• DAVI (10/5): Excepcional!! - O condomínio é fantástico!! Seguro, limpo e organizado. Tem farmácia, um mercado/lanchonete/padaria com o melhor pão que já experimentei, além de vários lanches deliciosos. (Indico a coxinha gourmet, uma verdadeira experiência 👌🏻😋). A piscina aquecida é uma excelente opção pra curtir à noite. Na área de lazer tem um bar/restaurante que serve uns petiscos bem legais. A anfitriã nos recepcionou muito bem, bastante atenciosa e gentil. O apartamento é muito confortável e bonito além de ter uma vista incrível para o Lago Paranoá. Possui ar condicionado, TV, banheira, e a cozinha dispõe de vários utensílios. Tiramos um final de semana pra descansar e me surpreendi muito positivamente. Lugar incrível. Recomendo e pretendo voltar em breve. Não tive contratempos.

• Fernando Santana (1/5): Foi difícil localizar a acomodação - Quase nada! Reserva foi efetuada para três pessoas, um valor considerável, porém só havia uma cama de casal.

• Cabral (5/5): AVALIAÇÃO REGULAR - DEIXOU A DESEJAR EM ALGUNS ASPECTOS - A localização do flat é ótima, oferece serviços como mercado, farmácia e restaurante O atendimento da recepção é péssimo, clima tenso, vários hóspedes reclamando, falt empatia. A porta do banheiro do quarto não fecha e a cana da sala não é confortável. Pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença.
• Bricio (8/5): Lake Side é o nome do lugar. - Estrutura social do condomínio. Acesso ao aeroporto. A pia do banheiro está entupida. Foi difícil chegar, não há nome do Condomínio no anúncio. A cama de solteiro tem um ferro no meio.

• ENIO (9/5): Confortável, silencioso, bom custo benefício. - Quarto que fiquei era silencioso com tudo funcionando, ar condicionado, wi-fi, bom chuveiro, limpeza, geladeira, forninho elétrico e microondas. Camas confortáveis. Piscinas boas com vista para o lago. No próprio condomínio há um bom mercadinho (fecha às 20:00) e por alguns dias uma feirinha local. Tudo funcionou muito bem. Sugiro apenas as melhorias a seguir: - Manter mais sabonetes, shampoo e papel no banheiro. - Não ter a necessidade de recolher o lixo, apesar de ser muito fácil, seria uma comodidade para o hóspede.

• Robson (10/5): Simplesmente impecável! A estadia superou todas as expectativas! Conforto, limpeza e atendimento excepcionais. Voltaria - A acomodação é muito limpa, confortável e bem localizada. O atendimento da anfitriã foi excelente, sempre prestativos e simpáticos. Cama ótima, chuveiro quente com boa pressão e ambiente silencioso à noite. Com certeza irei voltar! Gostei absolutamente tudo!

Pouco conforto do sofá cama, móveis projetados precisando de reparo, eletrodomésticos sujos, somente 2 toalhas disponíveis, o que é insuficiente para uma acomodação quádrupla. Além disso, o nosso ir e vir com a portaria de entrada era sempre dificultado por não termos nenhum tipo de identificação de acesso livre durante a hospedagem.

• Once (7/5): A good deal with some drawbacks - The host was really nice and communicative. We could reach her by whatsapp too. The decoration was great, the bed was so comfy and big, the facilities were awesome (oven, big refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, water filter, big shower, two working smart tvs, water bidet for the toilet). We were lucky that there was a pool party for residence when we stayed. The pools were nice, warm water. First, the address was not properly indicated on booking.com. At first we arrived at Life resort hotel instead when we put the exact address down to the dot in uber app. When we open the map on booking.com it showed other different place and still incorrect. It's best to text the host about it to be clear. Second, the AC was leaking and very noisy at times. We honestly thought a truck was passing by because of the noise. The host said they will fix it on Tuesday (we stayed over the weekend). Third, some of the lights did not work properly. We informed the host but nothing changed during our stay. Fourth, the noise from people walking outside/vehicle driving by was pretty noticable. Fifth, the windows were facing the east so the whole room became hot quickly it the morning.
