• Christiane (7/5): Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft für die reine Übernachtung. - kein Frühstück Da kein Frühstück, etwas mehr Komfort, z.B. Tassen, Teller usw.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Solides Gästehaus mit günstigem Bus- bzw. S-Bahnanschluss;Highlights von Hamburg sind gut erreichbar - Die Zimmer waren recht groß. Trotz Lage an der breiten Straße konnte man auch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr gut schlafen. Da die Zimmer zum Innenhof lagen war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zum Ein- und Auschecken lief reibungslos. Die Bettwäsche: Die Decken waren zu dünn und nur mit einer Wolldecke war es ausreichend warm.
• Oliver (9/5): Schönes neuwertiges Doppelzimmer - Das Gebäude ist relativ neu. Die Schlüsselübergabe über einen Tresor hat super geklappt. Auch sonst war alles top. Wie schon geschrieben. Bei der Unterkunft war alles top. Die Lage wäre optimal gewesen,wenn die Bushaltestelle vor der Unterkunft hätte genutzt werden können. Aber das scheint in Hamburg wohl nicht nur dort so zu sein,das wegen Bauarbeiten, die Bushaltestellen oft nicht angefahren werden können

• Susann (7/5): - Sehr sauber und hell, modern eingerichtet. Parkplätze in der Umgebeung sofort gefunden. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Umgebeung war sehr ruhig am Wochenende. keine Ablagefläche für die Koffer. es war zwar ein Regal im Zimmer , aber da passen keine Koffer rein und somit mussten wir alles auf den Fußboden stehen lassen, dadurch wurde es wieder sehr eng. Keine TV-Programme ARD und ZDF und die meißten anderen Programme waren auch verschlüsselt, sodass man sie sich nicht ansehen konnte.
• CM1257 (9/5): Tolles Haus für Citybesuch - Sehr schönes, komfortables Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet , ruhig gelegen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden, weil direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle ist. Ich kannte mich mit der Heizung nicht aus, aber es kam sofort ein Mitarbeiter und hat sie für mich eingestellt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die große Dachterrasse zum relaxen nutzen. TOP Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, und kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön. Das TV Programm ist sehr schlecht. Keine normale Senderauswahl. Sonst ist alles ok.

• Hermann (9/5): Für uns ein hervorragender Standort für einen mehrtägigen Hamburg-Tripp. - Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten. Ist aber auch nicht zwingend. Insofern auch ein Haus, das nicht unbedingt als romantisch zu bezeichnen wäre. Es ist allerdings von seiner Lage her sehr gut, sehr sauber, für uns war es ein rundum guter Aufenthalt. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert.

• Brigitte (8/5): Für einen Städtetrip absolut zu empfehlen. - Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sauber und ordentlich. Obwohl sie an einer recht befahrenen Straße liegt, haben wir in unseren Zimmer kaum etwas vom Verkejr gehört. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist Spitze vir dem Haus halten mehrere Buslinien, so dass wir problemlos überall hinkamen. Toll ist auch der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der Wasserkocher und dieTütchen mit Kaffee, Tee, Zucker. Vom Personal haben wir niemanden gesehen, daher kann ich das nicht beurteilen. Ein 2. Stuhl im Zimmer wäre praktisch. So musste immer einer auf der Bettjante sitzen. Mehr Haken in der Nasszelle wären auch gut.

• Sabine (7/5): Die Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. - Es gab nur Pappbecher für die Teezubereitung. Keinerlei Trinkgläser .

• Steffen (9/5): - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht( Fön, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank...) Parkplätze sind in der Seitenstraße vorhanden, die Zimmer waren nach hinten raus, somit auch kein Straßenlärm und Rollos zum verdunkeln gab es auch. Check in mit Schlüsseltresor, hat auch super geklappt. Eine Dachterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten ist auch vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses und der Zimmer.

• Mandy (9/5): Ein wirklich tolle Unterkunft, werden immer wieder buchen - Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Preis/Leistung ist top. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Die Dachterasse war ein Highlight, gerade bei lauen Sommerabenden. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Alles war gut, nichts negatives

Checking in/out process was smooth. The room was more spacious than I expected. The place and the surrounding area were very quiet.

• Aron (9/5): Nice and quiet place in the suburbs - The whole house and the furniture are both new and nice. The bed was comfortable. We liked the terrace on the 2nd floor. It is located at a quite place and it was also quiet in the building too. No one disturbed us. The check in with the door code and the lock box went flawlessly, we received the needed info well ahead of the journey. The location is a little bit far from the city center. Not a big deal 7-8 min bus trip to the nearest metro station and then cca. 20 min on the metro but I didn't liked that I have to use the bus to get there. It was cold in the whole apartment. I thought they haven't turned on the heating system in the middle of September, because the radiators were cold. When we left we met the host and she told us that we should have just turned up the controls on the radiators and it would be warmer. My pillowcase seemed dirty but the rest of the blankets and towels were immaculate.

• Cynthia (8/5): Very Pleasant Stay - The room was nice (roomy and comfortable) but the staff was exceptionally nice! They were friendly and very helpful. We were experiencing the train strike and did not know if we would leave on the day we had planned. The staff personally provided us with their contact information in case we ran into difficulties with our train departure. (Luckily we got out okay but their helpfulness sets a nice tune.) Bathroom was comfortable and water pressure and water temperature was very good. There is a bus stop (Bus 7) right in front of the hotel which brings one directly to the Hauptbahnhof in about 40 minutes. There are several stores in the area to buy supplies for breakfast or lunch. There is a small refrigerator in the room. It was just a very nice place.

• Michal (9/5): We recommend this Residence - The residence is located near the bus stop and there is a shop nearby. Check-in can be done without staff at any time of the day. The room was clean, spacious nicely furnished with comfortable bed and private clean bathroom. A kettle and hairdryer were in the room without having to ask for them. A very pleasant surprise was the low price for this accommodation. We were very satisfied and we can only recommend the accommodation. There was nothing that we didn't like.

• Riccardo (9/5): Superb - The accomodation was in a quite neighborhood, served with a frequent bus to the Subway or directly to the city center (Main railway station). Everything was fine an handy.
• Kenan (7/5): except extra bed, it is fine. - Silent and clean. there was a bus station in front of it and we have access to center in 25 minutes. Extra bed was terrible. It was not just a bed, it was like an iron table. Even child can not sleep on it. It is like a stone ironing table.

The only problem that it was not close to the centre, tho public transport was great. There's a bus stop just outside the front door.
• Rita (8/5): For the price you can't ask for more. -I'll be back! - I really liked the cleanliness of the place + the fridge they have in the rooms. Also the beds are confy. They have a lift which works perfectly well and the terrace is nice to have for a break. I prefer also the self-checkin + checkout instead of a reception so this was great for me. Plus: there are really nice restaurants and the penny at 2' walk from the apartment and the bus stop is just at the door. Also I felt safe around the area The heater could be warmer but it was ok for the time I went. Also location is not the best but neither the worst. I spent 15-20' to go to the "center" of the city. The walls are paper thin so it can get quite noisy. I could hear other guest, thankfully there were not many nor loud when I stayed . It's a pity they do not offer breakfast.

• Kelsey (7/5): A nice place, but very minimalistic - The room was very clean and had everything that was needed. It was very easy to check in as they sent me the info to open the door and the lock with our room keys well ahead of time. It is very far from the train station; about 20 minutes walking. Any noise from the hallway is also very loud. Although we had everything we needed, it was ONLY what was needed- it was a very minimalistic room.
