sherida (7/5): It was ok - Easy check in and check out Room was spacious enough and great view. Host was responsive. Room was clean and loved the shower. I requested clean bath towels every other day and the host was accomodating. Complimentary bottles of water ( just only upon arrival would have been highly appreciated when you arrive in the middle of the night) Kitchen towels for the kitchenette. Could not dry my hands after washing them so I went out and got my own Only one rather small blanket. Sometimes experienced some trouble with the toilet had a slow draining but not that bad to report to the hosts and lose some valuable vacation time

Pablo (10/5): Muy buena experiencia volvería - La ubicación es muy buena y un punto alto el gym, que si bien es pequeño tiene una Smith y eso es difícil de encontrar incluso fuera. Bueno tuve un problema con la cocina que no funcionaba (que se solucionó rápido pero quizas se debería verificar todo antes de entregar la habitación) y lo otro que noté que el piso no estaba en buen estado probablemente hubo una fuga de agua y quedó así.

Ricardo (9/5): Lindo lugar para estancias cortas, cerca de toda la acción en Medellín - La ubicación es perfecta, el edificio bonito y los parqueaderos en el sitio muy bien. Para estancias largas es bastante inconveniente el tema de que no halla forma de hacerle aseo, solo un rollo de papel para una estancia de una semana, igual con las toallas y la bolsa de la papelera. Ahora imaginen esto x 3 con familia y dos niños. Les recomiendo si van a ofrecer estancias prolongadas ( más de 2 noches) dejen elementos de aseo para uno mismo poder asear el lugar, la cocina es inusable si no ha como secar o escurrir la loza, un hervidor de agua sería algo a tener en cuenta (por lo menos un café).

El WC se atascó en varias ocasiones. El apto en general olía a sudor, creo que es era por la alfombra y las cortinas sucias.

Claudia (9/5): Bonito, pero hay que mejorar. - El edificio es espectacular, y la zona es super buena. 1. Cuando llegué, no fué posible que adelantaran la entrega del apto y tampoco avisaron cuando ya estaba listo. Toca siempre estar preguntando y preguntando. 2. El apartamento ya necesita mantenimiento... el piso del baño esta roto. 3. Nunca hubo red en ese apartamento y me tocó con los datos de mi celular, la red alternativa que dieron no funcionó, se desconectaba y se ponia lento y luego se desconectaba. MUY COMPLICADO TRABAJAR. 4. No había canales de TV y sin red.. nada no habia ni formas.. todo por mi cel. Solo aplicaciines de straming. Hay cajas de claro y control remoto pero eso no sirve para nada. 5. No habia secador, mantas ni plancha. Hasta el segundo dia. 6. No se preocupan por el cliente.

Il personale della reception è assolutamente poco disponibile. Door de receptionist/bewaker werd ons verteld dat de ‘eigenaar’ toestemming moet geven voor een extra handdoek. We kregen geen handdoek mee!!!

Carlos y Carolina (8/5): - Buenas instalaciones del edificio, una zona de coworking amplia y practica La ubicación, nos hay sitios cerca para salir a comer, hay que caminar 15 minutos por una zona agradable en el dia pero en la noche no considero seguro hacerlo, es muy solo. El apartamento tiene una cocina que no esta bien, tiene dos fogones de los cuales uno no sirve y el otro debes prenderlo 40min antes para que caliente. Si quieres prepárate un desayuno empieza con mucha anticipación por que la estufa no da......

Bruce (9/5): perfect for the time I had and a solo stay - I loved staying here it was great for me going to the co-working having my coffee and breakfast. The beautiful terrace that opens to the Equator sunshine spilling down the mountains into the work zone. For a Canadian you cannot beat seasonal Blahs better than that. And when your nbutt get sore the gym is right across the hall. I would have liked to be in a bario with cafes and places to walk to but the huge Santa Fe Mall is 7 minutes away so there's everything you need in there.

El piso del baño completamente dañado, la estufa que viene con la cocina dañada y le pusieron una eléctrica encima de muy mal gusto, no había ni agua ni café. Las mesas de noche en mal estado.
