- Luke (1/5): Unclean, poorly maintained, and not suitable for guests – I had to leave immediately. - The location in Guomao CBD was convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. Avoid at all costs, should be removed from site. The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was visible mould around the shower, sink, toilet area, and along the floor edges. The sealant was blackened and deteriorating, and there were clear signs of damp. The bathroom felt unhygienic and not properly cleaned. Overall, the apartment looked neglected and not fit for guests. I checked out within a few hours because I couldn’t stay in those conditions.

- sunrise56 (6/5): - Firstly Beijing is amazing, we will return to visit. In the area we stayed there is an excellent grocery store, excellent restaurants, interesting walks. When on walks in this busy city the quietness is very pleasant and the air is clean. Electric and hybrid cars make the difference!The staff is very helpful, when we arrived the room was not clean but they compensated with a price adjustment and cleaned the room properly the next day. The kind lady and her husband helped us find our way around the area, very much appreciated. The bed really needs a new mattress, it is extremely hard.
