• Laurence (5/5): Bof et salle de bain vraiment pas pratique - Bonne literie et le fait d’avoir une terrasse Douche pour fauteuil roulant alors que nous avions demandé plus d’1 mois avant à avoir une douche normale. L’eau se vidait beaucoup trop lentement ce n’était vraiment pas pratique, quasi inondation quand on se lavait les cheveux, obligé d’attendre que l’eau se vide pour continuer la douche, c’était très long, aucune séparation type rideau de douche avec le reste de la salle de bain, donc obligé de s’habiller dans la chambre puisqu’il y avait de l’eau partout, même en faisant très attention. Parties communes pas très propres, des mégots de cigarettes non nettoyés pendant plusieurs jours. Aucun personnel croisé sur place, juste entendu de bon matin la musique à fond que la personne du ménage mettait dans l’appartement voisin en le nettoyant avec porte grande ouverte, c’était dérangeant. Appartement relativement propre mais ménage fait trop rapidement, il ne fallait pas regarder dans le détail

• Mirjam (7/5): - Standort war in Ordnung, schnell bei der S-Bahn und in Neuköln! Der Görlitzer Park ist auch gleich nebenan und so war es sehr ruhig in der Nacht. In der obersten Etage wird es etwas warm im Zimmer aber man kann in der Nacht das Fenster gut offen lassen.

• Udo (1/5): Einfach scheiße !!! - Die Toilettenspülung hat an keinem Tag meines 5 tägigen Aufenthaltes funktioniert. Das ist unzumutbar und eine Schweinerei.
• Yvonne (5/5): - Wir klingelten am Hauseingang, dich niemand öffnete obwohl das Büro besetzt war, da wir unser Gepäck, wie angeboten, dort deponieren wollten, solange wir das Appartement nicht beziehen konnten. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt. Das hatte ich schriftlich gemeldet. Daraufhin sollte ich separat was schriftlich ausfüllen, wofür ich weder zuständig bin noch Zeit dafür hatte. Zudem war das Appartement lediglich oberflächlich sauber. Das Kopfteil des Betts aus Stoff war sehr staubig (Wollmäuse). Im Bad waren die Fliesen am Waschbecken schmutzig. Auch der kleine Abfluss im Waschbecken war sehr schmutzig.
• Barbara (3/5): - Daß es einen Lift gibt und man die Koffer nicht hoch schleppen muss, war eine Erleichterung. Das Bett war bequem. Das Bad war passabel. Es war schmutzig. Der Fußboden nicht mal gefegt. Klebrige Stellen. Der Kühlschrank war auch nicht sauber. Der Wasserkocher war kaputt, außerdem verkalkt und unappetitlich. Der Herd uralt. Der Handfeger widerlich verschmutzt. Außerdem viel kleiner, als auf dem Foto zu sehen, keine Trennwand zwischen Bett und Küche. Total eng für 2 Menschen. Man konnte nicht richtig sitzen zu zweit. Meine Beschwerde wegen des Wasserkochers kam erst gar nicht an, evtl. auch wegen Sprachschwierigkeiten. Dann kam ein Rückruf. Es wurde mir vorgeschlagen, daß ich eine Nachricht bekäme auf WhatsApp, sodass ich dann meine Beschwerde schriftlich und mit Fotos über WhatsApp senden könne. Ich bekam aber nie diese Nachricht. Für diesen Standard insgesamt war der Preis viel zu hoch. Ich fühle mich ausgenommen und betrogen!
• Jochumsen (2/5): - Rent, rummeligt, nem check in En stofpåvirket person kom ind i opgangen og sov foran vores dør, så vi ikke kunne komme ud. Vi kontaktede personalet, men fik kun standardsvar og ingen hjælp. Vi måtte træde hen over hende og hendes stoffer, for at komme ud af lejligheden. Vores børn var meget skræmte. Vi måtte kontakte personalet mange gange før de tog det alvorligt, og derfor flyttede vi efter 1 dag. Derudover havde vi booket parkering på stedet, men modtog ikke info om adgang til garagen og da vi spurgte efter den, fik vi forkerte oplysninger og derfor aldrig adgang.

The answered any queries l may have had and made sure that l understood all the instructions. Having a neurodiversity l sometimes get disoriented by online instructions. The team made everything clear. I felt really supported. The have a kind and supportive time when writing to me. I loved the accessibility of the apartment, easy to get in and out of. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom and comfortable beds. As well as a good size kitchen. I liked that l was close to walk to the East Side Gallery, and then l continued to walk into Berlin Central and back. It was a a beautiful day. There are many choices of cafes and places to eat and drink. It is also near the park. Though it is a lively neighborhood it's good to be cautious. There is a small zoo in the park. I enjoyed my time here. Having the apartment gave me freedom. Not having enough time.
• Britta (5/5): - Die Lage ist zentral gelegen Das Appartement braucht dringend eine Grundreinigung (Türrahmen, Küche,Couch und Stühle müssten mal grundgereinigt werden). Beim unserem Betreten war es nicht frisch geputzt. Es wirkte alles schmuddelig und es hat extrem nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen, obwohl es als Nichtraucher Appartement beschrieben wird.

Вторая карта-ключ была с трещеноой которая не работала. Когда сообщили об этих двух неприятностях,было сообщенно ,что исправят в течении 2 дней,но так никто нечего не исправил,даже обменяли карту ключ,мы проживали в аппартаментах 4 суток.

• Rui (9/5): Nice, quiet, cozy apartment, just 100 meters away from the nearest bus stop. Easy for a Berlin visit - Modern and well-organized apartment. Access instructions were clear and online support was great. A big-screen, nice TV on each room, although the channel selection was not the best. Well equipped kitchen. The main twin bed had the mattresses tilted towards the center, which was not problematic, but strange. But everything else was fine.

Prelevarevun deposito di 250 € senza indicarlo in nessuna delle email di conferma e' quanti meno illegale e "restituirlo' con quasi 2 sertimane dal prelievo e' a dir poco um abuso. Voi non siete la mia banca ma un servizii di camere senza ausilio di personale specifco. Non avrei mai accettato le vostre condizioni sapendolo e sarei andato in un hotel normale con oersona normali . Vi suggerisco cambi perche' la vostra organizzazione lascia a desiderare anche per prolungare il mio soggiorno , e' stato ridicolo. Addirittura ho dovuto pagare piu' per 2 notti che per le 3 precendi. Restituite i mie soldi al ceck out e non quando da comodo a voi. Potreste fallire domani trattenendo i soldi indebitamente. • Jens (9/5): - Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, von der Anfahrt, ueber das Check In, der Aufenthalt selbst und das Check out. Im Apartment war soweit alles vorhanden, was man erwarten darf. Wir wurden im Vorfeld count down maesig ueber fast alles Informiert. Man ist dort halt im Berliner Kiezleben und es herscht reges Treiben. Bei schoenem Wetter laest sich rund um den Park viel neues entdecken. Eher als Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Duschwanne ist extrem rutschig gewesen.Das kann auch mal schiefgehen. Hier sollte man Abhilfe schaffen . Ein paar extra Muellbeutel waeren schoen gewesen. Die Muellentsorgung hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Aber fuer unsere zwei Naechte war das ok. Parken an der Strasse ist in der Regel problemlos und Kostenfrei von von 23 - 9 Uhr sowie Sonntags komplett. Daher ist es je nach Abstellzeit evtl. preiswerter als die angebotene Tiefgarage. Man braucht halt viel Silbergeld oder die Parkapp.

• Anna (7/5): - Das Abflussrohr vom Waschbecken im Badezimmer hat ein Loch. Wir haben den Eimer druntergestellt, aber dann ausschliesslich das Waschbecken in der Küche benutzt.
• Mireya (10/5): - Teníamos una reserva y el mismo día nos cancelaron el vuelo. Aunque ya no era posible cancelar, accedieron a cambiar las fechas. Estaremos muy agradecidos porque no perdimos el dinero. Ahora por fin viajamos y pudimos alojarnos aquí. Viajábamos con bebé y teníamos cuna en la habitación y tronas en las zonas comunes, lo que se agradece mucho. Todo limpio, en la habitación hay de todo y la ubicación no está mal, aunque un poco alejado del centro. Si vas con cochecito de bebé, hasta llegar al ascensor hay unas escaleras que pueden dificultar la accesibilidad.

Grandes ventanales para ventilar 6 muy luminoso. Varias tiendas para comprar comida cerca y algún bar para tomar algo. La cocina es pequeña aunque para 2 personas y poco tiempo, es operativa. El plato de ducha resbala un poco, hay que andar con cuidado, pero todo estaba limpio.

• Alex (8/5): Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement met twee afgescheiden kamers voldeed volledig aan onze wen - De ligging was perfect, precies in het middelpunt van de plek in Berlijn waar wij wilden zijn. Een park in de buurt met veel speeltuinen en op loopafstand van de gezellige straatjes en barretjes. Luxe probleem, maar de vaatwasser is wel een misser voor een verblijf met jonge kinderen. Ook vonden wij het een beetje stressvol dat niet van tevoren duidelijk was aangegeven dat de parkeergarage ondergronds was en hoe je daar moet komen aangezien even de auto parkeren in de straat erg lastig was.

• Thomas (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war Sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet, die Tiefgarage war geräumig. Wir haben uns dank RFID Schlössern überall sicher gefühlt. Für die Brennpunkt Lage kann die Unterkunft ja nichts. Dennoch sollte man wissen dass es Nachts durchaus spannend auf der Straße sein kann. Auch speziell - die Einfahrt der Tiefgarage - das ist ein Aufzug. Ein Ford Fiesta passt easy rein. Ein Tesla Model 3 nur mit an geklappten Spiegeln und Angst. Genaue Maße des Autoaufzuges wären sehr interessant gewesen!

• Frank (6/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, weil wir dadurch kurze Wege haben. Zum wiederholten Mal lässt die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig. Ein früherer Check-In ist aussichtslos. Mehrere Parteien stehen am Eingang und kommen nicht rein. Es kann und doch niemand erzählen, das 30 Minuten vor Check in ALLE Wohnungen noch schmutzig sind.

Der kontaktlose Check in Vorgang war super einfach und sehr gut strukturiert. Betten waren bequem. Unser Nichtraucher Appartement hat leider ziemlich nach Rauch gestunken, war aber durch Lüften dann ok.

We had to move 3 times. The costumer service was horrible. We received only 150 of refund , when we need at least 300. Never again in this total mess. And we couldn't get registration (and on the site it said you could) . And there are 5 stairs , and on the site it says there weren't (directly the litf). Scammers.

La struttura si distingue per pulizia e tranquillità, garantendo un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Accesso alle camere pratico ed efficiente, senza complicazioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivo. Camere piuttosto essenziali, con dotazioni ridotte al minimo. Il prezzo risulta leggermente elevato in relazione ai servizi offerti. L’assenza di personale in struttura può risultare poco pratica in caso di necessità o richieste immediate.

• Meyer (8/5): Saubere Zimmer und alles, was man benötigt - Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir haben ein entsprechendes Zimmer bekommen. Außerdem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man bräuchte. Die Kommunikation hätte etwas besser laufen können. Wir mussten einige Male nachhaken, wegen unserer Unterbringungswünsche. Eine Kommunikation auf deutsch wäre angenehmer gewesen.

La situation géographique est très bien avec les transports en commun à proximité, ainsi qu'une supérette très pratique. Le check-in en ligne à été un peu laborieux, mais cela s'est résolu facilement par téléphone à notre arrivée.

• Samouelian (6/5): - pratique pour un court séjour à Berlin mieux décrire l'accès au parking qui se fait via un "ascenseur à voiture" avec la carte du logement et du coup préciser que l'accès au garage ne peut être effectif que pour une petite voiture !! revoir le système de fermeture du logement, qui n'a malheureusement pas toujours fonctionnel lors de notre séjour.
• Benno (9/5): - Sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Zutritt erfolgt über übermittelte Codes. Lage neben dem Görlitzer Park. Zu später Stunde ein eher nicht zu empfehlendes Ziel.
• Peter (7/5): Prima locatie van waaruit je meer dan alleen het centrum goed kan verkennen - Prima locatie Makkelijk in en uitchecken Compleet Wasmachine Matrassen wat doorgezakt Kussen veel te groot
• Rachid Oulad (10/5): - Alles perfekt! Das Personal ist super freundlich Diie Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und zentral.

• Marius (8/5): Ein unvergesslicher Kurzurlaub in einer günstigen, überraschend komfortablen Unterkunft. - Die umfangreiche Ausstattung mit vielen Handtüchern, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn usw. Außerdem auch der Aufzug, gerade im 6. Stock sehr hilfreich! Unbedingt positiv hervorzuheben ist der Support-Chat, der tatsächlich(!) rund um die Uhr genutzt werden kann. Die Lager bleibt eine Konzession. Man muss sich immer dessen bewusst sein, dass das Apartment direkt am Görlitzer Park liegt. Etwas schwierig ist, dass bei mehreren Personen nur eine einzelne Schlüsselkarte ausgegeben wird, was viel Koordination erfordern kann. Zudem ist der Empfang nicht besetzt, sodass man auf den etwas unpersönlichen Support-Chat angewiesen ist (auch wenn der toll funktioniert).

• Alois (9/5): Gerne wieder - Obwohl der Kontakt nur online lief, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Unsere Bitte z.B. nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in einer höheren Etage wurde erfüllt: das Zimmer war wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr gut, sehr geräumig mit ausgezeichneter Matratze.
