Nakul Kamani (8/5): - Good breakfast, and excellent location. They had a limitation on the amount that could be spent on the complimentary breakfast that was promised at the time of booking. The pricing of the items, were designed to ensure you overspent the GBP 32 that was the allowance for the "Complimentary breakfast". For a hotel that charges over 600 pounds per night, this was a very petty thing and left a bad taste.

Abdullah (9/5): I love this place and it will always be one of my options when visiting London - The location for me was exceptional, the ease of going in and out without a big lobby was great. The staff were very helpful and willing. The room was nice. Not enough storage in the one bedroom apartment units, the layout of the furniture was a little cluttered.
