Täglich gab es zwei Flaschen Wasser (wurden aber nur an die Tür von außen angegangen) Die Zimmerreinigung fand so gut wie nie statt nur auf Nachfrage wurde mal gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt, zusätzliche Kissen kosten extra. Die Glastür ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und auch die Zimmertür vermittelt keinen sicheren Eindruck. Betten waren hart und/oder durchgelegen (große kule im Rückenbereich)

• Ian (10/5): Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, close to the airport and the mall - Very good location, kind of tucked away from everything but not too far away. And the staff are super friendly and nice. This has been the most fun I’ve had staying at a hotel in my life because of the staff. And the rooms are super clean freshwater every day. Good water pressure. I can’t recommend this place enough 10 out of 10 would definitely come back. The beds were firm. I guess I don’t know there’s nothing really wrong with this place that I didn’t like. I think it’s a great place.

• Guest (3/5): - We arrived around 9 pm and checked in with the young lady at reception. She was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional, even when asking basic questions such as our contact number. Later, when we called reception to request toilet paper, she told us it was not provided as part of the standard setup and that guests must request it. This is an unacceptable and ridiculous response. We have stayed here before, which is why we returned, but this time was extremely disappointing because of her attitude and poor service. The room was okay in appearance but not properly cleaned, with visible dirty spots. The only positive was the gentleman at reception in the morning, who was polite and professional. However, the overall experience was unacceptable, and we decided to stay only one night before moving to another place.

• Daan (7/5): A good hotel, good value for money and friendly staff - Close to Lumpinee and staff helps with the complaints I had a few complaints last time such as bad wifi and noisy guests but they fixed that and offered me another room and improved the internet connections. Well done and thank you.
• Daan (4/5): It’s ok for a budget accomodation - It’s close to Lumpinee Room wasn’t clean, wifi only works sometimes and there were very loud guests which kept me awake. I made several complaints about them but they kept using the hallway as their personal party space with music and loud conversations.
• Lucia (10/5): Exceptional - Handy little hotel with a walking distance (15mins max) to the Lumpinee boxing stadium. Rooms are spacious and clean and the area while very local have some lovely cafes, bakeries and shops in walking distance from the hotel.
• Daan (8/5): Good budget friendly hotel near Lumpinee Stadium - Good basic but clean and nice hotel, walking distance from Lumpinee Stadium and seven elevens and such. It was good value for money, no complaints.
• Alexander (10/5): Good value for money, friendly staff - The hotel is close to Lumpinee boxing stadium, which is why I chose it and is also near good local restaurants (both are walking distance). The staff were very friendly and the place was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. The shower was electrically heated with very good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to another event at Lumpinee stadium :) The air-conditioning was quite loud in the room

Could not sleep on the mattress that was wire frame was snapped, causing the mattress to cave on one side. Other side was sleepable but for two people it was awful. Walls are paper thin. There is a blue light continuously flashing through out the night, this is at the slot near the door where the keycard to inserted to turn on the power. Poor construction causing the widows to rattle all through the night. There was no toilet paper. Could not find WiFi access in the room, no indication that there was WiFi provided.

The pictures and enticing descriptions on booking.com painted a picture of luxury and comfort that couldn't have been further from the truth. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 rooms where the second was barricaded and locked and used for another guest to use. Completely falsely advertising. There was supposed to be a 'Terrace' which in fact was just a window. First and foremost, the room we were given bore no resemblance to the one advertised. The images showcased spacious, modern accommodations with breathtaking views, but what i got was a cramped, outdated space that felt more like a budget motel than the upscale hotel we expected. The false advertising was not only disappointing but also misleading. Adding to the frustration was the complete lack of concern from the staff when we addressed the issue. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, the front desk staff displayed a dismissive attitude, as if our concerns were inconsequential. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and customer care in the hospitality industry. Furthermore, the customer service throughout our stay was consistently subpar. We encountered unhelpful and unresponsive staff members, making simple requests feel like a burden rather than a part of their job. The overall atmosphere of the hotel lacked warmth and hospitality, leaving us feeling unwelcome and unappreciated AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. • Eva (5/5): Bit disappointed - The pillow was very nice (not as hard as usually in Thailand). It was not clean. Also, there was a lot of mold in the room and the bathroom. The ventilation wasn't working very well I guess, with the consequence that it was moldy and smelly. If the hotel would fix these things and get rid of the scratched (side)tables, the hotel would be very good.
