• Alexandra (9/5): Schönes Appartement - perfektes Quartier für eine Skiwoche - Modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung und angenehmer Raumgröße für eine Familie. Die Lage ist sehr gut im Zentrum des Ortes und auch die Talstation der Schloßalm ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der direkte Zugang zur Therme war ein zusätzliches Plus, das wir nach den Skitagen gerne genutzt haben. -
• Rudolf (9/5): Wie immer eine schöne Auszeit im Gxund! - Da Appartement ist super sauber, man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Der Bademantelgang in die Therme ist bequem, ebenso die Tiefgarage. Es wäre gut, wenn man vorab bei der Buchung über die geplanten Arbeiten in der Therme oder geschlossene Saunen informiert würde.
• M.C. (7/5): - 2 Übernachtungen - keine Stippvisite durch Reinigungspersonal untertags erfolgt trotz "Bitte Eintreten"- Karte an der Türklinke - dafür aber für Endreinigung !?! 54 (vierundfünfzig) Euro !?! gezahlt - wenn ich das gewusst, hätt' ich auch etwas zum Reinigen hinterlassen !

• Walder (10/5): - Personal sehr sehr freundlich, immer bemüht zu helfen. Die Therme selbst auch ein toller Ort um entweder zu entspannen oder auch um Spaß zu haben. Das dazugebuchte Kaierserfrühstück war wirklich gut. Aber für den Preis hätten wir uns erwartet, dass es bis auf den Tisch serviert wird und nicht zwischen Tür und Angel einem in die Hand gedrückt wird. Vielleicht wäre es auch möglich Marmelade u co in Glasschälchen zu präsentieren und eventuell auch ein Frühstücksei zu inkludieren. Ansonsten war es sehr gut. Man könnte vielleicht auch Küchenrolle und wenigsten Salz und Pfeffersteuer bereitstellen. In der Therme war der Ladiesbereich wirklich angenehm ruhig u erholsam, bis auf die etwas kühle Temperatur. Ohne Bademantel zu frisch, überhaupt wenn man gerade aus dem warmen Themenbereich kommt.

Good ski room, breakfast service to the apartment (we ordered bread baskets). Excellent parking location It is not GXUND fault, but when it snows the snowplow cleans the parking lot of alpentherme from early morning at 06:30 which is really loud so it will wake you up for sure because it is under the window - we had luck that it snowed for 3 days :) kitchenware is okay but it could be updated a little.

Wir haben nach Nachfrage neue Handtücher und Polster bei der Rezeption bestellt, angekommen sind leider nur die Handtücher. Wir haben nach unserer Abreise leider den Futtersack unserer Hündin im Apartment vergessen und dieser war nach mehreren Telefonaten scheinbar nicht mehr auffindbar lt. Rezeption.. wie ein voller 14 Kg Sack einfach "verschwinden" kann ist für uns leider nicht begreiflich.

• Marcus (9/5): Erholsame Tage im Gxund, der Alpentherme und in Bad Hofgastein. - Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hauses sowie unser Appartement waren super. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und nach Bad Gastein. Wunderschön auch am Abend im Lichterschein. Besonders angenehm ist der Bade- mantelgang zur Alpentherme. Die Therme mit all ihren Bereichen ist empfehlenswert besonders der Bergsee ist ein absolutes Erlebnis. Das neue Thermenrestaurant ist sehr gut und die neu gestaltete Kinderbadelandschaft ist einfach genial. Es wäre zu empfehlen einen guten Orangensaft und Multisaft zum Frühstück anzubieten. Leider gab es nur Wassersaftkonzentrat, das ist nicht lecker und schmeckt nicht GXUND. Schade ist auch, dass man als Privatgast keinen festen Sitzplatz beim Frühstück bekommt. Der hintere helle Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht ist super dort durften wir zwei Mal das Frühstück genießen. Das Frühstücken an den runden kleinen Tischen im Barbereich und dem regen Küchenbetrieb ist leider nicht entspannt und kein wirklich guter Start in den Tag.

Gerade mit Kleinkinder die nicht still sitzen, super!! Thermeneintritt war dabei!! Unglaublich Toll! Also einwandfrei :) Das einzige Kleine..dass, das Restaurant erst ab 12 Uhr Küche hatte..aber ansonsten gibts gar NICHTS!

Appartement geräumig und sehr gefällig und praktisch eingerichtet, alles schön sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wieder sind wir durch Booking.com auf ein sehr schönes und erfreuliches Urlaubsquartier gekommen

• Sven (10/5): Toplocatie, een aanrader - Toplocatie - kamer was heel groot en zeer praktisch - kort bij kabellift - veel gestapt - we kregen ook een pass voor gratis openbaar vervoer waarmee je ook (gratis) de trein naar Salzburg kon nemen er was geen aparte rokersruimte aan de zwembaden en voor ons niet-rokers was dit soms wel storend, zeker ook omdat het ganse complex en zelfs daarbuiten gericht is op gezondheid ... we verbleven er 10 dagen en toch was de fitness was niet in de prijs inbegrepen

• Heikki (8/5): Relaxing stay in Gastain valley - Hotel has an excellent location in center of Bad Hofgastain. The M-Preis grocery store, which is very well equipped is just across the street. The central square which host events like markets, concerts is just around the corner. The weather was poor for our stay=) Of course that you cannot book in advance. The hotel breakfast was nothing special.

Entrance to Alpentherme included in the price - you can go through the underground passage - excellent. Thank you for the great experience, we will be happy to come back. • David (7/5): Not really a ski hotel, but works - we stayed in apartment 205, seemed recently renovated and high quality. beds were good and comfy. ski lockers were useful, but it felt weird that you had to lock your things; supermarket just across the road, even open on Sundays; daily pool access was good toilet was smelly, even after informing staff and cleaning, the smell came back; ski school for small kids was more difficult to access than anticipated (hotel is near Schlossalm lifts, but the kids school is in Angertal) and required 2 different ski busses (which were super busy in the morning); pool not exciting enough for our kids; seemed more like a sports rehab facility than a ski hotel

• Adrian (9/5): Mainly excellent. - Access to the Alpentherme. Free parking. Able to drive and park free of charge at the ski lift easily. The room was too hot. Couldn't open the Windows in the bedrooms as they were locked shut due to the inclement weather. Some kitchen equipment was missing - for example there were no beer glasses and no scissors.

• Markosiklosi (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to the SPA, the hotel has its own underground tunnel to the Thermal bath which great. Loads of parking spaces and close to the centre. The hotel stuff was really hospitable and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated and old, doesn't have a minibar, the mattress was poor quality too soft, as well as the pillows. The breakfast was very disappointing, barely any selection also the breakfast ends way to early, people supposed to be on Holiday, we shouldn't have to wake up so early so just that we could catch breakfast. The restaurant was closed so we couldn't have dinner there. The "gym" was underwhelming, it's not really a gym just a fintess room with three bikes, not even one row of weights.

• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for skiing, close to bus stop, shops, bakery and restaurants, easy enter to Alpentherme just in bathrobe, well equipped kitchen, breakfast delivery service, garage, helpful staff Nothing important just lack of heated hangers for ski boots for gests in apartments and little bit chaotic building. Simple plan with location of particular rooms (ski room, entry to Alpentherme, etc.) could be helpful.
