• Nancy (8/5): Modern en goed uitgerust appartement. - Mooi, recent vernieuwd appartement in authentiek pand. Goed uitgerust. Gelegen tussen de haven en het treinstation Garibaldi. Op wandelafstand van het nieuwe centrum en van het historische centrum. Er werd veel gedaan om het gebouw te isoleren, toch zorgt de drukke straat nog voor geluidsoverlast.

Vicinissimo a svariati locali (bar, pizzerie, pub) e vicinissimo alla fermata metro Duomo. Inoltre, anche dopo il check-out, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura per il resto della giornata gratuitamente. Eccellente!

Muy cómodo éramos 3 el living tiene sofá cama y es totalmente independiente. Baño perfecto y limpio. Roberto nos atendió genial, estaba a la hora indicada, nos reservó estacionamiento cumplió con todo y más. Había café te galletas tapones para ara oídos y productos de baño 👌 Nos gustó todo, quizás un estacionamiento más barato? Pero a Nápoles es difícil

• Barbara (6/5): Praktische Lage, nur für Menschen mit einer gewissen Lärmtoleranz zu empfehlen. - Sehr gute Lage, 2' zur Metrostation, sehr nah zum Centro Storico. Die Wohnung hat alles, was es braucht, in einem schönen Haus mit einem sehr schönen alten Aufzug. Allerlei Schnickschnack bei der Beleuchtung. Der Vermieter, Roberto, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ist z.B. bei der Ankunft mit uns zur Garage gegangen. Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich: der Rettifilo, Corso Umberto, ist eine stark befahrene Strasse, und zwar Tag und Nacht. Vor dem Haus ist eine Ampel, d.h. es wird angefahren, gehupt - es ist einfach laut. Nicht umsonst hat es Ohropax auf dem Nachttisch. Der Strassenlärm ist einfach immer da - es fällt schier auf, wenn mal eine Minute Ruhe ist.

Location is great, noise is expected and we knew when booking. Everything you might need is in the apt. • DIEGO (1/5): PESSIMO - Niente se non la posizione strategica. L appartamento ha un ingresso in comune con un altro appartamento, quindi non è intero appartamento come riportato nell' annuncio. Inoltre all'interno del corridoio che divide l 'appartamento in due mini appartamenti, è presente una telecamera che non viene riportata nell' annuncio che invece di essere usata per motivi di sicurezza, viene usata per controllare gli ospiti. Infatti il proprietario di casa ci ha mandato i carabinieri perché avevamo invitato un amico a prendere il caffè, ovviamente i carabinieri non hanno potuto farci nulla perché non hanno trovato né party, né feste né rumori. Inoltre siamo stati richiamati tramite SMS dal proprietario perché sempre spiando dalla telecamera interna, ha visto salire una persona pensando che fosse un amico ma in realtà avevamo ordinato tramite Delivery due bottiglie di vino e una volta arrivato gli abbiamo offerto un caffè perché siamo persone molto educate. Altra cosa negativa è che viene dato solo un mazzo di chiavi che è saldato alla chiave che attiva l impianto elettrico e con il caldo di agosto avevamo lasciato in frigorifero due formaggi molto costosi che si sono rovinati perché uscendo abbiamo dovuto disattivare la corrente per poter prendere le chiavi ed uscire. Inoltre avevamo chiesto una seconda chiave perché io dovevo uscire per fare serata mentre il mio amico era a letto ed il proprietario non ha voluto darci la seconda chiave costringendo il mio amico ad attendermi sveglio fino a tarda notte. Ulteriore cosa che il proprietario asseriva è che c'era un ipotetico Regolamento condominiale (non pubblicato da nessuna parte incluso booking) che non permetteva di far salire persone nemmeno per un caffè e premetto che se ho prenotato l'appartamento ( molto più costoso di un b&b) è perchè potessi ospitare i miei amici di napoli per il caffè e due chiacchiere.

Our host met us at the door to make sure we knew how to access the property and show us around the apartment - Roberto also provided additional information about restaurants and train schedules based on our earlier conversations at check-in — so thoughtful! While the apartment is on a busy street, it was easy to find and thoughtful extras like blackout shades and ear plugs made this stay extra nice. What a great space to be perfectly comfortable and in the middle of all the action! It was a convenient 10 minute walk to Garibaldi station, and an easy jump-off point to Pompeii and Sorrento. Skip the crazy line at L’Antica Pizzeria de Michele and instead try the much less busy bland l delicious fare at 1947 Pizza Fritta Napoli - you’re welcome :)

• Léa (9/5): Un super séjour ! - Un lieu spacieux et moderne. Une salle de bain très agréable avec une grande douche. Le lit et les oreillers étaient ultra confortables, un plaisir. L’hôte a même laissé des boissons offertes dans le réfrigérateur, une superbe attention. Emplacement idéal et central pour découvrir Naples comme il se doit. Il faut prendre en compte que si vous avez le sommeil léger, le bruit peut être embêtant pour dormir paisiblement mais nous n’avons aucun problème avec cela donc personnellement nous n’avons pas été gêner. L’hôte propose mêmes des boules quies si besoin.

• Cep (10/5): Great, central apartment for your Neapolitan/Amalfi break. - This apartment is right in the heart of Naples, and therefore, we could walk everywhere - the Lungo Mare promenade, centro storico, Duomo, spagnioloi, and all of the excursion pick up points. Roberto organised both airport transfers and completed most of our excursion bookings. He made it all very easy. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Lovely toiletries, hairdryer, iron, etc. It wasn't so much a 'not like' but a tip for other travellers. The apartment is in the centre of a city that never sleeps. This will be the same wherever you stay in the city. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs. I am a light sleeper and would still stay here if I were coming again, because everything else is so good. You are not going to get anywhere in Central Naples that is quiet, and the convenience of this lovely apartment wins out. We loved it.

• Γκινης (10/5): Excellent accommodation in Naples - Comfortable - in the center of Naples - safe. The house is comfortable and clean. It is located in the center of Naples. In a five-minute walk you are in the alleys of Spaccanapoli and at two subway stations you are in Via Toledo. These are the most touristic places to go. All the city and the area of Naples is a monument of course. In the place where the house is, you definitely feel safe no matter what time you walk around. Roberto is a great host. He was always available and gave us whatever information we asked for. Anyone who decides to go to Naples should take a look at Rettifilo 201 exclusive rooms for availability.

Particulièrement bien situé, à côté du métro et proche des principaux points d’intérêt que l’on peut atteindre en marchand un peu. Roberto est toujours disponible si besoin. Il peut de plus assurer le transport depuis l’aéroport. Le niveau sonore de la rue peut être un peu gênant la nuit. Facilement neutralisé avec une simple protection sonore auriculaire.

• William (1/5): Not As Advertised - The apartment was clean. If you input HOTEL in the booking.com search, this property comes up. It is NOT a hotel. We waited several minutes out on the street for someone to come by, then walked up the stairs to the suite. The first floor appears to be abandoned, and the elevator did not work. It appears to be primarily an office building. The suite is clean, although if you are staying for more than a day, you will have to resupply the apartment with essentials. It is located on a very busy street and is very noisy. We asked to be let out of our reservation, as we felt we were misled. We immediately left the property, and after 2 days of not responding, the host refused to refund any of our money. There are hotels with better locations and better value available.

• laura (9/5): - El apartamento está en un edificio que la mayoría creo que eran oficinas. El portal está bien y tiene ascensor, aunque es un primer piso. Como dicen otros comentarios aunque haya ventanas para que aislar del ruido, lamentablemente es una ciudad muy ruidosa y se escucha, pero la verdad que pudimos dormir perfectamente y no nos molestaba a la hora de dormir. Roberto soluciona cualquier problema que tengas o duda para hacer turismo, nos dijo varios restaurantes y la verdad que estaban muy bien. Cama y almohadas cómodas.

He met us at the station, organized a pick-up from the train station. Great communication via whatsapp! The apartments are peaceful, modern, very comfortable! The six of us had a great time. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. The fridge is full of drinks! Comfortable beds, especially memory pillows! We really liked it! A ventilation system would be needed (you can't open the windows because of the street noise), you can smell the mold.

• Xu (10/5): Perfect - A very perfect accommodation experience. The location of the B&B is about 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is very convenient for travel. There are quite good restaurants around. The landlord Roberto is very enthusiastic and provided us with as much help as possible, including suggestions on parking, dining, travel, etc. The room is very spacious, I guess it is a fairly large room in Naples, fully equipped and very clean. Next time I go to Naples, this B&B will definitely be my first choice.

• Isa Cabrita (8/5): - Location is great for exploring the city center on foot. Roberto is a great host, friendly and helpful. It seemed fairly clean but it could use some attention to detail (there were some stains on the bathroom door and walls). We were later told that this area is not safe at night and early in the morning.
