• Nicola-Jayne (10/5): Great place and location and will be happy to stay again. - Super polite and friendly staff. Lovely room and great facilities. Kitchen facilities and small dining table were a bonus although I didn't use the kitchen, but would if I stayed longer. Very noisy neighbours. Not much insulation between rooms.

• Hollie (9/5): Great Studio Apartments - I always really enjoy staying at Ark Wembley, it's in a very convenient location in Wembley near to the Stadium and not too far a walk from the tube station. The rooms are all studio apartments so I find it is an upgrade from a standard hotel room to have access to kitchen facilities, there are also shared communal facilities which are nice to have access too also. I prefer the standard room layouts and was given an access room, but reception was able to move me upon request. The kitchens only have the basic cooking utensils but these suffice for a short stay.

• Sasindan (1/5): - Hi ARK Wembley, We had booked a top-floor studio room, but instead were given a corner disability access room, which was quite different from what we expected. We are very dissatisfied with this change. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and did not work at all during our stay. We had chosen this booking expecting a more luxurious experience, but unfortunately, the room provided did not meet those expectations Kind regards SasindanSukumar .

• Jessica (9/5): Lovely, local stay next to Wembley - It was quiet, very close to Wembley and shops and station and had great security. The bed was really comfy and the air con was amazing. Wish I explored more. Will definitely visit again. When I got to my room I did find a hair on my towels and the hall way did have kind of weed smell (but I don’t blame the property for actions of others). My overhead shower looked nice but the water didn’t come out of some of the nozzles so had to use the hand held shower head instead

• Sarah (9/5): An amazing place to stay while visiting. Elli was fantastic, helping us whenever needed. The facilities were brilliant, - As soon as you enter the vibe is chilled and calming. The location was amazing for the arenas of Wembley and easy to visit the city centre. Load shouting very early in the morning but not the venues fault.

• Karen (7/5): Great location but felt disappointed with the quality compared to the photos, was expecting better - Location of the apartment is ideal for Wembley Stadium and Arena. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops all on hand too. Was surprised how quiet the apartment was, I thought it might be noisy with lots of people coming and going but that wasn’t the case. Staff kindly looked after our luggage while we hit the shops! The kitchen, which we thought would be a bonus, was pretty unusable with the barest amount of tableware, including the tiniest cups in the world, an induction hob that wouldn’t work properly and no toaster. There wasn't any coat hangers in the wardrobe either which are essential for girls on a night out!

• Doreen Hay (10/5): - Very close to Wembley Arena and Stadium, plenty of pubs/restaurants close by. New & modern buildings in Olympia/Engineers Way. Lovely area to walk around and feel safe. Only thing I'd mention was the enclosed space of the bed. Especially at the inside of the wall, no space to put your feet down, literally had to climb down the bed to get to the bathroom.

• Thomas (2/5): Terrible customer service, shocking cleanliness - Location was great for wembley Unfortunately the room hadn’t been cleaned very well, there were hairs and old toothpaste in the sink, crumbs on the floor next to the bed and the staff were very unhelpful. I don’t usually have high standards and am not bothered about something as long as there’s a bed but couldn’t believe the state. The staff eventually sent someone to clean it after a bit of back and forth. Really unsure why this was such a difficult experience. Especially considering the price

Усещането е като за тип общежитие повече отколкото хотел :) Кафето от лобито според мен е за подобряване, но може в Англия да го харесват така :)

• Karen (7/5): Great for Wembley arena - Good location for Wembley arena. Secure parking Difficult to control room temperature so very hot overnight and very noisy fan. Noise throughout the night from student accommodation opposite.
• Stuart Houlgate (9/5): - Room was well laid and plenty of amenities, could tell it was an apart hotel. Air con was ok and no sound of traffic outside. Stains on the cushions by the table, tv didn't work and couldn't check batteries as it was screwed shut. Random red sticker on the bed sheet should have been taken off. Cost of room went from 140 to 250 as soon as the football tickets at Wembley went on sale, that is ridiculous

• Flaherty (10/5): 10/10 perfect stay - Everything. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the bedroom size is fantastic and plenty of storage for clothes, has kitchen equipment in the room. The bed was ridiculously comfy so had a great nights rest, Wembley stadium and arena are a 2 minute walk. Cannot fault this hotel
