• Elena (10/5): Комфортные апартаменты на тихой Садовой улице - Прекрасное расположение: на тихой Садовой улице, близко к источникам и к парку, рядом с православным Храмом. Просторный номер, оборудованный всем необходимым, есть микроволновка, кофеварка, чайник, тостер, большой набор посуды, широкая двуспальная кровать с неплохим матрасом. В номере тепло, что важно в холодное или дождливое время. Большой телевизор с широким выбором каналов. Само здание внутри красивое, чистое, стильное, не обшарпанное. Есть лифт. Сюда хочется возвращаться. У меня был однокомнатный номер в мансардном этаже, не понравились фиолетовые занавески на окнах, которые висели на проволоке, очень портили впечатление. Окна и так небольшие, света не много, поэтому хорошо бы повесить на окна что-то светлое. Плохие подушки с комками наполнителя внутри.

• Karolina (10/5): Polecam - Naprawdę super apartament, czysty,duży i posiadajacy wszystkie udogodnienia. Zaznaczę że również dostepny parking zaraz pod oknami. Bardzo miły i sympatyczny właściciel. Lokalizacja super- wszędzie blisko. Z całego serca polecam ten apartameny.

• Ruslan (10/5): Остались в полном восторге , рекомендуем от души - не пожалеете ! - Недавно провели 4 незабываемых дня и 3 ночи в этом уютном номере — и это был один из лучших отпусков ! Всё превзошло ожидания , идеальное соотношение цены и качества на высшем уровне . Номер просторный , безупречно чистый и аккуратный , с огромным шкафом , двумя удобными креслами , столиком и большой двухспальной кроватью , усыпанной кучей подушек — спали как младенцы ! Гостили в конце октября , на улице было прохладно , в номере есть отопление , можно регулировать температуру . Ванная комната — просто конфетка : свежий ремонт , новая плитка , просторная душевая кабинка с удобным смесителем , новенький унитаз , стильная раковина и практичная тумбочка для мелочей , тёплый пол в ванной . Полотенца идеально чистые , без единого пятнышка , работает мощная вытяжка . Всё необходимое под рукой : электрочайник , тостер , полный набор посуды (ножи , вилки , ложки , бокалы , стаканы , чашки , разделочная доска) , огромный холодильник , вешалки , тапочки и телевизор с кучей каналов . Особый восторг — хозяин Мартин ! Такой приятный , любезный и гостеприимный человек : встретил с улыбкой , всё подробно рассказал , посоветовал лучшие места для прогулок , достопримечательностей , вкусной еды и бюджетных перекусов . Расположение — огонь : близко ко всему , удобно добираться до колоннад , парков и центрав . Всё точно соответствует описанию на сайте , без сюрпризов . Остались в полном восторге , рекомендуем от всей души — не пожалеете ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

• Menduh (8/5): Geweldig! Het appartement is schoon, personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! - De locatie is perfect. Alles binnen handbereik en toch rustig. Rezidence Sadová bevindt zich aan de rand van het bos, maar ligt toch in het centrum. Het appartement was schoon, modern en goed uitgerust. We hebben enorm genoten van de rust en het comfort. Zeker een aanrader voor wie ontspanning en bereikbaarheid wil combineren. Niets
• Agnese (9/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. - We booked this apartment last minute after having to leave an unsafe and unclean place, and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He even welcomed us with a gift, which was a thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is very large, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Everything is spacious, well-kept, and feels cared for. There were no humidity issues at all, which was a huge relief after our previous experience. The building also has a lift, which made arriving home after long hilly walks much easier. The towels were fresh, the sheets were perfectly clean, and the whole space felt hygienic and inviting. The water pressure in the shower was good—not amazing, but definitely sufficient for a proper shower. The living area has plenty of comfortable furniture, including a sofa and armchairs, which made it easy to truly relax and unwind. Overall, this apartment was exactly what we needed: clean, spacious, comfortable, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares. We’re very grateful for this stay and would happily return. The pillows were very big, but that's our own personal preference.

• Ольга (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! - Wir hatten in September einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Karlsbad. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt – direkt im Herzen der Stadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich, und es gab wirklich alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen! Мы прекрасно в начале сен6тября провели время в Карловых Варах! Апартаменты расположены идеально — в самом центре, но при этом тихо и спокойно. Всё очень чисто, уютно и продумано до мелочей — есть всё, чтобы чувствовать себя как дома. Хозяин замечательный — доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова!

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr umfangreich und lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Die Wasserquellen sind problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. EIn sehr nettes und freundliches Personal ist immer hilfbereit. • Victoriia (10/5): Jak w domu :-) - Wszystko było super! Mieliśmy do dyspozycji mieszkanie, w którym było wszystko jak w domu. Najlepszą niespodzianką okazał się piekarnik. Stosujemy dietę bezglutenową, więc bardzo zależało nam na odpowiednich naczyniach i normalnej kuchni. Było bardzo czysto, a dodatkowo mieliśmy regularną wymianę ręczników i pościeli. Okolica jest cicha, właściciel pomocny. Internet szybki – świetny do pracy online. Polecam to miejsce z całego serca! -

This Aparthotel has an excellent location, very close to all Karlovy Vary attractions and in the beautiful neighbourhood. We booked a small room, which turned out to be spacious. The room was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. There is a washing maschine available as well. I can totally recommend the stay in Rezidence Sadova. All was fantastic.

At check-in he offered me two apartments to choose from, one of which was rather more expensive than what I booked. There is washing machine and dryer in the hotel, and there are umbrellas. Please note that only more expensive apartments have a kitchen, please read the room description when you make reservation. During my stay Martin some times asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything else. Thanks a lot! There was no such thing.
