• emmanuelle (9/5): Great place for the price - From the airport pick up to my departure the stay was great! The hosts are super kind and welcoming. I stay in one of the cheaper room and it was arranged with care and everything was super clean. You can see that they take good care of their place.You also get free coffee in the morning ;) The place is in the outskirt but only 10 mn walk from the center. I would have booked with them again on my return if the other booking i have could have been canceled.

• Zineb (10/5): Wonderful!! - I appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts and their attentiveness to my needs. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and was cleaned everyday. The kitchen had the necessary kitchen equipments to cook. Coffee was served daily in the morning. The hosts were very generous and kind; they offered to pick me up from the airport and back on my last day. They let me keep my big suitcase at the apartment while o was gone to el Puerto Nariño. If I ever go back, I'll definitely stay there again. Thank you!! I stayed at the apartment on the first floor, which meant I could hear chatter of the guests staying on the second floor. That said, it wasn't bad.

The beds are comfortable and the air con is good. The apartment we booked was not the one we got, but we were given 2 rooms for the same price.

• Endi (10/5): One of the best stays in Colombia - One of the best stays during mu trip to Colombia. The place is spotless clean, the air con works great, bahroom is clean and spacious, beds are comfy. It is also very quiet (by Colombian standards). Jen and her husband are awsome, they help with anything you need and they offer pick-up/drop-off service free of charge, which is super convinient. Free coffee in the morning and all day long. The location is perfect. Walking distance from all the points of interest but away from hustle and bustle of the town center. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel but it's a quiet one. Should I ever stumble to Leticia again I know where I'll stay.

• Jessica (9/5): A lovely one night stay - Very comfortable room with a large bed, powerful air conditioning (essential in the heat) shower with hot water, tv and mini fridge in the room. The hosts were very accommodating and made me feel at home. They offered me coffee the next morning, and they even very kindly drove me to the airport the next day to catch my flight, without charging me. Very generous. Nothing to critique really. Only thing to note is the hotel is slightly outside the main area of town, about a ten minute walk. For me this wasn’t a problem. It’s also fine because there are tuk tuks all over town to transport you cheaply.

• Jo (8/5): Good hotel to stay in before trip to Amazon. - Good hotel in Leticia, where we stayed before and after our trip to the Amazon for one night with our two boys age 8 and ten. Basic facilities but all very clean and tidy. Air con to keep room cool as was very hot. The owner very kindly picked us up from Leticia airport, which is only 10/15 mins away. We were able to pay by card on arrival. Able to walk into Leticia from the hotel but do have to be careful when walking around later at night, and there were some areas that you maybe wouldn't go as tourists - there was a good restaurant just opposite the hotel though The Punto Lounge.

• Shin (10/5): A perfect stay in Leticia - (1) The husband-wife duo running the hotel was kind and attentive; they picked me up from the airport and gave me a ride back, and tried to talk to my tour guide on my behalf when I was having language issuesz (2) The hotel is extremely well kept and spacious. Everything worked fine - the shower, A/C, and kitchen/living room space was nice. (3) I actually liked the location - easy walk to the central as well as to the Brazilian border. (4) The resto in front of the hotel is also nice and solid. Nothing! Given the proximity to the Brazilian border, my iphone time kept switching, which I thought was fascinating - could confuse you though!

I felt like a member of the family, as they offered to pick me up and went out of their way to drive me around so we could find a tricky port on the Brazilian side where I needed to buy my ticket ahead of time, and then dropped me back there the next day, free of charge. Very great care to make sure I was happy! And the AC room was truly appreciated in the heat. This is absolutely the best place to stay and feel at home when you pass through Leticia!!

The property is tropical and immaculately clean, the air conditioned bedroom was a surprise, and again, the STAFF. The location is off center in a good way, walkable to both Leticia and Tabatinga, on a quiet street. There is an excellent restaurant across the street. nothing! ;)

We had air conditioning in both bedrooms that kept us cold all night! The kitchen had all the necessities and the living room was comfortable to relax in. The owners were waiting for us when we arrived and were exceptional! He even took us to the airport the next day! Not a big deal, but we thought the shower had hot water and it didn't. But it was hot enough outside, it didn't matter!

Little corner stores nearby and a fantastic restaurant across the street (Punto Lounge). Very friendly hostess, and the host helped drive us to the docks when we left. AC worked well and everything was nice and comfortable :)

I really liked the area set aside in the light well for drying clothes. not sure how secure it is but it was fine for me. I recommend this property. The owner even gave me a ride to the airport without my asking!

• Matthias (8/5): Excellent value, but no Wifi - Very friendly hosts, free pickup and drop-off at the airport, walkable and quiet location, excellent value for the money. No Wifi. Not bad Wifi - no Wifi at all. Other places in town had Wifi at the same time; slow wifi, but at least some connection. This is too essential to not offer it. Mobile plans are no alternative since they data connection does not really work in Leticia. And one more warning (nothing to do with the hosts): the apartment is very close to Brazil, so your phone might automatically - but wrongly - change the timezone. Happened to me, so I was unknowingly one hour too early at my tour meeting point.
• Jesse (8/5): Great hosts, and very nice apartment - What I loved most of all was that the hosts, along with their son were waiting for me at the airport. They were very warm and welcoming and made sure to give me a grand tour of the town on the way to the hotel. In addition, the apartment was nice, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped. Not the fault of the hosts in the slightest, but the internet service wasn't sufficient for remote work. The story was the same all over town however as Leticia is in the middle of the Amazon... DON'T go to Leticia planning to work remotely.
• Trenton (8/5): Overall a pleasant experience, would recommend and would stay there again. - Owner provided transportation to both airports and also was very informative and kind. Floor of room had detergent on it that had not been washed off all the way, making my feet smelled like detergent. No big deal though.
• Russell (9/5): I highly recommend this facility. If I go back to Leticia, I will stay here again. - This facility is clean, clean, clean and located just far enough from downtown to be quiet and yet close enough to walk downtown in 5 to 10 minutes. Also keep in mind, you can take a tuk tuk anywhere around Leticia for just 5 Colombian pesos (approx $1.25 USD). If you want to take a tuk tuk to Brazil it will be 15 Colombian pesos (approx $3.75 USD). Our room was complete with 2 bedrooms, private bath, kitchen and fully furnished. The main bedroom has air conditioning, while the other rooms had fans. The hosts are fantastic and could not be more helpful. Free rides to and from the airport and even gave us a ride to port for a multiple day excursion down the Amazon. I really don't know if this qualifies as a dislike, but you should be aware that bathroom is small and if you are a large person, it may not work for you. I am 6' tall, 200+ pounds and didn't have an issue, but if you are a round person, it could be an issue for you. Also, another note of caution. The owners do NOT speak English. My travel partner is bilingual, so this was not an issue for us, but thought this was worth pointing out.
