- Anne Marie (6/5): Sober maar prima hotel voor een gunstige prijs - Sober maar net en ruim appartement op een centrale plek. Er zit een keukenblok in maar er zijn niet voldoende spullen mocht je zelf willen koken. Dat waren wij niet van plan, maar goed om te weten. De kamer heeft wel een wasmachine maar geen droger; de douche is wel een soort van droogcabine maar het duurt daardoor heel lang tot de kleding droog is. Even snel kleding wassen/ drogen kan dus niet. Locatie is prima; vlak bij metro en verschillende konbini's en restaurants. Met metro 1 a 2 stops van het namba ed Onze dochter had de knuffels op de kamer laten liggen. Na contact met het hotel bleek dat ze niet gevonden waren...beetje jammer; die zijn dus gewoon weggegooid door de schoonmaak :-( Niet echt een goede service dus

- 張學祥 (10/5): overall awesome experience . would stay there again - 1. the baggage storage area was really good . has locks and everything. the lobby also had a toilet 2. location close to convenience store and the station . close to coin laundry too (room has washer but no dryer) 3. having a separation sliding door inside the room that separates the two beds is a huge bonus . 4. a vending machine right outside is great to buy a morning coffee 1. not really a dislike . but if they could place like a small table and chair in the room would be nice . since the room includes a full kitchen, would need a place to eat the food that we cooked. 2. i understand the room tax, it would be nice if i could have paid that when i made the booking, instead of when i arrived at the hotel

À l’accueil le Check in et Check out se fait sur une tablette mais il y’a quand même du personnel sur place au cas où . Possibilité de déposer les valises à l’accueil si vous arrivez en avance . Un peu bruyant par moments la nuit niveau circulation

- Oliver (8/5): Very solid - For Japanese standards, a pleasantly spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. The area is quiet, but the metro is just a few minutes away. Several convenience stores, a large supermarket and a good selection of restaurants are right around the corner. Internet was consistently fast. Checkout is quite early at 10am, neighbours were clearly audible through the walls and the labels on appliances (AC, washing machine etc.) are only in Japanese, which made them hard to use.

Logement accessible de l'extérieur via un balcon/terrasse : l'entrée des différentes chambres ne s'effectue pas à l'intérieur du bâtiment, ce qui donne un effet moins "cosy". Un peu loin de Namba.

Close to the metro station, Daikokucho. The apartment was normal size for Japan not huge but space was used well. It was tidy, secure and clean and staff were welcoming and helpful. The washing machine was handy and we used the dryer in the main bathroom also. Kitchen had a fridge also good for 7-11 snacks! Beds are a tad firm but that's just personal preference.

- Edgar Daniel (10/5): Excelente opción a 3 minutos de estación Daikokucho! - El espacio de la habitación y su distribución fueron realmente increíbles. No ayudó mucho a poder alojarnos de manera sumamente cómoda. El personal no es muy platicador pero creo que tiene que ver más con nuestra cultura latina pues siempre fueron muy respetuosos y nos guiaron para realizar el proceso de check in. Si cercanía a la estación del metro nos ayudó mucho para poder llegar y salir con el equipaje. Sin duda volveré a la cadena ESLEAD cuando regrese a Osaka! Muy recomendado! Todo fue increíble!

- Glorialiu71 (9/5): - 房間比想像中更大，廁所和洗澡的地方分開非常好，就不用有人在上廁所，其他人不能洗澡。房內也有洗衣機，晾在浴室，乾燥機打開，1個晚上就都乾了，不用回家洗衣服洗到瘋掉。房內有加濕機很讚，否則冬季乾癢會更嚴重。從大國町地鐵站走過來大概5、6分鐘，附近有711，也有一些小餐廳，還有鳥貴族，非常適合家庭入住。

- Raymond (10/5): Good room for family - 5mins from metro and 7 mins from JR. One station to namba by metro. 711 near by and food also near the hotel. Easy to checking but all price paid to bookings is without osaka tax. That one will pay at hotel. Each bed got its own usb charger port and the bath room acts as a dryer for the washing done with washing machine on room. Got small kitchen for warming up takeaway. Room clean every 2 days. So if they only leave you 1 set of towel can ask them to via email and they will leave at door. Dirty towel can also leave at door with same bag. Freeze and refrigerator different door. There is a humidifier in room but water if run out add yourself. No water dispenser at lobby or in room.

- Keane Lai (9/5): Convenient location and a relaxing, comfortable stay - The location is excellent, offering easy access to Namba, Universal City, and Kansai Airport. The room is well equipped with convenient facilities, including a kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom drying system. The self check-in process was somewhat troublesome, as we still had to complete it ourselves even though a staff member was present when we moved in.

- Titipat (8/5): Good value, good location - We got to have four separated beds, which is good for people who cannot sleep very easily and the location of the hotel is very quiet yet very near to the citizen center like Namba. Its only one stop for the train. the facilities of the hotel was good they provide everything that you need.

- Szeching (9/5): It was a good hotel with all the basic amenities available. - Love that it is near to the metro daikokucho, 20 mins walk to namba. It is located in a quiet street with supermarket and convenient stores nearby. The bathroom could do with more hooks to hang / shelves to place clothes / toiletries
- Mr.Ewok (10/5): Perfekt für eine kleine Familie - Es war sehr groß. Perfekt für eine Familie von drei Personen. Der Ausblick ist auch einmalig. Es gibt zwei Metro Station die Fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen sind. Wir waren innerhalb von 30 min an den Universal Studios und innerhalb von 15 im Stadtzentrum um Dotonbori herum. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Fällt mir nichts ein.

- INSUK (8/5): - 객실상태 깨끗하고 좋아요. 침대도 편안하고 방도 넓어서 편히 사용했어요. 다만 물건을 올려놓을 수 있는 테이블이 없네요. 바닥에 앉는 자식 테이블 작은거 하나 있어서 사용은 했는데 의사가 있는 테이블이나 식탁에 있었으면 더 편했을 것 같아요. 객실 내에 거울이 없는 것도 불편했구요. 스크린 있는 방이었는데 공간만 차지하고 활용도는 저희 가족에겐 별로 없었어요. 위치는 역에서 5분거리 번화가에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 공항선 연결역과는 도보 20분 도톤보리에서도 도보로 약 20분, 모두 전철로는 1정거장이라 전철을 이용하기도 걷기도 좀 애매했습니다. 그래도 주변에 식사와 간단한 술을 먹을 수 있는 곳들이 간간이 있어서 잘 이용했고요.
