• زينب (6/5): مكانه جدا ممتاز قريب من القطار والمطار والسعر رائع والنظافه ممتازه - المكان موقعه فنان ، قريب من القطار والمطار و افنيو بارك كلها ٦ د مشي وانت بالمول وحولك مقاهي و مطاعم وسوبرماركت الكيف بجدار العماره . والقيمة ممتازه ع المكان والسكن . مافيه استقبال وطولت انتظر الموظف ويجي عامل يكلمني ويعطيني رقم اكلم شخص مصري ثم يقول عطيني العامل بعدين اجلس ٣٠ ساعه انتظار غير الساعه اللي قبل انتظرها عشان احصل موظف واحد يستقيلني ومرمطه ولما قلت الحساب شبكه راح لمكان خارج اللي انا فيه وراح يجيبها من مكان ثاني مدري قريب منهم وحسيت فيه تلاعب من العماله والمصري اللي كلمني بالجوال كانه ياجر من كيفه كفيله ماهو عارف . وريحة الدخاااان تكتم .

• MOHAMED (1/5): من أسوى التجارب لي - القيمة عالية و الخدمات غير متوفرة الشقق ليست مكتملة مثل غسالة الملابس و الكواية وكذلك الإنترنت لا يصل للشقة وكذلك الاستقبال غير متعاونين يعني تطلب طلب يقول لك ابشر ولا عاد تشوفه بس ينتظرون إقامتك تخلص ولا انصح بها ابداً

Never try - The property is clean The staff is not professional at all ,no one is available at the lobby most of the time .I confirmed my arrival time with two employees ,then when I arrived they told me check in is at 4 pm although I confirmed with two employees the day before..after few hours of my arrivals I went out of my room and the worker asked me are you going to check out I said no.I came back my room is closed and the card with me not working I asked the manager how this could happen he told me you checked out !!!! How and I still have the room card!!! I told him open my room for me,He told it might have someone inside then he open !! Any way not a safe place to stay, not professional ,never try. Moreover,The lobby in my arrival was totally empty from any employees for about 45 minutes and I called the property and 3 persons that have contacted me no answer so it is not a safe place at all. منتهى الاهمال و عدم الاهتمام وعدم الامان لا انصح به اطلاقا

• Yama (3/5): I will never stay again at this place or its chain of hotels. - Hard to locate when you call an Uber, the hotel have no signage at the front as shown in the photos, hard for taxi drivers to locate, a bit far from rest of the shops. The hot water tank was above my head in the bathroom mounted on a wall, it squeaked all night it might fall on someone sitting there or taking shower, highly dangerous, given its weight and hot boiling water.

He doesn’t have the basics of customer service The reception was very bad The toilet wasn’t clean, shower wasn’t working properly, towel were not clean and very used and old. • Muhammad (9/5): It was a marvelous stay - Everything is perfect. Rooms was spacious 2 washrooms neat and clean. Kitchen utensils are there water and tea facility available. English communication is limited. 100 riyals asking for deposit however it’s returnable.

So please read this experience ... - Location -The staff behaviour was very rude. -I made the booking two weeks before and informed the hotel about my check in time, for which they replied we ll take care - When calling two days prior to check-in again, they didn’t respond properly regarding confirmation and neither did they mention about my check - in time. - As I was approaching the hotel, they sent me a message 5 minutes before my check-in time that rooms are not available -Upon arrival, the staff behaved very rudely, and said they are not responsible, instead they told me to complain to booking.com and the site is responsible for this - Despite all the chaos, I requested them to let me use a washroom so I can change into work clothes and proceed to my work - They made me stand at the lobby, while the staff sat down to have breakfast for an hour - After an hour of waiting for a response , they told me to use the workers washroom with a broken lock and broken toilet seat - I returned back to check in and found the room was not as advertised , with the lock and lights not even working and many scratches and broken parts in the room as shown in pictures - They did not respond to these queries , and only responding to me on the day of departure asking me to pack up. - A day after departure they sent me a message to send them a review ...

• Mazin (1/5): Bad experience with this hotel - Distance from conference at Riyadh Front My flight was delayed and i called the facility to inform them of the delay and save my booking. When I arrived at 1am the booking was cancelled. Very bad customer service and I had to fight for a replace flat and a towel. This is ridiculous and was not happy with my first day. We had to move a new flat the following day where water heating was not working.
