- Barbara (9/5): Excellent location - The double room was a little smaller than expected but the location was fabulous near the designer shops and close to the river and the Ponte Vecchio. Rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were very helpful and on call when needed. Would highly recommend Larger room and more space

- Smith (4/5): Excellent location but otherwise lacking across the board in every other way. - The location is perfection We did not enjoy our stay. The location is perfection but most everything else was lacking. The room was dated and the paint chipping in many locations. The makeup mirror in the bathroom was held together by twist ties. One evening our air conditioning was not working and it was nearing 7 p.m. It was virtually impossible to get help. Understanding you are not a hotel, there still needs to be a way for guests to be helped regardless of the hour of the day or night. Additionally, the building is very unwelcoming when you come through the very heavy and quite difficult to operate front door. I would not stay with you again, nor recommend you to friends and family.

- Jo Breen (7/5): Stylish refuge, sparkling clean and perfect location. - The location is perfect. One of the best streets in Firenze for atmosphere, access and history. Very fashionable. I appreciated the size of my room, the view of rooftops from the little balcony, the style, the quiet and the cleanliness. The toiletries provided are kept stocked and are a pleasant brand. Housekeeping is top notch. I also liked the small refrigerator where I could keep wine or a snack. This is more of a guest house than a hotel. There is no grand entry or salon but there is a small reception area where you can sit or help yourself to a coffee or water, which is a nicety. I did appreciate this. If you are expecting effusive hospitality this is not your place. The reception attitude is perfunctory and not what I would define as charming or engaging. Polite and tolerant in demeanor but always distracted and busy with desk work. I say this not because another attitude is strictly necessary but because it's odd for staff in the hospitality business to be remote. This could be a reflection of Firenze itself. Years ago this was a friendly city, very welcoming. Now, with the daily influx of so many, many tourists the city feels exhausted in attitude. There are engaging small shop owners but in general the city isn't warm with emotion. I think the suites reflect this. Still it's a good, comfortable stay with handsome decor.

Attention à aucun moment la clientèle n’est prévenue qu’il lui faudra monter deux vrais étages par un escalier avec ses valises en plus des cinq étages en ascenseur et qu’aucune aide ne lui sera proposée! Ni en bas. Ni en haut. Pour certains ça ne pose pas de problème pour d’autres si. La salle de bains était vieillotte . Chien facturé 30€ par nuit mais aucune attention dans la chambre.

Location was great for walking around and exploring the city. Small elevator to get to the lobby on the 5th floor and then stairs only to get to our room on the 6th floor. Our room door was left open one day by the cleaning personnel.

- Dianne (10/5): Everything about Tornabuoni Suites is exceptional! - Everything! This is our 3rd time staying here. Each time we’ve had a room/suite with a different configuration and they have all been stunning. The staff go out of their way to help you and the location is second to none, in the elegant and quiet pedestrian only via dei Tornabuoni, a street or 2 away from every iconic location in Florence, Nothing!

- Davide (10/5): Un vero lusso nel cuore di Firenze. - La struttura è posizione in una zona fantastica, 5 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni più interessanti di Firenze. Ogni dettaglio dai prodotti per la cura della persona al comfort delle ciabatte in dotazione vi coccoleranno durante il vostro soggiorno. In più la cordialità e la professionalità di Alessandra e’ un valore aggiunto per la struttura.

- Latoria (10/5): Perfect for our honeymoon - Location was perfect !!! Close to all of the designer shops, restaurants, local shops, historical sights in walking distance. Just perfect Could be a little more sound proof, but it didn’t cause any issues during our stay!
