• Ng (1/5): - Okay first thing, the management never ask about when will be the ETA from the guest. So I was stucked by some personal stuff and actually arrived late, about 12am like that. This facility needs an assessing QR code from each and every guest who wants to come into the apartment. Okay fine, so they provided the registration link for QR code and I submitted and screenshoted the QR to ease myself from entry at 8pm. When I reached the lobby and the guard asked for the QR code for scanning, he told me that the QR was invalid and requested me to provide a new QR code for entry so I try to contacted the management by calling them. I called for multiple times and none of it were picked up!! This is so irresponsible and not empathy at all after this incident happened to me and I just got a reply on the next day that are u finally manage to enter the stay?? Hello, was that the correct way u treat ur guest like that? No any sorry by the inconvenience was giving to me. And very luckily the guard manage to make me up after viewing my chat with the management with the payment receipt etc... No more for this irresponsible homestay Bad experience ever!! Plus old wooden furniture which doesn't suit the room at all, seems like anytime it will be broke like that.

• Swapan Kumar (7/5): - 1. The apartment was very clean, the linen and bathroom were super clean. 2. The apartment management and people were very responsive and good. 3. Their service was very good. 4.,The apartment was very well equipped with home appliances. 1. The location though was in the city, but still in the middle of nowhere. No MRT?LRT station nearby. 2. Only few buses to take you to the city, that too after multiple changes. 3. The Building Scott looked very deserted, barring a few offices and restaurants everything seem to have closed it looks derelict. The lobbys in the building are not clean.

The place is full of hair from previous tenants. Cockroach in the kitchen. Poor quality pillows gave us sore neck after every night's sleep.

Remote no battery, unable to watch tv during stay 8. Chat with customer service if can check in early by 2pm. Customer service replied yes. Reached early but unable to access mailbox for the key and was later informed only can access at 3pm! So what's the point???? 9. Basically not the same as advertised!

The bedroom heater isn't working. U only get cold water. We had to use the downstairs bathroom for shower. 3. There is no curtain for the bedroom as the the glass panels are semi transparent 4. The blinds at the hall not usable as well. 5. The utensils are stained 6. The bathrooms are not clean, as you can see residue and mold built ups 7. The linens are stained and dusty 8. Not recommended if you are clean freak and dust allergic person

There was a very bad smell came from the toilet drainage especially in the bedroom area. You have to do something about it. This smell you cannot not to smell it. Also the the lift take ages.

I contact the manager but no one comes & fixed. The house is not cleaned. The sofa is old. The water is not very hot. There is no door separates the toilet and bathroom.
• Chyi (4/5): I wish it can be… as new and good as the photos - The soho design of the property is nice and swimming pool is big enough to have fun. View is nice unless you do not fancy looking at traffic jam. The house could be maintained better. Shower room is not so clean. Ironing board and iron has stain and stained my clothes when I used it. For the size of the property it should have provided a full height ironing board instead of a mini ironing board. The road to the property is always jam during peak hour. You can hear the traffic early in the morning. Lastly, the property refuse to provide a place to keep our luggage after we check out.

• Mohammed (1/5): Very Bad experience, I will definitely never go back to this host and never recommend it to anyone. - Nothing at all, it was a miserable and very disappointing trip. I extremely regret choosing this host. Everything, Starting from the room and cleanness, facilities to the staff that wasn't helpful and responsive. She keeps ignoring our messages and only responds to our requests after three hours or more and never does anything to fix the situation. Once you enter the room, you can recognize the odor and smoking smell. The sofa, bed sheets, and mattresses have dirty spots and cause allergies. the sofa and window curtains have cigarette-burning spots. the shower stand in the upper bathroom is broken. toilets are dirty and stains spots. One window has broken glass. The spider webs are at every corner. The kitchen utilities were dirty and stained. the swimming pool and shower room were dirty and looked abandoned. The fridge is smelly and has a remaining syringe inside. The coffee table is old and has spots.
