- Fersterer (4/5): Das Zimmer war schön, jedoch organisatorisch konnten wir alle nur den Kopf schütteln. - Das Apartment an sich ist sehr modern und groß eingerichtet. Ein wirklich schönes Zimmer für einen Urlaub. Die Lage ist natürlich auch super. Leider war unser Aufenthalt organisatorisch sehr enttäuschend. Allen Gästen der Apartments wurden Parkplätze zugesichert, jedoch herrschte vor Ort völliges Chaos. Die Autos mussten sich gegenseitig einparken, da viel zu wenige Parkplätze vor Ort waren wodurch man morgens nur wegfahren konnte, wenn zuerst andere Gäste ihre Fahrzeuge entfernten. Dafür mussten wir fremde Personen anrufen, was regelmäßig zu Diskussionen und großem Ärger führte. Auch den Zugangscode für das Apartment haben wir erst in letzter Minute erhalten – und das nur nach zahlreichen Anrufen unsererseits. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Thomas Trieb hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde mehrmals versprochen, dass er sich melden würde, was jedoch nie passiert ist. Erst am Tag der Anreise, nachdem wir bereits über 30 Minuten vor dem verschlossenen Apartment warten mussten, wurden wir von einer deutschen Nummer kontaktiert. Herr Jürgen war sehr bemüht, freundlich und hat sich auch dafür entschuldigt, dass wir den Zimmercode bis dahin noch nicht erhalten hatten. Zusätzlich haben andere Gäste berichtet, dass manche Apartments trotz bereits erfolgter Bezahlung doppelt vergeben wurden. Insgesamt gab es während unseres Aufenthalts leider sehr viele organisatorische Probleme.

Pokoje trochę małe i niestety ale niezbyt czyste- wisząca pajęczyna z żyrandolu, kurz i nieprzyjemny zapach- w drodze powrotnej zatrzymaliśmy się tam ponownie i w pokoju był lepszy zapach. Krzesła i stolik na balkonie brudne :( Osobiście NIE POLECAM!!! właściciel kręci- zgłosiłam sprawę do bookinga. Chciał naliczyć 25euro za psa i 45 Euro za posprzątanie po nim!!! Łaćznie za psa 65EURO!!!!- cena lunchu dla 3 os. rodziny !!!Tych informacji na bookingu nie było.!!! Zgłosiłam to na booking i zszedł z ceny jak powiedziałam że w takiej cenie mogę mieć hotel ze śniadaniem. Nie pisał przez booking tylko przez watsup- screena przesłałam bookingowi. NIESMAK ZOSTAŁ. Dodatkowo parking 25 euro i opłata za podatek - kasę zostawiasz w sejfie- nie daje żadnego rachunku. Tory kolejowe za oknem. Niestety nie mogłam zrezygnować bo oferta była bezzwrotna a chętnie bym to zrobiła. Ścisłe centrum: daleko żeby wyprowadzić psa, brak placu zabaw dla dzieci, głośno, pociąg za oknem. Jedyny plus to sklep Billa rzut beretem. Teraz już wiem czemu oferta była bezzwrotna

- Booking2024 (8/5): Es geht. - Self Check in hat super geklappt. Die Lage fast an der belebten Hauptstrasse und Monte Carlo Platz. Zum See 10 min zu Fuß. Leider Bahnstrecke in der Nähe. Also ab 5 Uhr Bahnlärm. Aber erträglich. Total verwundert hat mich die schlechte WLAN Verbindung, Da ist man anscheinend noch am Stand von 2010. Das Apartment ist "etwas unpersönlich" eingerichtet. Die Balkone sind alle frei miteinander verbunden. Also keine Privatsphäre.

- Miha (9/5): Za kratko bivanje zelo dobra izbira - Dostopna lokacija, prevzem ključa na koncu povsem enostaven, soba je prijetna za krajše bivanje. Predvsem pa bi pohvalil lastnika, ki se je zelo potrudil pri pozabljeni torbi, da sem jo dobil nazaj. Pred prihodom sem dobil nekaj nasprotujočih sporočil glede prevzema ključa, cen parkirišča (ki bi lahko za goste bilo brezplačno), ampak na koncu je veljalo zadnje jasno telefonsko sporočilo (sicer samo v nemščini). Kuhinja je povsem neuporabna, saj je kuhinjska niša majhna, mali hladilnik izklopljen (mogoče bi ga lahko sam vklopil, nisem niti probal), predvsem pa v sobi ni vode in korita. V kopalnici sicer voda je, ampak si že zobe težko umiješ, kaj šele posodo... Tudi čistoča (balkon, posoda) ni najbolj na nivoju.

Wir mussten 1 Tag später anreisen und uns wurde von selbst angeboten, doch dafür 1 Nacht länger zu bleiben und das Buchungsdatum wurde kostenfrei verschoben. Die Apartments sind sauber, schön und die Lage ist top- zu beiden Uferenden c.a. 8km. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Parkplatz ist leider nicht kostenfrei dabei.

- Maria (6/5): - Sehr gute Lage, nett eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Die Wände sind zu dünn. Es war nicht möglich zu schlafen, da jedes Geräusch (Husten, Duschen, WC, Tür öffnen und schließen, nächtliche Aktivitäten) zu hören waren, als wäre der Apartment-Nachbar fast direkt im Zimmer. Die zweite Bacht (ohne Nachbarn) war in Ordnung.

- esprita23 (10/5): - Die Lage ist ideal, mitten in Pörtschach und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, man kann also auch perfekt mit dem Zug anreisen. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Bahnstrecke hört man jedoch vorbei fahrende Züge - mich hat es aber nicht gestört. Auch für späte Anreisen perfekt, da die Schlüsselkarte in einem Safe deponiert wird und man so nicht an Check-in Zeiten gebunden ist! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber mit einem schönen Balkon.

- null (10/5): - Wir hatten einen absolut perfekten Aufenthalt! Ich habe meine Freundin zu ihrem Geburtstag in dieses Apartment eingeladen und wollte ihr eine kleine Überraschung bereiten. Da wir zeitlich sehr eingespannt waren, habe ich das Team des Apartments gebeten, ein paar Blumen und mein Geschenk ins Zimmer zu stellen. Was uns dann erwartete, hat all meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Team hat so viel Mühe und Herz hineingesteckt, deutlich mehr ins Zimmer gebracht, als ich eigentlich geplant hatte – und das völlig ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Die Überraschung war wunderschön und hat meinen Freundin unglaublich glücklich gemacht. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen, herzlich, persönlich und einfach außergewöhnlich. Ein voller Treffer. Klare 10 von 10! nichts

- Niklas (6/5): Schön, aber nicht Nochmal ! - 20€ pro Tag Reservierung für denn Parkplatz… Alle 5min ungefähr Fährt ein Zug vorbei neben denn Appartement und das nicht Langsam das ist sehr Laut. Die Dusche hatte nur eine Brause man konnte nicht Normal Duschen ohne das das komplette Bad überschwemmt

- Iva (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt bei Jürgen und Dinara war großartig! Das Apartment ist sauber, die Küche ist top ausgestattet und das Beste ist die große Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht bis zum Wörthersee! Das Apartment ist außerdem sehr wohnlich, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Absolute Empfehlung!
- Agata (7/5): Nocleg w podróży - Budynek z pokojami na wynajem. Ładny pokój, nowocześnie urządzony. Duża łazienka. BARDZO WYGODNE MATERACE I WYGODNA SOFA. Czysta i świeża pościel. Było chłodno ale szybko się nagrzało po odkręceniu kaloryferów. W pobliżu jeżdżą pociągi. Bardzo jest to bardzo słyszalne w nocy. Parking dodatkowo płatny (10euro). Nie podobało mi się że trzeba zapłacić gotówką za parking i tax miejscowy. Wyszukaliśmy wszystkie drobne pieniądze żeby zapłacić. Przyjechaliśmy późno i wyszliśmy wcześnie więc nie było możliwości wydania reszty. Pokój jest bardzo mały. Po rozłożeniu sofy ciężko się ruszyć.

- Roberta (8/5): - Posizione centrale, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, accessibile a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito trovato in strada nelle vicinanze senza problemi. Appartamento pulito e ben organizzato.

- Jessica (7/5): - Per una notte il cane ha pagato 10 euro di tassa (e lo trovo giusto, sulla pagina home era riportato "eventuale tassa"ma non mi è piaciuta la sorpresa a fine prenotazione di ulteriori 45€ di pulizie. Ci vuole più chiarezza sui servizi ANIMALI AMMESSI bisogna far sapere che oltre a una tassa è obbligatoria la spesa della pulizia finale per il cane.
- Maria (7/5): Sehr sauber und ausreichend - Es war sehr sauber, die Anreise und Ablauf der Abwicklung für unser Zimmer war einfach und gut beschrieben. Der Besitzer hat uns persönlich geantwortet bei unseren Anliegen. Es wirkte auf booking.com das wir ein kleines Appartement haben und nicht ein Zimmer in einem Appartement, das haben wir aber vielleicht falsch gelesen? Leider waren die Wände sehr dünn und nicht jeder Gast geht Rücksichtsvoll mit seinen Mitmenschen um, so waren die ersten 2 Nächte mit unseren Zimmer Nachbarn etwas Schlaf raubend. Die Fernbedienung unseres Nachbarn hat unseren Fernseher mitgesteuert aber diese Dinge haben wir mit dem Besitzer,der sehr freundlich und offen für unser Feedback war besprochen. Wir hoffen das es diesbezüglich dementsprechende Änderungen für zukünftige Gäste geben wird.

- Fabio-86 (5/5): Appartamento bello, ma la comunicazione andrebbe decisamente migliorata, così come la pulizia - L'appartamento era molto spazioso, moderno e ben curato. Se a qualcuno interessa si trova in pieno centro, in periodo invernale è facile trovare parcheggio gratuito entro 500 metri. Pessima comunicazione, non rispondevano alle mail o ai messaggi, oppure rispondevano parzialmente e con molto ritardo. Il frigo non funzionava. La macchina del caffè faceva solo acqua sporca. Una tapparella era rotta ed una non scendeva. Il pavimento molto sporco. I letti non li ho trovati particolarmente comodi. La ferrovia passa a 20 metri e fa un poco di rumore, se qualcuno ha il sonno leggero può dare fastidio.

Atvykome vėlai, truputį streso, bet šeimininkai nuoširdūs ir nuostabūs❤️, kalba keliomis kalbomis, kantriai paaiškino, kaip patekti į apartamentus, kitą rytą skambino ir domėjosi, ar viskas gerai, davė rekomendacijas, kur pasivaikščioti, kur papusryčiauti. Simpatiškas miestelis šalia Wothersee ežero, viešbutis visai šalia jo, turi privatų parkingą, apartamentas jaukus, šviesus su balkonu ir baldais jame.Yra mini šaldytuvas, kavos aparatas, kava, arbata, indai, viskas, ko reikia.Lova karališka, čiužinys puikus, pirmąsyk po ilgos kelionės išsimiegojome puikiuose pataluose. Gaila, kad tik 1a nakvynė pravažiuojant, tikrai norėtume sugryžti, nes vieta tinkama ilgesniam apsistojimui, poilsiui ir labai nuostabūs vaizdai aplink. Ačiū šeimininkams už išpuoselėtus namus ir rūpestį💛💚❤️ Viskas buvo puiku😊
