The second highlight is the apartment's superb location. The apartment itself resembles a cozy studio, almost like my mom's hometown apartment. • Mariia (5/5): Disappointed by a misleading advertising, the location is nice however - The best was the location, it was exactly what we wanted: close to metro, close to Vatican, a lot of shops around The property was listed as a ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT (overlooking courtyard) with a queen bed and TWO bunk beds when in fact it was a tiny STUDIO with a queen bed and ONE bunk bed. The apartment also overlooked a shadowy well. All of This was super frustrating: being stuck with 2 kids in a tiny studio for 3 weeks when we wanted to stay in a one-bedroom apartment - this was super misleading. The pictures that were provided with my booking contained misleading pictures from an adjacent studio (the hallway, the separate kitchen). The furniture is super worn out, the towels look like they were washed at least a thousand times over decades - unpleasant to touch and super rough. The bed header had some kind of worn out old cloth put on it to cover even more worn out header... The stove missed 2 knobs - the owner told us they removed them due to breaker shut off when all of them are used - again something we were not prepared for - I cook for my family every day and can't wait to cook different dishes, I do this at one go. The picture showed a stove with 4 plates which I was ready to use and apparently could not. Additionally the bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. The owner came a couple of times to fix it, tried his best - but the problem is with the plumbing inside the walls that can't be fixed apparently without major wall deconstruction.

Apartamento sucio. - la cercania al metro y que es un barrio con muchos establecimientos y vida, te sientes seguro. reservamos a conciencia de que el apartamento tenia un amueblado viejo, pero sin saber que iba a estar sucio. Los cubiertos tienen suciedad, estaban mal fregados. El armario al abrirlo olia a polvo, y por ende todas las toallas que habian dentro. La cama tenia unas cortinas alrededor y también tenian manchas de suciedad, como tambien los interruptores de la luz. Se escuchaba a la gente de otros apartamentos pero en nuestro caso, no nos fue molesto.

• Roseana (10/5): - Excelente localização, muito próximo à Estação de metrô Cipro. Próximo tem um ponto de água potável para encher garrafas. Pode ir andando para o Vaticano. Quarto silencioso, agradável. A pia foi transformada em cozinha, com frigobar e fogão elétrico. Cama confortável. Chuveiro muito bom. O dono é muito atencioso e pontual para a entrega das chaves. Nada a declarar. Excelente custo benefício.

There was enough beds for us and kitchen was useful. The guy who welcome you is welcoming and patient. Air conditioning works well and equipement is not new but functional. Could be cleaner. Big bed is too hard for me.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Location, location, location! Short walk to metro, train and bus station. So, it's super easy to access all the tourist sites in Rome. Easy walk to the Vatican Museum for our Vatican tour. Lots of lovely little restaurants in the surrounding streets. Room had everything we needed. There is a cooktop with plenty of pots and pans, but we didn't use it. The Wifi was great, too. The shower is very small but I think that's pretty typical for Europe.

The shower was very small too, and there was not much hot water. Although it was close to the metro and bus station. It was also about 2 miles from the Vatican. which you could also walk to.

Easy to get to and comfortable, very quiet The property advertised having a washer and drier but didn’t and then said it would cost ten euro for a wash with no drier! Also it wasn’t explicitly advertised but not all rooms have access to the balcony just to keep in mind but this didn’t matter to us
• Barbara (7/5): Good - The location is great with a bus stop outside the apartment and the metro is about a 200 metres walk from the apartment. Service and cleaning charges and our particular apartment was stuffy despite the aircon. And the pillows were very uncomfortable.
• Hoffmann (6/5): The only good things are the location (on the metro) and the air-conditioning. - Importantly, the air-conditioner worked well. The location is fantastic: (1) a few meters from the Cipro metro station; (2) a great supermarket (called Penny), where everything is good and cheap, is right across the street; (3) a few meters from Bonci, a famous Pizzeria that sells pizza by the slice. (4) the entrance to the Vatican Museums is in a walking distance. (1) It would have been nice if the owner contacted me to ask whether everything is well. (2) What is here called an 'aparthotel' is in fact just a single apartment that is artificially divided into many tiny apartments. (3) My apartment was not perfectly clean (for example, there are yellow stains on the wall, where you reach to turn on the bed light. (4) The place feels like it could use renovation and a thorough cleaning. (5) The shower is tiny and the stream is low. (6) Not enough power outlets. (7) It would have been nice to have some coffee in the kitchen (I don't remember if there was a kettle). (8) As others here have noted, the acoustics is bad. You hear what's happening in the other sub-apartments and the main door being open or closed. (9) There were no soap bars in the shower, and the liquid soap was in short supply. (10) the only window turns to the inside of the building, so it feels a bit claustrophobic.

• Namedi (7/5): Great location, old furniture but functional - It was spacious. The lady who gave us the keys was very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The WiFi worked well. The booking website said the room had a washing machine and a microwave, but it didn't. The cleaning lady was a bit rude with us. The furniture was quite old, and there were not enough electric outlets. (One behind the bed being used by one of the table lamps, really hard to reach, one next to the bed but being used by the other table lamp).
