• Melinda (10/5): L'Amour stop over - Very spacious apartment, we were late to arrive but the staff had left our key and apartment available for us to head straight into. The shower pressure was amazing and the beds very comfortable. We also enjoyed some games of pickleball with our kids. Was just a quick overnight stay on our way up north, but definitely would be a great spot to stay longer and explore the area. Not really anything we didn't like, but maybe having foxtel available in the bedroom TV as well as lounge would be great, but could log into own netflix etc as an option. So nothing too much of an issue, more a thought to have another option.

• Katie Doyle (7/5): Good location, spacious apartments - Big space, nice location right opposite the beach. Air con waa great..plenty of parking There were quite a bit of ants around. It was clean but still had alot of ants...even found in one of the beds. Swimming pool was not available and under matainance.

• Anthony (8/5): Overall the facilities and unit was good. - The location is perfect. Directly across from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately the plumbing was configured such that you could hear the toilet flush from the upstairs apartment. Also, the sound of the TV from the next door unit was audible through the wall.

• Thomas (8/5): Relaxing and comfortable - View and location were perfect for a weekend away. Thought I might have noticed the traffic noise but it was like it wasn't there. No drama's with the stairs as there was only a couple to get to our room. I could see the stairs quite annoying if you stayed for a longer period of time The bed wasn't amazing and super comfy but it was just alright.

• Megan (7/5): Lovely management. Disappointing room. - Clean, well maintained, lovely gardens. At price per night these aspects were disappointing: 1. Not a proper vanity in bathroom. Had to use laundry sink for washing face/cleaning teeth etc. 2. No ac in bedroom. Other annoyances. 1. Couldn’t turn off balcony light. 2. “Ocean views” were not possible from ground floor. 3. Couldn’t have balcony door & windows open as too much road noise well into the evening and first thing in the morning. 4. Very limited space in bedroom - had to squeeze around bed, and just a small bench for bags. Had to keep our bags/belongings etc in living area. Fine for one night but would have been upsetting if this was for any longer or a holiday by the beach.

• Dawn (8/5): Would stay again but probably would book 2nd level, not 3rd only due to the stairs. We didn’t use the pool, so don’t kno - The view and location. The fellow looking after the place at the time (Peter) was an absolute treasure. He helped my daughter carry a rather heavy portable fridge up to the top floor of the apartments. He also helped us carry up other bags too. I was so very grateful. We only stayed for 2 nights and he remembered our names and asked us “how were we going etc” whenever he saw us. The blackout blinds on ALL windows (including lounge area) were great. The 2 bedroom apartment was huge. The stairs 🫤, but in saying that- I was aware there was no lift when I booked so I can’t really complain. They are exhausting though if you’re on the top floor. The microwave in the room was on its last legs, it did work to heat up a heat pack bit it took a long time. I’m glad we weren’t relying on it to cook with it. The security screen doors handle was broken so unusable. We were told this has only happened the day before arrived ( we arrived on a Sunday) so nothing could be done. I hope these two small things are promptly fixed/replaced for the next guests.
• Christopher (4/5): - It would have been a nice view if it wasn’t for the road It was noisy and if you have problems with hips and knees this place is not for you as there are stairs everywhere. If you want to go for a swim in the pool you have to walk across the parking lot, so not inviting

• Claire (7/5): Great relaxed stay. - The location, overlooking the beach, was great. Simply walk across the road for beach access and the quaintest coffee cart. The unit was clean and neat. The manager was very attentive and friendly. Great for an easy beach getaway. The bathroom was dated and the TV was so tiny. It’s definitely a unit for a couple only. There’s also many stairs to access the back of the units and parking lot.

• Ros (7/5): Quiet beach apartment with all the necessary stuff for a family holiday. - Lovely view…good facilities of staying with kids - pool and BBQ area. Access to beach across busy road. A bit dated…no real instructions to how to use double shower, privately owned and no wifi password provided. No outside light above entry door and had to climb 4 lots of stairs to get to our room! No walking distance eating options.
