• Stephen (10/5): Great place to stay - The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. The owner had sent instructions on getting the keys before arriving which made the entry nice and smooth. Everything in the apartment worked. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything you needed for a weeks stay. The owner was incredibly helpful the whole time. The place is just off the beach and only a 10 minute drive to the main beach front of Larnaca. We only had one major problem with this apartment and that was the hot water stopped working one night. But the manager being very helpful came and fixed it straight away. A small Issue was the mattress is quite hard but that's personal preference.

Huge balcony, separate kitchen can be very handy in some cases, we stayed for one night only so did not use most of the facilities at all. Shower door needs some attention, it didn't close completely in our apartment. Photos in description were from some other apartment but I think it's ok when you have several of the same kind; so, sea view was also not possible as we were in the second building from the road :) Television has turned on itself early on Sunday morning, serving as a wake up alarm, I'm not sure what was that...

• Lisa (10/5): Amazing Apartments, Great price Must Stay In my opinion. - This place is a must go to. I love these apartments and I would always book the same one as a single woman. I love the location. The amazing beach over the road. And the local community. Most people are warm and friendly. I love it here and came back at least 3 times. The noise coming from other apartments everything is made of brick and marble. It gets irritating. The television grr all places need digital tvs. While I love other cultures. It burns your head out listening to a foreign language for hours. Sometimes you want to just be with your own language while you experience other countries and cultures. It's comfort. But honestly you could stay here a month or more. The staff are hard working , owner is fast and effective. It's a must stay place hands down.
• Leon (1/5): Cheap but unhygienic and dirty accommodation - Sadly nothing Watch out! The apartments real name is Magic Sea Apartments. We believe they changed their name on Booking.com to avoid you finding out about other bad reviews. The address on Booking.com isn’t correct either and you get the real one via chat… When we got there, there was a trash bag on the floor in the middle of the room and half eaten feta cheese leftovers in the fridge. Worst of all, there was hair in the bed and bathtub, very filthy overall. The water boiler needs to be switched on a long time in advance to when you want to shower, quite unpractical. We originally wanted to stay three nights but quickly decided to cancel our booking and went to another hotel right away. Even though we had a good reason to cancel our booking with all the trash and filth, they didn’t accept our request and we still had to pay everything! I would love to be able to say same thing better about this place - but even if you want to save money, maybe don’t choose this accommodation.
• Rob (10/5): Nice people, very friendly and helpful. - Location was very convenient to everything I needed. The directions to the property through Booking was to Boronia Apartment Hotel. Apparently there are several properties owned by the proprietors. While traveling, the managers tried to reach out to me with the correct directions, but I did not have wi-fi access to receive their message. When I arrived, there was a little confusion, but the staff worked very quickly to resolve the issue, so this is not a complete negative, just an observation. I was taken to the other building which was a very short distance away. No real issue.

• Guy (1/5): Worse experience I have ever had - STAY AWAY from this awful place. I've been traveling and staying in hotels for a long time, but never had I faced such a hostile, inhospitality as I was shown here. I ordered an hotel apartment with modern shower and got a nightmare of ugly neglected apartment in a far away building. The man who showed me the apartment said it was a sunny day and that I didn't need to turn on the boiler, but if the water were not hot one hour would be enough. After trying the shower and finding out there were no hot water I turned on the boiler and waited for more than an hour, but there still were no hot water, so I wrote to the host, first he told me that it was not a sunny day. then he admitted he wasn't the one who took us to the apartment, but said he had nothing to do with the problem, since it was too late, so we had to stay in this lousy place without a shower after a long fligh. Finally around midnight, He told I could check out and he would refund my money. By that hour I had no chance of getting an different room, so I waited till the morning and wrote to the host that I was leaving, from that point I got constant harassment and such a bad attitude, and rudely they do not agree to give me a refund ! It's a shame that Booking are still working with this crook.

• Chrispyduck (6/5): Overnight stop - We had a ground floor apartment close to reception. There are restaurants close by so only a short walk for good food. Small kitchen in the apartment so you could make your own food. Grocery shop very close. There was a bed and a sheet to make your own bed. The sheet didn't quite fit there was a quilt which didn't quite fit either. Each time you moved in the bed it groaned. Not a good night's sleep. Breakfast was an experience.

We have got much better and larger apartment than the booked one, in the same price (with washing machine and gorgeous view through the window). A polite man (owner/ manager?) let us park our car in his covered parking space. (We have brought our own car form Europe by ferry). All the staff are super friendly and polite. They provide us any additional thing, that we need. We were aware while booking, that the building was not brand new, anyway we are really happy to stay there. It is worth the price.

The room was pretty clean although the rest of the hotel was dirty and unpleasant. The pool is right next to the road and should be better separated from it. The breakfast was awful, warm food tasted like old oil, bad quality cheese. Also the Bain marie at breakfast were dirty.

The pressure in the shower was low, impossible to shower while someone is using water in the kitchen. Insufficient pieces of cutlery and glasses for our 5-person group in our kitchenette.

Needs a big renovation before accepting people. - Not sure what to like about this old hotel Breakfast, its just basic cereal, some cheese like rubber, fried eggs and beans. Old rooms, old furniture (if any), old towels and not soft at all. The pillow and bed smelled bad,like used but not washed. Multiple bulbs blown in the apartment. Window and door are not sound proof at all, every car can be heard during the night. Room not cleaned everyday and was not very clean on the first day of arrival. Wifi disconnects everyday during the evening, then it comes back after some hours. poor signal.

The floor lino was lifting and the room had not been brushed. Everything was old and tatty. Nothing about this hotel was nice. When we handed the keys back and said we couldn't sleep in filth the receptionist accepted this saying 'okay'

• Andrew (2/5): I definitely would not stay at this property again. - The bathroom had been modernised. Breakfast was passable. No blankets on the bed. Cigarette burns covered the lounge table. Water from the shower had very little pressure at times. The heating from the air conditioning system didn’t work. The wardrobe was not useable due to damp at the top of the ceiling.

Ripped off payed upfront, hotel refused to give refund to myself and booking.com Paid upfront for food breakfast and evening meal, Hotel has given no refund! Pool dirty, cupboard hanging off! Avoid this place! Will not pay up front in the future. Ask to speak with manager, no joy!!

• Lilly (8/5): It was the best decision I made in a long time. - I walked to the sea every morning and had a swim to the sunrise. I dried my towel and swimsuit on the laundry rack provided. The terrace was sunny and warm. There were extra garbage bags provided under the kitchen sink. I did not have to walk back to the hotel, after arranging departure the night before. The cleaning lady came punctually at the time I said I would leave and helped me with my suitcase to the taxi. I was close to shops, beach, Radisson Beach Hotel and exercise amenities. There is a busstop nearby. Large refrigerator in the kitchen. The taxi dropped me off at the hotel, then the lady there told me my apartment was down the road. I had to lug my own suitcase two blocks to the apartment. There was no breakfast. The signs on the apartments were different than what I booked via internet.

• Jet (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best value for the money spent as far as the accommodation offered. the place is in a brief walking distance to the beach, the apartment is very well equipped and the management and staff are extremely friendly and generous. highly recommended!!!

• Mario (8/5): Very good - The apartment and the facilities. After having breakfast. I've had to puke. That has never happened before. I guess it was psychological as food looked OK, but the containers for the food looked dirty. To improve that service, the chef should have a kitchen porter. As that is not a one man's job in the kitchen.
• Marlene (2/5): There is nothing DELUXE about this flat; it is very rustic and cheap. - fairly large flat No cleaning was done in 10 days despite the fact that we paid 3 euros a day for cleaning. Even if we wanted to sweep up, there wasn't even a hoover or a broom and dustpan to do it. The bins were never emptied. No soundproofing because the road is barely 3 metres from the windows, which don't really close, and you can hear cars, lorries and scooters passing by all night long. The air-conditioning in the living room makes an aeroplane noise after a while. It says there is a car park but there isn't one, so you have to park on the kerbside. The cleanliness is lacking as the kitchen utensils are dirty, the dust is not done, the seals of the kitchen sink are completely mouldy, the fridge door is dirty ..... Fortunately we did not have cockroaches as indicated in some flats. A toaster, slippers and a king-size bed were provided .... But none of this. The only positive point was a washing machine. Broken furniture that has not been replaced (for example, the armchairs are completely broken, the lamp shade is broken, the bathroom mirror is held together by a screw and the toilet flush leaks. The non-functional television was replaced during the stay but the dust on it was not even removed ...

As for somebody needs to update information about hotel that in the night time hotel is not operating, and no staff! We waited for 40 mins outside trying to call the hotel number which was mention in booking.com no answer. So, in the middle of the night me and my husband looked for another hotel which was not really successful. I did not recommend this hotel and do not even try to book. Main entrance door was closed. You should inform that in the night time reception is not available and nobody will be at the reception! Unacceptable. Very bad. Check your cctv cameras from 20 to 21st of October night. We we standing there hoping that somebody will open the door
