Локацията е удобна, тиха и подходяща за почивка. Персоналът беше любезен и отзивчив . За човек, който търси спокойно място за нощувка без излишен лукс – определено бих препоръчала.

• Nikolay (5/5): Passable - Nice location with easy access to the ski slope by car. Just about 900 meters away. The room was clean, although during the five nights we stayed no one ever bothered to even toss the trash cans or change the towels. Free parking mostly available. Worm. Relatively low price. We had dinner in their restaurant twice. The dishes were decent and their price, too. The bed was terrible with the matrices springs poking all over your body. The water pressure was constantly swinging making the shower taking nearly impossible at times. We were in a studio. Very poorly equipped. No oven. One fry pan whose Teflon surface was half gone, basically useless and toxic for your body. And then one small sauce pan without a cover, bad looking. Basically, the kitchenette was useless. The breakfast buffet is a bit scarce. The cheapest possible salami. The rest of the products were fine. I guess this is due to the low prices they offer.

• Nikolay (3/5): Not very satisfying - It was clean and the owner was nice and helpful. There was no hot water because there was some problem with the water pressure, we reserved three rooms and there wasn’t hot water in neither of them, after we told the owner he couldn’t get someone to fix it because we went there during holiday season. The owner proceeded to give us keys for another room where we could shower but the water pressure wasn’t great there either and the smell in the bathroom in this room was insufferable, I guess there was a problem with the sewers. My friends also had complaints about a smell in their room - the sink smelled like sewage and the whole room smelled like smoke. If you go during winter be aware because the parking of the hotel is right next to it and big snow chunks fall from the roof of the hotel onto the cars. One of the cars had a broken back window and another had a hole in the bonnet. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was not very satisfying and there wasn’t much of a choice.

• Georgi (8/5): We have spent some good time in there. - The apartment was of decent size, cable TV including pay per view sports channels, fantastic view from the rooms. No noise can be heard from the other rooms, which was good if you want to relax and have a good night sleep. Only thing that was a bit strange - you need to go through the restaurant to get to the room.
• George (1/5): The worst experience i ever have - The only good thing was the view We came for 6 days 3 guys for snowboarding in Pamporovo . It was the WORST hotel i ever visit the floor was dirty we find a lot of hairs on the bed and the pillows we ask about cleaning the room and for 6 days no one clean, the breakfast it was one plate cold from the fridge 1 boiled cold egg 1 crepe and 3 slice tomato 3 slice cucumber, we find also dirty plates and glasses of water in to the cabinets, the towels was also dirty the sofa was damaged maybe I forgot some things because have a lot of dirty and terrible things. Never come here guys ,do not waste your money!

• Alexandria (10/5): great value accommodation - the main manager was amazing, great English and always there to help us through a very problematic week. he helped us sort out rentals and rides to the mountain, gave great advice and was generally super helpful. room was clean and great value. when I hurt my knee skiing he helped me get a refund on the rest of my rental, also sorted out our bus tickets back to sofia, and his wife was also a super nice person. felt right at home with them! there was another worker there sometimes who was very unhelpful and a bit hostile. beyond that the only downside is that there's no shop to buy anything nearby, closest is about a 6 minute drive down the road and almost impossible to walk to keep that in mind!

The room is nice, has everything you need The location is a little far out from the slopes, we didn’t have a car so was difficult to get to. the breakfast is a little basic, just some toast and cheese and few salami pieces.

• Ivanov (8/5): Very good - Staff were very friendly and helpull. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We were given a better apartment with a view. Parking was just outside the main door. Small problem with the TV was dealt with within minutes. Small extras in the restaurant were provided for free. Heat pump heating was a bit noisier over night.
