dans un quartier calme. Une cour extérieure et aussi disponible. Le propriétaire est superbe, très gentil et généreux avec un grand cœur. Aide énormément si besoin d'être guidé a Londres, avec les transports en commun ou en cas de difficultés. A proximité de tous les transports. Nous sommes français et nous reviendrons !! Je vous recommande vivement ce logement car en plus de ne pas être déçu , vous ferez une belle rencontre avec celui-ci. Un beau 10/10 !
• Toby (1/5): Rekomderas ej - Sämsta värden man kan tänka sig. Vi bokade 2nätter och betalade i förskott för parkering 2 dygn. Men värden envisades med att han skulle ha betalt för 3dygns parkering eftersom bokningsdatumen var över 3dagar......helt otroligt. Han ringde flera gånger och kom till och med upp till vårt sent en kväll då vi lagt oss....otäckt! Det vet väl vem som helst att bokar du en natt så är det över två datum.....otroligt korkad hyresvärd.

Nagyon kényelmes, modern és minden logikusan elrendezve. - A hely nagyon jó fekvésű, 5-6 perc sétára van Leyton Station, amitől 1 megállóra Stratford, innen aztán minden vonat megy mindenhova. A szobák és minden helyiség nagyon tiszta. Az ágyam nagyon kényelmes volt, ha kicsit is hanyattdőltem 2 percen belül már aludtam. Ezenkívül nagyon modern, ilyen kell legyen egy 21. századi szállás. A házi mozi rendszer nem viccel! A legjobb ajándék viszont a házigazda. Nagyon kedves, barátságos meg lehet találni vele a hangot, odafigyel a legapróbb részletekre is, és nem hagy friss gyümölcs nélkül. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek! :D Az egyetlen amit sajnálok hogy túl gyorsan repül az idő.

• Szonja (2/5): Dreadful. Rude owner, awful hospitality, dirty house - Location was good, easy to get there. Bed was comfy. Owner was rude. Had to make 2 phone calls to get instructions how to get in. I was told off not having Whatsapp, then managed to persuade the guy to send me the codes on booking.com. Took about 15 minutes to get in as he sent me a wrong code then accused me that I was doing something wrong. (I did not.) Also, he tried to make me send extra 100 pounds to his private bank account as safety deposit which never got mentioned when I booked - I didn't send it as I didn't find this safe, sounded like a scam. Bathroom and kitchen was dirty, sticky so I didn't have breakfast (it's a help yourself whatever you can find in the kitchen or don't mind to touch without gloves). Room wasn't like in the photos, no bedside cabinet or wardrobe only a rod attached to the wall with some coathangers on it, also no kettle there.

I managed to find another place to sleep, but unfortunately, I only had four hours to sleep because I went to work early. Also he confirmed my stay so I was charged without even entering the property.

• Ben (10/5): Perfect place to stay close to central London - Was a lovely room, the fresh fruit and choice of cereal every morning was nice. The projector in my room was brilliant. Felt very secure in the house due to the two locked from doors. Was extremely easy to check in
• Rémy (3/5): Décevant - L'emplacement, plutôt calme et proche d'une station de métro. Draps tachés à notre arrivée. Logement pas très propre. Petit-déjeuner médiocre en self service. Les 2 bouteilles de lait périmées lors du premier petit-déjeuner. Le lait avait tourné. 😕

• Ben (10/5): Fantastic place to stay if you want somewhere close to London - The property was very clean and the little touches like the fresh fruit for everyone and the fans in the rooms was a very nice touch. We met the host during our stay and he was very welcoming and friendly Nothing I didn’t like.
• Muhammad (10/5): AMAZING ROOMS AND LOCATION! 5⭐️ - I had an amazing stay at the venue. I'm a trader/broker and this place was class, it had a projector in the room where i was able to place trades and the garden was accessable for smoking. It was a perfect location close to really nice restaurants and take aways with many facilities close by. Next to the station which allowed me to get to central london to visit places. The rooms were really nice aswell with everything being provided and the host was really welcoming and catered to our every need and the rooms were really secure. Tea and coffees were available constantly and the decor/environment was mystical. 5 star stay at a really good price!
