Lorenz (8/5): the location was perfect and parking - Location was perfect Cleanliness- toilets were clean, but the shower had a few spots of mold and It was disturbing to look at. Laundry- dryer was included - not the greatest but still convenient - we had to buy our own laundry powder which I’m ok with A few spots of dusty area around the living room when we arrived. Displayed pillows on the couch had a lot of stains. Displayed pillows was also placed onto our master bed room bed - which I thought was kind of gross since the display pillows at the lounge wasn’t clean. Kitchen- everything was there which was nice but I would’ve liked to have a few dishwashing liquid, 1 wasn’t enough since we stayed for 5 days, Also there was no dishwashing tablet - we had to buy it ourselves The pans- since we paid $1.2k it would’ve also been nice to see clean pans but we had pans that still had crusty and oily stains and was placed in the draws . I wonder if the cleaners checks everything?

Was very appreciative and made the whole experience amazing, because of this we will be back this year and again for my yearly Gold Coast birthday trip Nothing other then the walk to surfers was abit longer then I though😅

An easy walk to the beach and main strip on Cavill avenue with unlimited options for food and fun! Easy access to the tram with a stop right outside which made taking the tram/ bus to dreamworld very easy! Reception were very welcoming! We had the kettle stop working one morning and it was replaced straight away with no issues! Great secure underground parking! Luggage trolleys available! That we had to leave at the end of our stay!

Before our stay, every email was answered straight away and the instructions for arriving after hours were very clear and very easy. Also the staff are all super friendly.

The bed sheets were clean but a bit worn out with old black marks. I must add though besides from the uncontrollable pest infestation the hotel was clean and tidy.

Shyama (7/5): comfy spacious and clean room sad no facilities pool was nice till sun went down at 4 pm early close at the desk - the room was very spacious but i had to ask for extra supplies as i stayed 4 days and the office closed early so it was hard to do my daily activities and get back for extra towels and tp before they closed especially on weekends i wasn’t able to organise the extra room cos the staff finish at 4 pm weekends , no cafe or food available so had to walk but wasn’t far , over all great. place and would stay again

Nat (9/5): Surfers paradise is actual paradise and if you could stay anywhere, make it Artique! - The location was perfect. A quick walk down to the beach and then down to the main centre. The view was exceptional. Even with the building happening around us, it didn’t bother us at all. Our rooms were clean and our shower had the best water pressure! The receptionist on the day we arrived had been the absolute best person I’ve dealt with at hotel stays. She was friendly, attentive, helpful and genuinely wanting to make sure our stay was great. I didn’t get her name but please tell her how amazing she is!! The elevators need a work around. Two elevators for 30 floors and they seemed to follow each other. Waiting took a long time but trying to go to upper floors seemed impossible at times. The pool said it was 26degrees but I don’t think it was, not so much an issue

The pool bar which was advertised as open during day was not on 2 occasions.

Manuel (9/5): Buena elección en Gold Coast. - El alojamiento es muy similar a otros de la zona. Elegimos este porque era nuestra luna de miel y aunque fue algo caro para las 3 noches que estuvimos, lo tenía todo para nosotros: buena comunicación en transporte público desde y hacia aeropuerto, buena ubicación cerca de Cavill Avenue pero lo suficientemente lejos para tranquilidad (10 minutos andando), cerca de la playa, con piscina y gimnasio, etc. En cuanto a la habitación, tiene de todo. Nosotros estábamos en un piso 13, con dos habitaciones, cocina en isla, nevera gigante y todo para comer y desayunar etc. Tele grande y camas cómodas. Tienes lavadora y secadora para la ropa. En definitiva un lugar donde quedarse para visitar la zona y para descansar. Lo único es que los cristales sobre todo de la habitación, ventanales y demás, estaban muy sucios, osea que no se limpian. Ya se que estábamos quizá al final del verano de Australia, pero si que se veía que no se limpiaba hacia tiempo. Por el resto, el interior, bastante limpio Como tienes cocina, también tienes que dejarlo todo recogido y limpio. Nosotros nos marchamos muy temprano, pero dejamos todo en el lavavajillas y listo. Quizá como las cosas de cocina las limpian los huéspedes, no estaban suficientemente limpias cuando llegamos, pero por el resto, estaba todo genial.

The construction site next door was a surprise, kicking off at 7 am. The elevators took a very long time to service all floors and the reception desk hours were quite short (9-5.30 ish).

Martha (8/5): Happy in Surfers Paradise. - The location and how close we were to the beach, the room amenities, the pool and the staff. Our suite was a bit dated but clean enough and our mattress wasn't comfortable.

Milika (10/5): So close to the beach - We were a 2.5 min walk from the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean. My family loved it and the children loved being so close to the beach then being able to come and use the hotel pool. Perfect location close to the shops and restaurants and most importantly THE BEACH. The bathroom finishings are on the older sides and the toiletries are small and dont smell great so we had to buy our own.
Toukiman (7/5): Hôtel agréable - Proche de toute commodités avec arrêt de tram à quelques minutes à pied. Belle vue sur l'océan. Hôtel très bien entretenu, appartement propre dans l'ensemble et spacieux, très bien équipé, literie confortable. Personnel agréable. Notre canapé était vétuste, affaissé en tissu tâché et délavé. Mauvaise insonorisation, immeuble en construction à proximité, réveillé chaque jours à 6h30 (jusqu'à 18h) y compris les samedis ...

Margo (9/5): Have been waiting about 18 years to stay here and mostly upto expectation especially the view. - The location was just what we wanted. The fact that I got an apartment on a very high floor facing the ocean made me VERY happy when I was expecting a "city" view. I felt that the advertised temperature of the pool was VERY incorrect. To be stated as having a temperature of 25 deg was wrong, there was no way it was that warm especially when the sun was not shining over it and I was not the only person around the pool that had that opinion. The spa altho was nice only half the jets on one side were working correctly , the other side were jetting intermittently (they sounded like they were trying to power up but not completing) and it was annoying. That needs to be fixed as well as the missing tiles around the pool it makes it look a very tired area.
