• 夏湖 (10/5): とてもお得に宿泊できました。 - 家族5人で宿泊しましたが、掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 2段ベッドを子どもたちも気に入り楽しかったようです。また利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。 ホテル側から料金面でおすすめというコインパーキングに停めようと思いましたが、カラーコーンが置いてあり利用できませんでした。もうひとつのパーキングは利用できました。

• マシュー・ブレナン (7/5): Good Location - It is close to a train station. The bed arrangement was convenient and sturdy. It was well designed. And there is a toilet room right next to the beds. Being close to the train station, you hear train noise. It is also 2 flights of cement stairs to carry luggage. There was a broken handrail support that made the stairs more difficult. I notified the owners about it but did not receive a response. You also need to pay for parking, but it was only 1,300 yen per night.

• Garth (10/5): Quiet stay in an overwhelmingly stimulating city - Space for my family of 5 and beds were comfy enough. Friendly first contact with staff and easy check in and check out. Quieter local area in crazy Osaka is nice. It costs more for trains back and forth, cause you're a bit farther from the activity.

• 近藤 (8/5): 便利なホテルで良かった - オシャレで静か、立地が良い、アクセスも良い。ダイソンのドライヤーが素晴らしかった。 良く無かった点を色々書いているが、ほぼ満足しているので、「改善してくれたらより良い」と言うふうに思ってもらえるといいです。 フロントなしのお宿が初めてだったので勝手がわからなく、詳しい説明が欲しかった お掃除したくなったが掃除道具があるのかなどもわからず、2日目のお水があることなども気が付かなかったので残念 2段ベッドの下段が寒く、寝室との仕切りがないため明かりが眩しいのでカーテンなどあると良いと思う これは宿泊施設ではなくサイトに関しての良く無かった点ですが、ブッキングコムのサイトではどんなアメニティがあるかわからず、詳しく書いてあると良かったと思う

• yuki (8/5): 家のようにゆっくりしたくなるお宿 - ▶︎はじめにに言及したい良かった点は、掃除が行き届いていて、清潔感のある施設であったことです。 ベッド、トイレ、お風呂、キッチン、どこにも髪の毛一本落ちていないくらい丁寧に掃除されていました。 ▶︎私たちは1階のお部屋でしたので階段を登る必要がなく、小さい子供がいたため便利でしたが、1階は部屋の扉を開けるとのれん越しに道路に面しているので、通りがかりの人と目が合います。 追加のアメニティ（子供用含む）は2階に上がる階段の途中に設置してあ離、2泊以上であれば、コーヒーなども追加していいと書いてありました。 ▶︎アメニティや備え付けのシャンプーなども安心な品質で、1泊（大人2人、小学生1人、乳児1人の4人）2万円の時期に宿泊しましたが、満足でした。 ▶︎ベッド近くの棚には、ちょっとしゲーム、音響、本などもありました。 ACTUSの123人の部屋という本も並んでおり、洗練された部屋の内装、調度品などのセンスに納得でした。 ▶︎Wi-Fiに接続し、テレビとミラーリングできて、便利。 乳幼児を連れており、幼児食をレンチンするときに、ラップがあったら嬉しかったです。 また、事前のメッセージの返信がなく、チェックインの30分前に、部屋への入り方を知らせるメッセージが来るということも、事前に知りたいことでした。

• Jeonghoon (2/5): If you want to experience the shocking winter of the Japanese, try it. - You are in a great position to visit 'Universal Studio Japan.' And it is located with excellent access to famous tourist attractions in Osaka. Using the subway is very convenient. Also, the location of the accommodation is not a tourist attraction. This is the actual residential area of the Japanese locals. You can experience the Japanese locals' local experiences. You can use various amenities for free. First of all, I couldn't communicate with the accommodation manager at all before checking in. I also asked the counseling managers at Booking.com for rescheduling and other requests, but Booking.com also couldn't communicate with the accommodation, so I waited 48 hours twice, but in the end I couldn't get any help at all. This was a real concern before my kids and I traveled to Osaka. Ironically, the manager, who never got in touch with me, got in touch the day I had to check in. I'm honestly so disappointed in this part. This part is so disappointing for both Booking.com and this accommodation. Second, the location of the accommodation is not a tourist destination, but a residence of Japanese locals. Therefore, tourists cannot experience various shopping or restaurants. Personally, if the USJ is not for the purpose, I think it would be better to get accommodation in Namba or Umeda. Lastly, the biggest problem is don't visit in the winter. (Especially, Koreans and people to stay with their children.) because Room is colder inside than outside in the winter. I think this is not a problem with accommodation, but a problem with Japanese houses. Even if you turn on the heater really strongly, it is really, really cold. This is not a hotel. Think of it as a regular Japanese house.

• Ornida (9/5): The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful. I had a delightful time enjoying their c - I like the new, well-branded furniture here. It’s conveniently located near Universal Studio Japan. If you’re visiting for that reason, this might be a good option. Just a heads-up, there’s no elevator here. You’ll need to carry your luggage up and down when you check in or out. It might be a bit of a challenge if you have a lot of bags.
