- Frank (8/5): Für ein kurzen Aufenthalt oder Flugwechsel super. Nah am Flughafen. - Das Zimmer war sauber, ziemlich Neuwertig aber sehr gedrungen. Lage. Zu weit von allem weg. Es waren zwar 2 kleine Einkaufsläden und Coffeeshops um der Ecke, aber keine Restaurants o.ä.. Der Wasserdruck der Duschen (ich war in 2 verschiedene Zimmer) war zu schwach. Das Zimmer in der 8 Etage war unter den GYM. Wenn einer Trainierte und die Hanteln fallen lies konnte man deutlich hören. Auch das es in 1 Zimmer (8 Etage)nur eine Schiebetür zur Toilette gab, stört. Das andere Zimmer mit abschließbare Tür.(7Etage)Das Schwimmbad und GYM zu klein. Muss man nicht haben-nicht benutzt. Im GYM passt 1 Person, maximal 2.

The facilities are basic but good, gym and a pool. The apartment / room is well equipped and clean. TV works well and is a smart TV which seems like a simple thing but you’d be surprised how many good hotels don’t have this! Our room picture didn’t exactly match what we booked but it was similar. The gym is a little too small.

Excellent vegetarian restaurant around the corner.I believe one of the top in the country.Pool on top is good . I saw only myself in it .Staff all very pleasant . It is an apartment building . Booking.com is not being honest in that if you put in the filter for hotels then they still offer up apartment buildings and it is not until you examine the details that you find out it is not an hotel . Thus no cafe or restaurant or lounge . Judging by the size of the swimming footwear and towel robe not many average European size frequent the hotel because these are very small .I had to reduce my body by several centimetres to almost get them on .

The bathroom is a bit tight but works. The pool in the roof top is nice. The hotel is very close to the airport.

This property is more so an apartment building rather than an a hotel, check in was a little harder as we arrived after midnight. - Stefan (8/5): Nice small apartment near the airport. - This was a very comfortable room located near to many things, and pretty close to the airport. The rooftop pool was great! The room had lots of storage, and had all of the necessary things for cooking in the kitchen, you just needed to provide food. The shower had good water pressure (but the butt gun did not oddly enough). The lighting in the room was great with plenty of variety, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The television had a lot of issues, I don't know what was wrong with it, but a few times the picture just ceased working and you had to leave it off for awhile before it would work again. The WiFi in the room was terrible, really inconsistent and slow speeds. There was a useless window in the bathroom which just let in hallway light all night long, so I needed an eye mask to sleep.

- Eva (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment in HCM. It was clean and spacious. It’s quite far out from the centre of HCM (but this could also be a benefit depending on what you like). Also as it’s more of an apartment building, it’s not staffed 24/7, so when we went to check out there was no one there (we had an early flight so needed to check out at around 5am).

- Emerson (7/5): Comfortable and spacious - The staff were wonderful, very friendly and willing to help with anything. The location is close to the airport for a short stay. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked really well. Food view from the balcony as well. The shower temperature changed a lot, sometimes it didn't go hot at all. It was also not very clean but everything else in the room was very clean.

I would say, probably it's a bit expensive for service apartment type. Location was good, near the airport. room was clean except for spider web across one of the corners. The staff was friendly, certain things were explained clearly eg.. wifi, Pool, and gym utilities. also noticed that one of the bed sheets was stained, yellowish. upon check in probably nobody had been staying in the room, stale smell. Probably a bit expensive for the service apartment type. (can consider giving discounts or lowering the rates for certain room types, eventually is still a service apartment.) Even for those rooms not frequently rented out, probably would have placed an air freshener to improve the smell.

- Emma (8/5): Very good - Only ten minutes from the airport. Room was spacious, bathroom and shower very good. We only stayed for 12 hours as it was just a stopover between flights. The pool is small but was fine. There aren't a lot of restaurant options in the immediate area. If you are looking for a stopover option, it's a good place, but I personally would not stay here for longer than one night due to location.
